Dear sir,

I booked a parcel[protected] from delhi to hissar (Spark international sec-13 hissar 125005) on 26/06/2018 through maruti courier company but till now they are not able to delivered that. I talked to them they said that lost my parcel somewhere so they can not trace that parcel. After many follow up i m writing this compliant again them now i want to resolve this issue.

[protected] this was couriered on 7th of may 2018, the product hasent been delivered yet.. today is 23rd...such ### services these guys are providing and when spoken to the Chennai courier they said upfront that we are not responsible...that was a kurta which was sent from Ahmadabad to Chennai its been so many days and Chennai people told that will not help...where the hell should i go now...the price of the parcel was 2500...they have been troubling me by not helping me and they are not ready to any responsibility.

A parcel was sent from jamshedpur to jafarabad, gujarat but got misplaced in rajkot. When asked in rajkot office, they had the audacity to say that it might have been taken by my staff/boys and it would not be delivered. There was no integrity in them and their system was complete failure. Docket no.[protected].
They even say, no matter what you do, you would not be able to get your parcel.

Hello sir my name is dhyey p shukla. Sir i sent a courier through maruti air courier service. The awb number is-"[protected]". Sir i sent this courier at the date 12/02/2018. But still the courier is not received by the customer. Sir i contact new delhi office but they didn't give me a better response or disconnected the phone... Sir i called at hisar office but they also called that the courier is not received by them. But the courier was already dispatched by the new delhi office to hisar at date 13/02/2018. But they didn't deliver the courier to the customer office. So please check it and give me a better response... Thank you...

And it is a very worst courier service i ever seen... Go to hell maruti air courier...

I sent the item which amount is 1300/-... But don't receive by my customer.

I have submitted a cheque to be delivered to noida but it has not been delivered till now and on their website its showing delivered. Very poor service this company is providing to customers better it should shutdown its services. I would not recommend to anyone for using the courier services of this company better to go with the speed post.

A cheque was sent by icici bank through maruti air courier. On 22 feb i recd a sms saying that the cheque has been returned back and is sent via maruti courier with awb 337547. I have been trying to find the status of awb 337547 which was dispatched on 21 feb 18 but not been able to track it online. I tried to contact several contact numbers but non of them has resolved the query and have been giving some phone numbers to contact. Request you to kindly find the status of the above packet.

My courier came from hyderabad to noida. It was shipped on 8th and was received at noida hub on 9th feb. From 9th feb it is with maruti courier centre noida sec-15 and it's been 3-4 days now still they are not delivering it to my location. I have already called them a couple of times and they say it will be delivered today or tomorrow and then no one comes, today they said i have to come to collect myself. Am really dissatisfied with the service.

I have my three parcel box packed frm parel office mumbai to yavatmal. On arrival i find my product missing, called to parel office where they denied their duty, called customer care she was pathetic, rather than understanding the problem was shouting at me. I have filed a legal notice from consumer court. And there was no checking done in between the travel because parcel was well packed when received.

The courier of the above mentioned tracking id has been misplaced in dadar & as per the branch office of dadar the bag has been lost.
The bag consist of medicines which are very important.

The courier was sent from goa to ratnagiri. As we did not receive it on tracking it was showing that the courier is at dadar for 3-4 days. On calling the dadar ro, they told us that the bag has been lost we are searching it. We then called the goa - maruti service executive as per them as well it was told that the bag has been lost.

We need the refund of the amount that has been couriered as early as possible.

I have purchase a stb from solid e marketing new delhi, they send my order from maruti air courier on 26 december 2017 but. I have trace courier till 27 december after this i not received my item or trace till today. Please help on this i have call this courier office delhi and patna but they not give any response. My courier docket no. Is[protected].

I had sent an important doc on 13/oct/17 awb[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 15th.. N last date for it reach in institute was 21..in between they were not answering calls.. N on 21st one guy says that mt package is with delivery boy n he has gone to his village..!! Such disgusting excuse... Later it was delivered on 23rd oct.. Which was of no use for me..in b/w i had requested to send back the post to me, if they were not able to reach it to destination on or before 21st...
No reply frm that # jus cut call on my face n later blocked my number.

Really useless imbecile staff they have in delhi south nodal office, unprofessional.. Really very pathetic service.. I make sure me r non of my friends r relatives don't use this cargos service in future..

We have given the material on 14/10/17 at your dadar branch for ahmedabad.
But it's lost by your ahmedabad branch the box contains tape 15nos. Qty.

Please look at the said issue and revert back us asap.

My friend send me courier on 26th september. Now today is 10th oct. I have tried a lot to find out where is my courier package. It was really very difficult to track down. All branch is saying to call another branch. To track down, i have to call from originating branch siwan (Patna), thane, main branch, dombivalli.
Finally i got to know that it is with dombivali branch & now they are saying that they can't deliver to my place. I have to go at branch 4 -5 km to collect it.
What the hell courier service is this??
You can't deliver in mumbai?? I am not living in a village.
Now it will go back then again i will do with a new courier.
Worst courier service i had ever in my life.
Please provide home delivery.

I have couriered a confidential documents from ahmedabad to surat and docket number is 79368492 on saturday dated 08.07.2017 when i called for knowing status at ahmedabad office they told me the courier was dispatched from ahmedabad and will dispatched today at surat on mentioned address and also they gave me number of surat for further any information.

Then i called at surat office for knowing status of the courier they asked for the address and gave number of the person who is familiar with that address and when i called that person and give him docket number and he told me i have not received any courier for that docket number and again i have called the person who has gave me the number and he told that i have not received any courier form ahmedabad.

Then again i am trying to call at ahmedabad office but they are not receiving call and they putted receiver aside.

I have called mumbai ho office but they are also not co-operate and behave rudely.

So the conclusion is all are just giving the number and they did not co-operate.

So i would like to request to you to kindly solve the issues otherwise you forced me to take action against you and i have to visit consumer forum for the same.

I purchase a electronic component from solid4you on 13.04.2017 and i paid full amount including courier charges on the same day. on 14 April i get a mail from solid4you that i order material is send through maruti air courier Delhi and the document number is[protected]. from 17 th April i am contact by phone in maruti air courier office at coimbatore. the incharge of maruti air coimbatore is mr.Arulraj and his phone number is [protected] daily 5 to 6 time i am phone to him he is not reply and off the phone, then three time i talk to him he says that parcel was not received in coimbatore. dear sir what happen to the parcel?because online puchase in solid4you is not a fraud company i am get the manifist number 17680/15.04.2017 from delhi maruti air office and the same i sms to maruti air coimbatore..but still i am not get any reply from coimbatore office.sir kindly find the parcel and send to me my phone number [protected]

Sir my parcel booked on 11.04.17 from 'New Delhi to Bhadrak' by maruti air cargo courier.
They give me the online tracking number to track online. I track my parcel on 12.04.17 its shows parcel forwarded to kolkatta & in transit (on the way).
But sir the funny thing is till today on 17.04.17 when i am tracking my parcel its shows parcel forwarded to kolkatta & in transit (on the way).
Nothing improvement of my parcel.

My parcel got dispatched from mumbai for delivery to Muzaffarpur on 16th of March. I have not yet received my parcel. I enquired about it at the Patna office twice and twice they said they'll get back to me in 10 mins. The call never came and now they are not even answering my calls. These people are harassing customers. The parcel contains books for my upcoming examination and it has not been delivered yet.

I have courier a item mentioned AWB no[protected] on 23/02/2016 to Gurgaon Harayana, Pin code-122001

But item still not reached there as per Gurgaon Maruti courier they have misplaced the item! I have talked multiple times regarding the same from last 7 days with them.

This is clear that Maruti Air courier started these service to steal product and items from various persons across India!

Hence requested to kindly look into this matter.

Dear Sir

We are facing a bad experience in courier delivery by Maruti Air Courier and Cargo. We are a Health Insurance Company and are accountable for Health Card distribution to customers who have purchased our Policy. We are awaiting the Health card for customers who have purchased policies in the month of September 2016. The POD Number[protected]. The last update shows Forwarded to Patna on 1st November 2016. Customers are getting impatient and this leads to a servicing issue. Request you to kindly intervene and resolve the issue asap. Please contact me on [protected].

I have sent a Parcel from Ahmadabad with docket no[protected] which is reached at destination since last 4 days and no buddy is taking care to deliver that Parcel. How rude people from their Regional office and Head Office are that no one is answering properly and hung up the phone without listing complete matter. Deliver the courier ASAP or if you can't then give me return the cost of my Parcel.

This is the worst courier services I have ever seen. They wont keep the assurance they make for the delivery. My courier got delayed which was planned from Bangalore to Haveri. The picked parcel information was not entered in their website and there is no information in the website for the given tracking id. Also if I contact the office number, they dont respond properly and if you ask for details, instead of giving proper information, they cut the call. The parcel was not weighed and charged for the weight. It was charged much more.
