i have purchased Ritz VDI.. from the date i have taken i am getting some sound from the back.. after 2 servicing also it has not been solved... very poor service... if new cars give such problems then what is the use of buying new car.... better go for second hand car.. and save money and time....

I am Saju P Joseph. I purchased Maruti Ritz Vdi from the dealer INDUS Motors Co. Pvt. Ltd. on 19/11/2010. Around two weeks after the purchase a flickering sound heard from the pillar between front and back door. I told the dealer about the sound at time of first service. It was cleared then. But after some days the same sound occured again. That time the dealer's on road service came to my house and cleared it. But...
