I would like to bring to your notice a chain of bad services given to me by Maruti Suzuki, a sheer winner in it's field, while purchasing my first car (Maruti Swift ZXI Petrol). The chain of bad services ignited when I applied for a car loan at Fortpoint (Matunga, Mumbai) and booked my car with them. Unfortunately, you guys lost one...

Basically it is not a complaint, this is a request for considering your offer for surprise gift, which was informed me through a letter as Maruti Swift Car has crossed the 1.5 lakh mark and the making the fastest growing in its segment. DELAY and INDIFFERENT DEALER
Booked swift in March25, 2009 and was promised delivery in max 20days . Today is March 27 and there is no update from the dealer.Everytime i need to call them and ask for updates !!! Is this way you treat customers ? Extremely bad customer service from MARUTI . Am attaching the details below. Expecting something will be done soon !!!
