The Korean company may be quite efficient, but not the Indian counterparts. I have a complaint and I have tried their website with no luck; I wrote to the CEO at New Delhi with no response; then I wrote the Senior Manager at their Gurgaon office, no response. I do not think they care to look at any such complaints!! I am totally disappointed.
