I have mailed marrow but i am not getting any reply. Since some days my device is blocked and i am not getting any assistance. I have had purchased pro plan costing more than 40 thousand. Please i need help

I opened my my account and i was said that i was blocked and i tried login into my account they are saying that my number was not registeded
... It's just 20 days i subscribed to marrow and they did this to me
I used marrow account only in one device i never took screenshots or never recoreded the videos
I just watched to the lectures i tried contacting them i wrote to email they neither responded no r accepting tbe call
I request to kindly unblock my account

Resolve my issue.. Asap.. I have so much to do here you people... So much to cover..!!! I didn't took any screen shot or recorded anything... My phone is not rooted

Resolve it right now... Why are tormenting me like this.. I wasn't even using marrow at that time when you blocked... So why there will be any suspicious activity... Haa!!!

Marrow has blocked my phone from using the app stating that my phone is rooted. One, this is iphone which I have been using since 2017 without ever tampering with the software. I have been asking if there is some proof I can send but there’s no reply after so many mails and calling them. Since 2 days I am trying to contact them and since yesterday I have no reply from their side. My phone is all fine but still they have to waste our time. Clearly there’s some glitch from their side but they don’t seem to be eager to get it resolved.
Worst decision has been to take Marrow, atleast for me. Also their app gets bugs that is fine with them, their notes are all haphazard, that’s also fine with them. And now they have blocked my phone without any fault in my software.

My device has been blocked from accessing marrow app since two days. I cant even open or create another account, even if i do its saying device blocked . I took screenshots everytime it showed device was blocked from accessing . And the person called me bback and said he will get back to me. The next morning i got a mail that the query was resolved i restarted the app and i tried to log in it still showed that device is blocked. And i tried...
