Has been blocked today
I haven't shared my marrow account password and details with anyone and I have been uploading my id proof but it didn't get verified. Now my exams are near and my marrow account has been blocked. I want this to be resolved asap as there is very less time left for my exams....

I got a mail yesterday which said my marrow account has been suspended. I have provided all the documents needed for verification but my account haven't got verified yet . I haven't shared my login credentials with anyone. I have maintained all the confidentiality that the company had requested. I have exams coming up this week. Please look into this asap....

My account has been blocked recently as they are saying that its been used in more than one device or you have not submitted your Id ...but j have submitted that and recently I brought tab so I have been using it in it and its still logged in in my device.
In Both the devices only I have been using the account but they have blocked it.
I recently purchased it for 48000 and how can i afford to buy it again and i have no idea...

I have logged in in 2 devices but never did simultaneous use
They were asking again and again for id proof ..exactly what id proof one is supposed to give??...

I upgraded from plan b to plan c..They asked me to upload documents for KYC verification which they rejected .without a warning they blocked my account i had no idea about this.. it's been 3 days i complaint via email that let me do the correction ..they just sent 1 email in these 3 days and asked me to upload another document, i did. Now no response from their side ..i paid them 42000 i cant pay it again also they are wasting my time ..4...

I have taken marrow plan c for pg prepration I was using my mobile phone to see marrow videos and then I brought tab when I open from tab they bloked my account this is worst wasting my time...

Today evening when I opened my marrow account it showed that I have been blocked from accessing it...

My marrow account is blocked since 2 days. I have my exams in one month and I should listen to my classes. They asked me to upload my Aadhar card and I uploaded it through mail but there is no response. I had paid full amount 48, 500 while subscription and now I am facing this issue. From 10 to 15 days I haven't used my marrow account. So today I opened it and saw that there's notification about my account that it has been blocked. Since I haven't done any kind of misuse. From beginning when I purchased marrow it always shows that upload ID so I uploded it then it get starts so everytime I have to upload my MCI card. Please have a look into it. They haven't replied my emails also....

2 days back my marrow account was blocked and the legal team emailed me that my KYC details were mismatched, so I replied them with my proper KYC details. Till now there is no response from legal team.
Does anyone know how many days will it get unblocked?...

My marrow plan c account has been blocked all of sudden without any prior information. I have not violated any of their terms and conditions. It is really costing my studies. Kind!y resolve the issue soon. This is very unfair to us...

Bcoz I hadn't opened marrow for many days I didn't fill the I'd details so they blocked the account...

My account got blocked and i tried contacting almost all the people i could from their company and they responded 'once' and said my kyc verification was pending.
Fine i did that, send my details and everything, but still! It’s still blocked!
And I expected a faster and more prompt response.
I’ve got so many exams coming up and i needed this resource and now even that’s not here.

My Marrow account is block because i uploaded a wrong document ans before 5 days they block my account without any notice.
From last 2 days they did not even respond to my mails if any one know help me to resolve it as it is disturbing my schedule...

Hi, i just bought a second hand phone only to watch marrow videos, but it didn't played on that device. Suddenly next day a pop up message occurred on my first device that my account has been blocked. I mean wtf . . They are so serious regarding their security issues that they are willing to waste valuable time of there subscribers. If they do not unblock my account in next 2 days i will shift to dams. And suggest all my juniors for the same....

I have mailed this complaint number of times already to the marrow legal team but they are only assuring that this query will be resolved soon yet nothing is happening. My account on marrow medical app has been blocked one day back and I have payed 41000 rupees to my plan, I really don't know the reason and the marrow team isn't replying to my mails

My marrow account got blocked today ..I have been a plan c user since Feb 16 2018 . I extended my plan for 6 months more ..in these years I have never shared my account details with anyone .. complied with all clauses .. I used my account in 2devices and tried to upload my id proof multiple times though it failed .. now just one month before the exam account got blocked .. please look into the matter...
