My marrow account has been blocked.. I can assure that I haven't violated and of their terms and conditions.. I even tried mailing to marrow and legal team but their is no reply yet. I am loosing very precious time of mine and it had been very difficult to pay such a huge account.. So please do the needful asap

Hi, i just bought a second hand phone only to watch marrow videos, but it didn't played on that device. Suddenly next day a pop up message occurred on my first device that my account has been blocked. I mean wtf . . They are so serious regarding their security issues that they are willing to waste valuable time of there subscribers. If they do not unblock my account in next 2 days i will shift to dams. And suggest all my juniors for the same. Marrow should take a look on their third party security services as they automatically detect such type of things and blocks account without prior notice. Shame on you guys. Please email me on naren.[protected]@gmail.com if you guys face similar issues. We must take legal action.

My marrow account has been blocked for more than 10 days.This is hampering my studies very much. I have mailed this complaint number of times already to the marrow legal team but they are only assuring that this query will be resolved soon yet nothing is happening. I am following terms and conditions and will follow in future too. please kindly unblock my marrow account.

My account on marrow medical app has been blocked one day back and I have payed 41000 rupees to my plan, I really don't know the reason and the marrow team isn't replying to my mails

My marrow account got blocked today ..I have been a plan c user since Feb 16 2018 . I extended my plan for 6 months more ..in these years I have never shared my account details with anyone .. complied with all clauses .. I used my account in 2devices and tried to upload my id proof multiple times though it failed .. now just one month before the exam account got blocked .. please look into the matter

Each day is important for us but my account is blocked how do I study??? Emailing dem repeatedly but no response. They say contact legal team but legal team doesn't give any response. We pay 30 k 40 k for studying and we are facing legal issues? What for?? Many be people do malpractice but we are students we are spending hard earned money to study!!!

My marrow account was blocked 2 days ago. I had just bought my Plan A 3days ago for ₹4000. I have been complaining on the customer support number and emailing them many times but still no response. They are just saying that I used a jailbroken device without giving any explanation or warning.

Actually I got a mail 2 days back stating that they couldn't verify my documents which I was uploaded. I noticed this mail wn my account was blocked. Since then I was mailing them frequently in response i was just getting a ticket nmbr. Such platforms are necessary for evry medical student. I couldn't get my account back.i am not knowing whther it is permanent or temporary. I felt like why I chosen marrow.....

I bought Marrow plan C and haven't voilate any rules. I haven't took a screenshot or shared with anyone. I provide my MCI registration letter as I ID proof. But all of sudden they blocked my account without even telling any reason. They are not replying to my mail and it seems they did with many people like this. Please help me as it's very expensive and I bought it from the bank in terms of EMI, I have to pay them every month.
