      It’s day 4 and I still don’t have access to my account which is valid till june’22. Exam is in one month. Regardless of sending many emails no reply received. Utterly shocking no response. Really shocking! Not cool, not expected from MARROWS.

              I have submitted Marrow complain at jago grahak jago n filed a legal case after which I got a email asking me to upload my adhar card then my issue got resolved AND ALSO CONSULT UR MARROW CONSELLER N CALL THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AGAIN N AGAIN

                I wanted to transfer my marrow account to another individual cause I wasn't using it anymore so I contacted marrow support team regarding that they said they will help me through it and since I am a Foreign Medical Graduate and I wanted to transfer my account to my friend who is an Indian Medical Graduate, marrow said they cannot transfer the account that way and i said ok and I said I will continue using the account and they suddenly blocked me and I have mailed them already several times explaining the situation but they are not unblocking my account.

                      My marrow account had suddenly blocked on 29th December 2021. They mailed me that I have misused the account by account sharing. Although I had been using multiple multimedia devices but I haven't shared my ID and password with anyone. I have clarified this thing to them through mail 5 days back. But after multiple requests for response, they have not responded me since then . I have left with no other option but to lodge a complaint as I'm losing my precious time.

                        My account was blocked without any notice or warning then I contacted the legal marrow support, they told me that we can fix this but on 2 conditions .I fulfilled both the conditions but still they didn't unblocked by account.

                          My marrow account got blocked at 29th Dec. 2021 but no response from legal team they ask for explaintaion I give them but they didn't unblock it I pay approx. 47k for this time... This is worst coaching and prepladder is best.
                          This happened to me on same day 29th Dec 2021 . Even after giving explanation and multiple mails, they didn't respond.

                          They didn't block if your account blocked due to sharing then they ask you to purchase a one plan by ur friend then unblock it so I shift towards prepladder. Same content same question

                              My marrow account is blocked without any notice or information. A mail was sent that your account is block because KYC is not complete. Inspite of sending adhar card and MCI registration my account is not activated. I feel cheated as it's big amount that I paid and it's wasting my time to study.

                                My device has been blocked from accessing marrow app since two days. I cant even open or create another account, even if i do its saying device blocked . I took screenshots everytime it showed device was blocked from accessing . I did not recieve any notice or any information about it. The next morning i got a mail that the query was resolved i restarted the app and i tried to log in it still showed that device is blocked. And i tried to create another account it still showed device blocked.. For which i replied the authorities saying the it wasnt resolved and they dint reply to any of my messages .i have no choice other than lodge a complaint coz i am losing precious time

                                    Suddenly my marrow account has been blocked, i have never shared my account to anyone, i uploaded id proof which is not getting verified. I got a call this morning from marrow executive regarding id verification. I told my issue then he said he would share a link, if i upload id in that link, the problem will be resolved. But he didnt send me the link. And now suddenly my account is blocked. Kindly resolve this issue. My exams are near please resolve this issue.

                                      My account got blocked and i tried contacting almost all the people i could from their company and they responded 'once' and said my kyc verification was pending.
                                      Fine i did that, send my details and everything, but still! It’s still blocked!

                                      I’ve got so many exams coming up and i needed this resource and now even that’s not here.
                                      Please revert my account & please respond quickly through mail !!

                                        My marrow account has been blocked. I haven't shared my user ID and password with anyone. Nor have I misused my account. I uploaded my college admission letter for verification but it never got verified and I used to get the verification notification frequently. Now it's been 2days that my marrow account has been blocked. I have even emailed the legal team, but I have received no response from their side.

                                              I got a mail yesterday which said my marrow account has been suspended. I have provided all the documents needed for verification but my account haven't got verified yet . I haven't shared my login credentials with anyone. I have maintained all the confidentiality that the company had requested. I have exams coming up this week. Please look into this asap.

                                                    My account has been blocked recently as they are saying that its been used in more than one device or you have not submitted your Id ...but j have submitted that and recently I brought tab so I have been using it in it and its still logged in in my device.
                                                    In Both the devices only I have been using the account but they have blocked it.

                                                          I upgraded from plan b to plan c..They asked me to upload documents for KYC verification which they rejected .without a warning they blocked my account i had no idea about this.. it's been 3 days i complaint via email that let me do the correction ..they just sent 1 email in these 3 days and asked me to upload another document, i did. Now no response from their side ..i paid them 42000 i cant pay it again also they are wasting my time ..4 days are gone in this .if they have a problem they should resolve it faster ..but they are superslow !!
                                                          Is it resolved? If it is resolved how many days did it take to solve the problem? Even I am experiencing the same problem since 2 days and they are not replying.. please let me know
