Poor service charging me for all 365 days but internet doesn't work for even half the days

Hello,
I am writing this in regards to the poor service this company has been providing me. I took their annual plan firstly because they assured me that they will provide fiber optic internet to me. Its been 4 months but I havent got any fiber optics connection. According to their customer service it will take more 4-5 months for the fiber optics to be available in my area. This was a pure extortion and playing with peoples money. So they have kept a normal broadband internet at my house and after repeatedly complaining about my issue for continuous disconnections and internet issues, my whole building building is facing same issue and we do not get any response from them.
I stay in Manisha Annexe, Tata Colony, Mulund East. I have email copies, photos videos whatsapp chat screenshot as proof but yet no action.
I request you to please help us out to get answers from such poor businesses who just care about money from users.
In this times of covid we are working from home and this the only way for us to earn money if this keeps happening our companies might remove us if we do not perform. And this all will be because of poor internet connectivity

Company charging for internet downtime

I am subscriber of Mach1 Broadband in Mumbai. I have paid money for internet access for 1 full year. But whenever the internet is down the time is not adjusted into our subscribed time. If i am paying for one year ; it means that I am paying continuous internet access. So if the internet is down due to wiring or other reasons the company should provide extra internet for that much amount of time at the end of the year when the subscription ends as it is not the customer's fault.
