Hi,
I purchased a new Mobile Phone Xiaomi Mi3 (Grey) phone from maniacstore.com in 15K (13, 999 + 1000 (more than market rate)) on 18th Sept 2014. Everything was good initially. I started using that cellphone. Withing 1-2 days, its started showing issues.
During use of the mobile phone, we came across below issues which should be taken care.
1) Call Quality - Very Less voice able to hear and the in-front person, not able to hear...

Refund not Received
I had place an order (#68238) on 25th July 2013, cleared the payment on next day. They promised to deliver my product with in 2-3 business day. But when I still didn't received the product on 3rd Aug-2013, I cancelled my order & denied to received the product from Currier.
since then I tried several time to contact with maniacstore customer care through Email about my refund, but they didn't give me any reply.

Avoid them like Plague,ordered a Sennheiser hd25 with COD as payement option.
Some from there store called me and tried to get a debit/credit card or online fund transfer instead of COD.
Pressed him hard about the COD option on their product page,and the fellow hung up!
Extremely unprofessional attitude!...

Even after completing the payment for my order #21341 (microsoft keyboard),the product wasn't delivered.I tried to communicate with the seller but no poper response was given and I demand the refund of my money.This is a fraud site and I request all to avoid buying from here....
