My marrow account is being blocked without any reason or so
I have updated my documents, which on the mail says it is invalid and asking for passport, voters ID or mci registration certificate ( I did submit my provisional mci registration certificate, which was apparently invalid ) and I don't have the rest 2 of the docs .
My colleagues use marrow and have only updated aadhar card and they are not facing such issues
We have paid all the amount
I have been sending mails from 3days and I am getting the same reply and no one has contacted back
It's causing so much inconvenience
I wish you guys solve this issue asap

I'm using marrow on two devices and definitely on alternate tym but still it has been blocked

My marrow I'd has been blocked. I have shared my correct I'd proof and neither took screenshots nor shared my account with others. I don't know the reason why this has happened and the team is also not responding properly.
I have never expected this kind of thing from such a company. I request them to check after the issue

Bought marrow 3 months ago for 6 months for Rs19500.But they blocked me yesterday.When I mailed they said that they need my visa and college ID when I have already submitted my Adhar card as well as Driving License.
I now dont know what to say to my parents.I wanted to go through all videos and revise again before returning to other country as marrow may not work there.But now I am blocked with no progress.I have not started even mock tests yet.

They told me they will call me but I am still waiting.I think their website is compromised as they are asking for all my IDs.Even passport visa.Why would they need that for?

It is already an expensive course plus now they have taken away my account.Idk how will I prepare from now as I have not even made notes yet and marrow notes are in the application only.

I recently shifted from plan c to plan b a month ago... Yesterday my old phone broke down and when i tried switching my marrow account to the new phone. They ate showing that my account is blocked.. I have done nothing to break any legal policy... No sharing of accounts.. Have been using marrow since more than 1 year... Please help

My account has been blocked recently as they are saying that its been used in more than one device but i have changed my phone and logged in in my new device and its still logged in in my previous device but in both phone i have been using the account but they have blocked it.
I recently purchased it for 42000 and how can i afford to buy it again and i have no idea what to do now🥺😭

I purchased marrow on 10th june 2021 and today its 15th june. After purchasing I was asked to submit my ID proof in the app. Since I was willing to open the app in my laptop I called the person who guided me in buying. He promised for a call back from the technical department within next 30 mins which I didn't receive ever. At evening I got a mail from marrow that my account is blocked.
I didn't even open the app and they have given false allegations that I had suspicious activity in my account. I called that person again and he said he is looking into it.
I mailed 4 to 5 times to the legal team and also answered there questions.
I have mailed marrow several times and called that person and the sales lady for about fifty times. But none of them responded. Just received a mail of ticket number only and no other response.
I am really frustrated and each day I am passing is full of anxiety and tension. My father is even not able to sleep because of the money we have given. We have a small earning in our family.
Marrow stop playing with us.
I want action against this.

My marrow pro account has been blocked
The reason they gave is that my phone is jailbroken.
But I had my phone looked into by a specialist and it is NOT.
as well as I complied with all their requirements that were needed to be fulfilled in order to have my account unblocked.

It has been over 3 days and they haven’t resolved my issue
And are neither responding
Not giving any legitimate reason as to why my account remains still blocked.

I am pro user since 2 yrs and I had recently repurchased their extension plan worth 3999/-.

But now I am stuck in this situation
And I don’t know where to revert to.

I am loosing precious time my exam is in less than a momth

My account has suddenly been blocked since yesterday.

I am a pro user plan b since 2 years (costing around 10, 000/-)
And recently i had extended my plan by paying Rs 3999/-

And suddenly they have blocked my account probably because i did not do the KYC verification

I have send them my KYC verification ID via mail.
I have tried reaching them via mail but only an automated response is given

When i try calling their customer care support nobody responds because of shortage of staff due to covid.

This is a very crucial time of my preparation with INI CET exam just a month away.

Most of my study material is on The app.

Please HELP RESOLVE this issue.

Plan B extended till september 2020

I signed up for the Marrow Plan C for a duration of 15 months on the 5th of June for the sum of Rs. 34, 999.

I was able to use it freely until today, when I was informed that my account was blocked for violating their terms of service, this is 2 days after uploading ID proof which consisted of my West Bengal Medical Council Permanent Registration certificate.

As such, I am not aware of any violations of their terms on my part, and would like this decision overturned with prejudice as soon as possible.

My account got blocked while I am not playing in parallel devices

I bought marrow for Rs 30500 last year on 13th March 2020 till 22nd May 2021. Today I was watching a video and I was suddenly logged out and it said ki my account was blocked and I still had 4 days of subscription left. I cant even renew my account now or get the discount for that . please help me resolve my complaint as soon as possible as im wasting precious time and money on this matter.

My account on marrow medical app has been blocked 4 days back and I have just payed 18000 rupees to extend my plan, I really don't know the reason and the marrow team isn't replying to my mails
