I purchased marrow on 10th june 2021 and today its 15th june. After purchasing I was asked to submit my ID proof in the app. Since I was willing to open the app in my laptop I called the person who guided me in buying. He promised for a call back from the technical department within next 30 mins which I didn't receive ever. At evening I got a mail from marrow that my account is blocked.
I didn't even open the app and they have given...

The reason they gave is that my phone is jailbroken.
But I had my phone looked into by a specialist and it is NOT.
as well as I complied with all their requirements that were needed to be fulfilled in order to have my account unblocked.

It has been over 3 days and they haven’t resolved my issue
And are neither responding

My account has suddenly been blocked since yesterday.

I am a pro user plan b since 2 years (costing around 10, 000/-)
And recently i had extended my plan by paying Rs 3999/-

And suddenly they have blocked my account probably because i did not do the KYC verification

I have send them my KYC verification ID via mail.
I have tried reaching them via mail but only an automated response...

I signed up for the Marrow Plan C for a duration of 15 months on the 5th of June for the sum of Rs. 34, 999.

I was able to use it freely until today, when I was informed that my account was blocked for violating their terms of service, this is 2 days after uploading ID proof which consisted of my West Bengal Medical Council Permanent Registration certificate.

I bought marrow for Rs 30500 last year on 13th March 2020 till 22nd May 2021. Today I was watching a video and I was suddenly logged out and it said ki my account was blocked and I still had 4 days of subscription left. It's not fair....

Marrow has blocked my phone from using the app stating that my phone is rooted. One, this is iphone which I have been using since 2017 without ever tampering with the software. I have been asking if there is some proof I can send but there’s no reply after so many mails and calling them. Since 2 days I am trying to contact them and since yesterday I have no reply from their side. My phone is all fine but still they have to waste our time....

My device has been blocked from accessing marrow app since two days. I cant even open or create another account, even if i do its saying device blocked . I took screenshots everytime it showed device was blocked from accessing . And the person called me bback and said he will get back to me.
