12th Oct"2021, Manappuram Online portalI I tried to pay interest but failed, many times tried the same result, immediate screenshot shared to Manapuram staff and requested them to share any alternate account, but no response from their end. Regarding same subject i shoot a mail also there is no reply, 25th October I opened manappuram online portal and got shocked total gold disappeared and immediate i asked manappuram about my gold, simply answered all my gold under action can't do anything, we are ready to pay the interest even though payment portal issues took to the manappuram knowledge, for the payment portal problem there is no reply and after a week time manappuram stolen our gold. Regarding same subject( Alternate account) till today i sent several mails but no reply, as a manpuram customer facing some payment portal issues also overall the problem took to the manpuram knowledge but no response, final result we lost our gold, suppose manapuram ontime provided the alternate account we will pay and save our gold. Due to Manapuram negilegence act we lost our gold. kindly requested to intervene on this issues and do the needful. My contact No: [protected], [protected].

Manapuram side without resolving the issues simply giving wrong comments, We registered consumer complaints will get response for our request but same status, Hope consumer court also manapuram side not in customer side, very bad.

Sir, since last 4 months am strugguling to pay online payment. Regarding this issues i made several mails and calls but till date there is no proper response. kindly requested you to provide alternate account details where it can helpuful for us to pay the intrest on time. Am out of Chennai due to work load am unable to visit your branch, kindly do the needful.

Sir, Urgent need money for that I pledge gold in Manappuram finance. Interest paid as per their terms & condition, due to corona issues, unable to pay on time also informed to manapuram staff sitting in Ayanavaram branch at Chennai.
