I had booked maruti suzuki wagon r on 14/01/2021 vide docket no [protected] through sai service. I havent received the car nor any information on the same till date. Upon my enquiry with the sales manager. He is unable to tell me when will i receive the car. I want to know the status of the same urgently or else i shall cancell the booking and opt for tata motors. This casual attitude of the staffs is not tolerable. I was given a time of one month. Your sales manager - UMESH is so arrogant that he is OK for the cancellation of car and remit back my deposit amount

    I purchased wagon r in july 2019 car is new only 6 months old car get over heat always after 20 kms of drive mileage also getting of py 11 kmpl in city and on highway max 15 kmpl to 17 kmpl and i checked car at ms service center so many times they just check it resolve it not giving any correct info about problem and after they correct it car runs ok for few days and again problem came back even power steering get to tight like no power steering after some km drive even car in city tyre pressure is perfect on all tyres still feels to heavy even more heavy than my fiat punto hps. Checked it they replace it now after 5 and half months later steering get heavy and noise came while turning wheel like i turn some old junk wheel of that water big pipe wheel and car is like toy "seriously" feels too much toyish boring to drive and car feels it's gonna toppled on corner when car is on 60 kph or above that. Once i was doing only 80 or 90 kph i push brake brakes didn't work and car won't brake (But i know how to stop i put 5→3 gear pumping brakes and pull half hand brake just for friction not applied full than 3→1 car stops i stop engine restart it brakes came back but that is seriously dangerous my child was with me i was complained in ms 4 months now but no response from ms pathetic car brand car people are really stupid who bought this tin cans and avoid good cars like fiat tata even i have seen after services over of ms owner mostly serviced their cars on local mechanics so why think of service center of fiat parts are also available at 99rpm.com and boodmo app get 2nd hand part from junk yard very cheaply or after market i never faced any issue in my fiat grande punto 2012 done 1, 98, 077 kms still runs as new even after 1 lakh plus kms car mileage is 16 to 18 kmpl in city and max i was got 28.1 kmpl on hhigheay mostly 25 kmpl performance of car is intact as new.

      I had purchased wagon r vxi 2015 model. But after servicing from the authorised service centre from the maruti service centre as per the terms and conditions of the sale/ service booklet, it seems poor mileage of my said car that i have never got above 11 kilometer per liter petrol. It seems some serious complaint in make. It is requested to please check the complaint at the earliest.
      I had brought a car recent weak thursday 28 june 2018 in 1 weak there is many problem in car in mileage and engine problem The showroom. I bought car from magic auto in dabri my phone no.[protected] the showroom is cheated to me through give me a old vehicle and i dont bought your car please refund my money

        I had done servicing on mym car from sai service andheri mumbai on 4th july 2017.
        On 6th july may car started leaking oil from engine.
        I was informed by sai service this is due to hydrolic something and there was water.
        This is purely case of technical fault of maruti wagon r and sevice center
        On 4th july they washed my car and hence there was water.
        As there was no rain in mumbai from 1st july to 6th july.
        Please help me here

          Dear sir,


          I am sorry to disturb you, but sadly i have to enclose these photos

          You can see the main part ( bracket ) started to get rusting slowly and the bolt which is rotating by engine as well started to rust

          Rusting to the bracket for sure one day will crack and break the with time

          Rusting cannot be stopped


          Today I went to your service station for regular washing and servies to your Rupani
          service centre, ( you can check record there in )

          Since they are doing all, never need to open upper cover for anything, but since

          before taking there, I wanted to check coolant level, I opened and found this

          you know how this bold is important to hold the entire engine, and in time with jerk it will surely one day may get down due to its weight and rest you can imagine
          if it happens during drive !!!


          Well photos itself will tell the facts and I request you to arrange immediate
          changing of the rusted bracket


          it can be seen clearly that poor quality of steel or inferior quality is leading to such junks

          It must be going on for long, but since vehicle runs well smooth and without any problem,

          never needed to look in to, and of course I am non technical man !!so I need to open for coolant, rest all the time it is serviced well at your autorized station


          Kindly take suitable and necessary action to solve this

            HI, I had taken new car from Sky auto mobile Bhubaneswar on 20th Nov 2015.First servicing done as per time after 1000 klm.But today when I am trying to open my car but unable to do this.I feel there is battery back up issue.I called maruti agent send to mechanic check the issue.Mr.Ajay came to my home and with out checking any fault he has battery charged another vehicle(Swift Dzire) and I found some burning smell during the testing.I asked the mechanic the same but he told me need to check this issue at service centre .I went to service centre but did not resolved due to some parts available.I spoke with GM Mr.Gupta and he confirmed will be resolve by tomorrow. If battery issue is there please check it properly and replace the same. During testing self sterter issue arises and due to which I unable to start my CAR. Please send some eng who will perfectly check the issue and correct it.Bcz its only 1 and 1/2 month vehicle.

              I took delivery of wagon r in May 2014. The car has not yet run 4900kms. But the left side tyre was going flat often in the past one month. A puncture was located and set right. But still the tyre got completely flat the next day. When I took it to the Service Centre, they said the tyre has got torn and that I have to buy a new tyre for Rs.4000/- I am shell shocked to hear this. They say it is my fault. After all, I don't drive beyond III gear. So the impact, whatever it is due to, is sure to be nothing . Here, I wd, . like to tell u that I have got a two wheeler bought about 14 years back and it has run about 40000kms. I never even know that there is a part called tyre. I have never had any problem, whatsoever, with the two wheeler. I have been using it on very bad roads also. I request you to replace the tyre immediately since the spare tyre is being used now. Apart from this, the number place with ind mark and India imprint has also cost me heavily. Police penalised me with Rs. 100/- and the change of no. plate cost me Rs, 400/- . This I complained to the Manager of the shwo room from where I took delivery of car just to hear an arrogant refusal to reimbursement from him. I request you to deal with these things and help me out sir.
              Twice serviced & after 3 services average not increased upto 13.

                Water issue inside the car in rainy season

                Its been only 2month i had purchased my car. And every morning there are alot of water comes there under the footmate during rainy season. Though the car windows and doors are everything is locked.Though there comes a rain water from somewhere inside the car. We had compaint regarding this to KATARIA(Maruti seller agency at Ahmedabad). But no one listen to do this. And no one care to do some permament solution....

                My car wagon r vxi model 2011 march . Since after 4 paid service I found poor pickup when AC is switch on. As well as I show to service centre but thethey are not able to rectify it. And now after 5th service my car starts vibrations when engine turns on and its on neutral gear.

But said parts has not painting properly and bumper of front is a black colour, which is painting in whit colour same has been removed after wash. supply of energy of fog light of front driver side and back side also disconnected.. I also contacted on my telephone to concern show room but, they are responding. I have expanded the amount of Rs. 9700=00 +Insurance. Therefore, proper service may kindly be provided. Thank You...

                  I bought my wagonR two years back. My previous car was also a WagonR.
                  I use my car for long distance journeys. Eveytime the car runs for half an hour, the horn stops working.I HAD TO DRIVE 206 KM WITH NO HORN!!!
                  And when I gave my car for service, I asked them to repair the horn and they did nothing . Very poor service!

                    I have purchase a maruti wagon R from Sky automobiles on 18th March 2013. The agency promised me to provide the registration documents within 15 days of purchase. However the agency has not provided my documents till date. I have visited the agency's outlet for more than 10 times and contected him over phone for a number of occasions. The agency is shifting the date for 2-3 days on every occasion giving me mental and physical agony. Sir, I am staying almost 120 km away from Jagdalpur. I have to spend one day leave from office to meet the agency. Evenafter informing the agency that I am going to lodge complain against him on consumer forum, the agency has not shown any positive intrest in providing me the document till date.

                    Maruti Wagon R — High Consumption of Fuel

                    I purchased a Maruti Wagon R, Model No 410,Car Registration No WB06C4081 on 24.12.2009 through Dewars' Garage, Council House Street,Kolkata.The car has till date run about 2600 KM. But fuel usage is below 6 Kms per litre without any use of AC. This is my 2nd Complain without any response from the Company.

                      I have purchased Maruti Wagon-R duo model on 17 Jan 2008. In these five years it has run 80,000 Km. Vehicle is a single hand used and repaired and serviced only at Maruti service centers. In this period other than the scheduled services I have paid at least Rs.50,000 for complaints which only indicate poor production quality and low quality Assurance standards. These are:

                      1. Engine overhaul (non scheduled and unexpected) due to piston rings wearing out.
                      2. AC (repetitive problems of filter and gas leakage)
                      3. Engine temperature sensor and elect fusing ( with AC on , temperature rising abnormally resulting in AC cut out).

                      On 18 Apr 13 I have got my car repaired for the problem which has re occurred in less than a month.

                      Maruti WagonR — Poor customer treatment by RajSneh Auto Garh Road Meerut

                      My car got serviced last to last week on RajSneh Auto Garh Road Meerut UP.But After a day or two I realized one of the headlamp was fused. When I went to workshop for it's replacement they people treated me like I am a beggar asking for head lamp replacement. The attendent named Akhtar Ali was so rude in behaviour and using the words like "Dikhta nahi kya aur bhi khade hain service waaley pehlay inko dekhoon ya tumhay". I he didn't cared that I am complaning about the service that was done one or two days back.

                      Maruti WagonR — Extra RTO need to pad

                      This is regarding the Wagon R which i have brought on Oct 11 2009 from Jeewan motors Bhopal ,on that time they charged RTO 5% but now suddenly RTO increased the 7% on oct 13 2009 so they are asking the 2% more RTO even if i have paid the whole amount .

                      WAGONR — bad quality service

                      Our car WagonR MH01 AE 9839, model 2008, has been sent for service to fort point cotton green Maruti service center, specifically for the replacement of bumper. The car was sent to the center on 19th july 2010 but the service is still pending. Mr Mahesh, an employee of the service center has informed us that the bumper is not available with the company nor with any dealer. WagonR is a common car seen on the roads and this is highly irresponsible on the part of the company. We are tired of constantly approaching the center and if we do not get our car back in 2 days we would have to approach the consumer court.

                        Sir,
                        Please go through my following request.

                        1.After running only 9900 kms, suddenly my car stopped working.

                        2 Car placed at your workshop at AMar Cars Anand today on 31.3.13

                        3.They checked and surprisingly asked me the requiremet to replace Clutch Plate and Bearing also , amouting Rs.4000/-

                        4.The reason ,they explained that is "WRONG DRIVING PRACTICE ? LEG REMAINS ON CLUTCH PADLE ?"

                        5. For your information, I am using Maruti 800 car since 2002 and run 65000 kms but not faced any such problem. I also know about working technology of clutch plates.

                        6. The problem arrised is only due to poor quality aspect in my views. I request you to check the matter on quality aspect viewing your Brand and not only the legal way of warranty.

                        7.Your engineer says that it may happens in many cases not only at 9900 kms but only after running of 50kms or below 1000 kms and NO warranty applies.

                        8.IN such circumstances ,Should I replace my Leg or Car of other Brand ?

                        Please check the matter and resolve my quary as soon as possible and in hope of a favourable reply.

                          Maruti Wagon R — Battery did not cover guarantee

                          I purchased the vehicle in April 2006 and on 30th March 2009 the battery was down and on my compalint to the dealer Narayani Motors, Bhubaneswar i was told that the battery with new vehicle does not cover guarantee, but if you buy battery now separately, it will cover guarantee.

                          Now i am astonished that how new vehicles does not cover guarantee? This means that the new vehicles are supplied with substandard batteries?

                          At the time of application, (reffer to my application form , I am having a copy of it) You had clearly mentioned that you will charge Rs.99 extra & I will get a service of all Reliance to Reliance Land Line & Reliance Mobile FREE. But to my surprise I was charged for the same in the very first bill. By the time I recived this bill next half month was passed. When I complained for this I was told that you had not intimated for the same I told them that you reffer to my application form, they told that they are not having it & form is with TRAI. (This is an unbeliveable excusses) I was told to come and meet in R.Com Gallary. I went at Borivli (w). There I was told you have to pay the bill first.or, we shall disconnect your line. then they did so.
                          "NOW I REMEMBER OF THE AD SAYING '''NO HIDDEN COST''' OF A RIVEL CO." THAT WAS VERY MUCH TRUE.
                          Carnation Auto, Sec 5 Noida has very poor quality of service, they are fleecing poor customers.

                            This is sad to inform you that my Car is not working well form last 20days :-

                            1. First over heated and gasket damage.
                            2. Change the gasket on-spot form outside repair center.
                            3. After change the gasket engine vibration & doing missing regularly.
                            4. Try 02 times at your authorized service centre( Batra Auto co, fbd ), but they not able to solve the issue.
                            5. In Second visit they even not try any more for solving the issue.
                            6. Engineer available there were not even’ve enough knowledge regarding engine.

                              I HAD BOOKED MARUTI WAGON R ON[protected] UNDER THE CELEBRATION WEEK OFFER.IN THIS OFFER WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET A REEBOK KIT FREE OF WORTH RS.8000/-.AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WILL RECEIVE THE KIT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF CAR ON 31.5.2011.BUT TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REEBOK KIT.AFTER ASKING FREQUENTLY ABOUT THIS AT SAI SERVICE STATION MARUTI DEALERS PUNE WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWERS.TODAY WE GOT THE MESSAGE SAYING THAT WE MIGHT RECEIVE THE GIFT OFFER ONLY IN AUGUST 2011.THIS IS CHEATING .
                              AT TIME OF BOOKING WE WERE TOLD THAT THE BOOKING OFFER DISCOUNT IS OF RS.19000/-,BUT THE ACTUAL DISCOUNT OFFER PRICE WAS OF 35000/-TO 50000/- AS SEEN ON ADVT CAMPAAGAIN AS SHOWN ON TELEVISION.
                              WE HAVE ALSO NOT RECEIVED IN WRITTING THE SECOND YEAR WARRANTY OF CAR.

                                I bought a Maruti Wagon R from Popular automobiles, Cochin in 2008. Six months later the AC was not functioning properly. The cooling function had decreased. When we took it to the service centre, they said that there was a gas leak. They said that there was a defect in the unit and said that the ac could be replaced as it was in the warranty period.The same problem recurred and after the repair was over, they said that all the defects were rectified, They added that there was no need for repalcement. The problem recurred even after that and every time it worked for about 6 months. The problem recurred a week ago. The service centre informed me that they had to replace certain parts and the bill would be around 7500/-. Why din't they replace it during the warranty period? My Mobile no Is [protected].                                   I have a Wagon R. Often rat enters the vehicle and damages the seat covers, paper documents such as insurance copy, RC Book copy, workshop bills etc. I discussed the matter with the service personnel. But they give a cool reply that rats entering the vehicle is common to all brands and there is a gap in every car sufficient enough for rats to enter in.
                                  Will anybody let me know whether it is true that rat menace is common to all vehicle. Also suggest me some ideas to keep rat out of reach.

                                    LAKSMI CARS IN MIRA ROAD THANE WAS THE AUTORISED DEALER & SEVICE CENTRE FOR MARUTI. I PURCHASED MARUTI WAGON R DUO IN 2007 FRON THIS DEALER WAS REGULRLY DOING MY SERVICING OF CAR FROM THIS DEALER.
                                    I HADF TAKEN ANNULA MAINTENANCE CONTRACT IN NOVEMBER 2010 FOR SERVIVCING FOR ONE YEAR. BUT TO MY SURPRISE THIS SERVICE IS CLOSED/SHUT DOWN WITH NO INFORMATION TO ME/CUSTOMERS. I UNDERSTAND MARUTI HAS SUSPENDED DEALERSHIP WITH NO INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS.
                                    I HAVE LOST MY AMC MONEY. KINDLY HELP IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

                                      The stability of New wagon R is very bad. I have new model Wagon R. On 15 Nov 2010 I met with a very bad accident on a state highway. I am fortunate and lucky enough to be there todayto write these comments.

                                      On 15 Nov 2010, I along with my family was travelling on a state highway. One Motor Cyclist with a child was coming at a high speed to his right side of the road after over taking a vehicle. Perhaps he did not anticipate a vehicle in the opposite direction and he suddenly appeared in front of me at a distance of just 10 mtrs. I was sure that he would collide with my car head on and hence I took an instant decision of taking my vehicle to the left. Left wheels got off from the asphalted road. My speed then was around 50 to 55 KMPH.

                                      Luckily the motorcyclist passed off just grazing my car and nothing happenend to him and the child. When I tried to get the vehicle back on to the road, my vehicle toppled onto the right and i lost all control on my steering. The car went about 15 to 20 metres grazing on the ground on the right side and took a u turn and stopped after 5 to 10 mters facing opposite direction. We in the car was tossed and rotated inside the car. Since I was wearing seat belt Iescaped from tossing but I was lying on thedoor glass. My hand got bruises. Person sitting behind me got hit in the shoulder and the lady by the side of me sustained minor fracture and some minor injury. My son sitting diagonally opposite on the rear side escaped unhurt because he was holding the handle.

                                      People around in that area came for our rescue and it took 10 minutes for all to come out of car. On straitening the care we found the left side was totally rubbed on the road and full of scratches and at a few places on the door we were to see the burnt portion of metal with holes in the door. Rear view mirror and driver side glass totally boken.Luckily the car could be driven without any problem, Engg padding got displaced in the jerk.

                                      The reason I attribute on examining the whole incident was that the accident took place because of instabiity tall boy concept maruti new model wagon R with small dia wheels. Had the wheels been little taller and wider or the height been litttle less, the vehicle would not have toppled when I turned the car to the right to bring it on the road.

                                      Maruti authorities need to examine this in right presepctive and redesign the vehicle by calling back for all cars or doing something akin to this before it happens with others. When I took the car to the maruti work shop, I was told that they already received and repaired 3 such cars before with similar incident.

                                      Will Maruti kindly look into it?

                                      Hi i am planning to buy Wagon-R CNG and i was always confused with this tall boy regarding height for controlling the vehicle and CNG for its pickup/engine damage. I liked Versa for its space and quality product but, the height problem brought me nearby to Wagon-r as Eeco doesn't meet any of said features.
                                      I have decided to buy Wagon-R CNG, not because i am only concerned with fuel economy but the height, extended seats base and leg-room might give my old parents in rear seats some relief for back/pelvis and knees. And the global warming concern brought me to CNG where i can compromise few paise/Km and little low pick up anyways i dont have to participate formula-1 till then.
                                      Now, to the point, i am really concerned with this tall boy regarding control due to height incase of accident as my dear Maruti Wagon-r customer mate. I think Maruti should increase its wheel size from 13" to 14" and tyre from 145 to 165 and 55 to 70 as well with options of alloy wheels for front wheels.
                                      One more point to say they have really done wonderful job o[censored]pgrading the rear suspensions which supports the CNG tank weight i.e 60 Kgs. The AC improvement on CNG. I do feel if they could do some arrangements to fit spare tyre underhood/atop as they have made box space in front non-driver seatbase, People could find space for valuable luggage in present spare tyre space, upfolding the rear seat 60:40 for long journey/picnic.

                                      Note: I am not the person driving vehicle everyday, I would use it on weekends and family functions, so that my family is relaxed and enjoys when they are away from work. So CNG is not for FE but, only environment concern that every individual on earth should think first and force machine manufacturers produce environment friendly consumer products.

                                        I bought Maruti wagon R on 6 dec,2009.But before my car completes an year its ignition coil has got damaged.Its means that the product used by maruti was nt a quality product otherwise it is impossible that a ignition coil gets damaged.Moreover I never got my car clened by anywhere.I always visited the local maruti dealer for my car clening.I want maruti to look into this matter and should replace the coil with new one.

                                          Dear Sir,

                                          I have given my car for Bumper painting and tyre replacement to Rohan motors, Greater Noida. They committed me to give back my car within 2 days and when i went after 2 days the car was lying in same condition and nothing was done.
                                          After asking I got reply that we do not have bumper in stock so we can not say when will be give back your car and tyre is not replaced as you have not given as 20 rupees for tyre replacement as we do not have tyre replacement facility and we got tyre replaced from outside.

                                          I demanded my car back but they told me that we cannot give back your car because we have created a job card against it and will give back only after we will get the bumpers and no time was mentioned.

                                          I met with the AGM (MP Singh) to tell my issue and he committed me to give back my car after next 2 days. so i felt helpless and came back only to find the car in same condition even after next 2 days.

                                          Finally, I got my car after 10 days and i faced lot of harassment in between. However, the work was only of one day.

                                          The service level at Rohan motors, Greater Noida in pathetic and much much below Maruti or any other service station standards.

                                          Could anybody suggest what can I do so that other customers do not get harassed at Rohan Motors, Greater Noida.

                                            Maruti Wagon R — POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                            I am the owner of Maruti Wagon R vehicle No. MH 01 AQ 6149 since last 4 years which I use it every day for personal purpose. The vehicle is purchased from Sai Service, Andheri, Mumbai. I availed extended warranty of one year while purchasing the vehicle.
                                            Since the time I purchased the vehicle, regular service and maintenance is done in every 6 months through Sai Service, Borivali Service Centre. When ever the vehicle is sent for servicing, everything recommended by the service representative is paid for as per the bills. Needless to say that, it is very expensive to maintain the vehicle through Sai Service. A vehicle which is maintained regularly as per the guidelines of the Maruti is expected to run without any complaint. How ever no satisfactory service is provided by the Sai Service to me.
                                            I regret to inform you that since last more than 2 years, there is unbearable whistling sound from bonnet which according to the service representatives from Sai Service, is the sound of belt. With such sound it is very difficult to run the vehicle and it is causing lot of embarrassment and nuisance to me. It is practically impossible to run the vehicle. Always when such problem is noticed, I took the vehicle to Sai Service Borivali, to get the same rectified. Everything what is recommended is done for the vehicle is evident from the service records of the vehicle. But only for few days the vehicle will run smoothly. More than 4 times the vehicle was taken to solve the problem. How ever till date the defect is not rectified. I am wasting my time and money on such unsatisfactory services given by Sai Service. I am a busy professional and I cannot afford to waste so much time
                                            The said problem is persistant and still continued. I am not able to use the vehicle.
                                            I called up Sai Service, Borivali 15 days back and explained the problem. Though they promised to collect the vehicle and do the needful. How ever till date nothing is done in the matter.
                                            Lot of inconvenience and harassment is caused to me in the matter.

                                              very vrey bad service and making fraud with customer forcing us to go to consumer court.
                                              sir,
                                              three four months back my car was serviced in the above said shop. following parts were changed gear plate,oil,and door bulb.
                                              just after fifteen days of servicing ,bulb was not working . then i thought (as a commom person)it might be get fused.
                                              yesterday i.e., 30.07.2010 i went to the AMAR CARS for changing of vipers and bulb.
                                              as the mechanic was chaning the vipers i paid the bill for viper,bulb ,service charge etc.
                                              later on ,when it was informed by mechanic that the old bulb is ok ,some loose connection is there.
                                              , as the old bulb was giving light,then he took both bulb inside and came back after 5-10 min and said sir old bulb is fused and we fitting new bulb.
                                              then i asked the store person ( mr. anil) where is my fuse bulb, he said he thrown that fuse bulb.i cannot digest this.
                                              as the time was 7.45pm so mo manager was present .but i asked the manager no. and contact him
                                              as the newly fitted bulb stop working in the way to my home.
                                              then Mr. ashok vasava( supervior)_ along with electrician came to my home by 9.30 pm and correct the same and they also gave me a fuse bulb.
                                              morning i found bulb is not working again. reason might be same loose conection.
                                              now i,ll ask to maruti persons for what i m paying labour charges, bulb chares( because my old bulb was also working but loose connection was there )
                                              i think it is enough for describe a problem.
                                              i m working in IOCl.A huge looby use to go to amar car. if this type of problem will be there then who will go to AMAR CAR,

                                                Vehical no.T.N. AS 1752 WAGON-R. This vehicalwas left in your companyM.M.S.for repairing accident damaged. the insurance of the vehical was with ROYAL SUNDARAMALLIANCE COMPANY LTD.tie-up After the vehical was repaired youtr company asked for a cheque for deprisiation etc.Rs.8518.00 Beliveing i paid the said amount, but suddenly i had doughtbecause they didnot provieded proper detail for cheque amount and recipt. I wrote a letter to royal sundaram co. asking correct amount the clint has to pay they informed me that differance amount is Rs.6773.00 only to be paid. It was shocked to me that your company had collected excess payment of Rs.1745.00 from me and kept quite, when i told themi will take up this issue in the manner required then they got afraid and sent me the cheque of excess collected amount Rs.1745.00. Now i want all my previous bills of this car to be re-checkd or else i will take steps. THANK YOU.

                                                  M/s Sai Service Station Ltd located at Phoenix Mills Compound at Lower Parel in Mumbai had given an invoice for wagon R Vxi model wherein they offered to take my old maruti car for 15,000 and also offered exchange loyalty of Rs.12,000 along with corporate discount of Rs.3,000. They had informed that delivery of the new car will take 4 to 5 weeks.

                                                  Based on this offer I had handed over my car to them on 20th May 2010. They sent me a receipt for booking for the new car dated 26 May 2010. After four weeks they called me to inform that the new car has left the factory for delivery and i need to pay the total amont due for the car. However, they sprung a surprise by giving me a new invoice stating that the exchage bonus will be only 9,000 as the offer previously made was valid only till 31st May 2010.

                                                  I cannot understand how after an offer made by them for purchase of my car along with exchage bonus has been accepted by me they can change the offer after having taken away my car and sold it off as well. Since they have not kept their earlier promise I asked them to return my car and was willing to pay full value for the new car without exchange bonus. However, they replied that they have alreaady sold my old car and cannot do anything about it. Further I have no choice but to go ahead with the purchase as they will be charging cancellation charges of Rs.2,500 if i do not buy the new car. Therefore either way i wil,l lose Rs2,500 or Rs3,000. Now iam forced to accept their offer. This is a clear case of cheating by Maruti and I want that they should be punished for this act of cheating.

                                                  I purchased a Maruti Wagon R From the Dealer name Vittess pvt ltd, Andheri(W) on the date of 14th august 2009. Their sales person mr. madhukar promised me to provide extra one year warranty, on the date of delivery he told me that you will get the extra warranty document through mail, now its about to complete one year but i did not get any mail from vittess for my extra warranty.

                                                  And the second thing i got anty rust from vittess as free accessories....but unfortunatly i lost it and i informed mr. madhukar about it. He told me not to worry and assured me that you will get duplicate copy against your lost original. In this monsoon when i went to vittess workshop for anti rust they simple refused to do it and asked me for anti rust coupon, when i called Mr. madhukar for my duplicate anti rust he totaly refused to get it for me and replied that you have to pay for it.

                                                  It is very unethical,mean and full of selfish behaviour from maruti dealer vittess. I want to make aware to the people sitting on the top of maruti administration and solve it as soon as possible

                                                    very afraid 2 inform u that maruti claim they r the no . 1 for service . but it is not true , bhopal maruti dealer MY Car is very much cheater this is my experience. there service centre employee always deceive the customer & there officers too. they have no atticate hoe to talk their customer n with out prior intimation they charged n making fool to customer . so i request all the customer who want to purchase any maruti car plz. dont go My Car show room.

                                                    Poor servicing of GEM Motor dealer, Kondapur, hyderabad.

                                                    Dont you take any serious action on GEM dealer or dont you support your maruti customer ???

                                                    9 months old Maruti Alto LXI. Went for servicing& wipers repair at GEM Motors dealer, kondapur, hyderabad. At the end of day while i was bringing my car i observed wipers were not working as before. i ask them they said bring it tomorrow. Due to my personal grounds where iam busy with my Wipro technologies, i was drop to go GEM Motors, Kondapur, Hyd.

                                                    Again next saturday, GEM Motors called me and said its 1 hr job, we will finish wipers repair now it self. I went from office to GEM Servicing center. They said we will finish this work by Tuesday evening...

                                                    Really very Bad Maruti GEM Motors dealers i feel... People think Maruti dealers provide nice service... No its Wrong... Maruti employees are not working like any other organizataion people... Its true... same thing happend for Second time...
                                                    Yes maruti dealers are providing very bad service... how to solve this ???...

                                                    There is no use or positive response from maruti udyog...

                                                    Make it as big and form a group and bring it to media... its better... people never buy indian product like maruti...which is full of pooor services providing to customers by its dealers like GEM Motors, hyd...

                                                    iF it is currect...they can definitely take an action on GEM Motors, Kondapur, Hyderabad ...

                                                    Maruti Wagon R — bad customer service

                                                    we have launched a complaint for my dealer (jeevan motors, Raisen Road, Bhopal) to Maruti. complaint has been launched on 29th Nov.2008 but we haven't receive any response from maruti I gave a call couple of time but they are just forwarding me to either a regional office or here and their,
                                                    I don't know why a brand name like maruti provide a kind of customer service. below is the e-mail that I sent to maruti:

                                                    From the past three weeks we are having problem to start the car, may be due to some manufacturing defect or battery problem.
                                                    we have reported the issue to the dealer, who sent a mechanic who was unable to rectify the problem.
                                                    we again reported the issue to Jeewan Motors pvt. Ltd but they are not taking any interest to resolve the problem. we have made 3-4 complaint to the dealer who assure us that he will resolve the issue but till now nothing has been done. today I lost my patience as they are not taking my call any more.

                                                    we bought this car because of good reputation of maruti but with this kind of service it would have been better if I go for any other car.my neighbour has got a Santro and they have an excellent customer service. it doesn't look good to get a new vehicle started by pushing it from behind daily. due to this problem we are unable to drive our car for any urgent work.

                                                    as a customer of maruti I would request you to take up the issue with the dealer for speedy rectification of error in my car. I have also spoken with your customer service representative who provided me the complaint number :- [protected].

                                                      We are really sorry for the service centres in jodhpur,i have a maruti wagon R purchased form jodhpur only two and a half yeas ago.i am a businessman and i have a regular use of my car.the Problem i am facing is that the problem reported to the service centres during service are not correctly repaired and i have to again and give my car to service centres for the same problem again and agian.I give my car to service at Lmj services ltd.,Jodhpur .I have been a old customer of maruti but this time i feel really sorry for the situation of servicing.Carrying a busy schedule i think i can't lend my car again and again for the same problem.I trust maruti and hope a positive reply from Maruti.

                                                        I introduce my self as Mr Padmanabhan, Branch Manager, Sky Line Builders Trichur. I have a 10 Year Relation ship with Indus and also Personally known to the management of Indus motors.. I had taken my company car bearing no KL 7 BG 6894 on 20th Morning after it met with a minor accident. The Person attended was MR Ronny (Mob. No [protected]). When I reported the complaint he was not in mood to listen. After a long discussion he said the estimate wil Be Rs. 6500/- When I told it is insurance coverage he said rate will be higher. Despite me telling my connection with Mr Wahab he was adamant in his answer and was in a no care mood. If you want you do it or get lost sort of was the answer. Despite all these bad experiences today morning i took the car to Indus ,Koorkanchery (Trichur) with all the papers in orginal. Mr Ronny was again not in a mood to attend to me properly. Finally I came out of the office and has given the Vehicle at Sitaram. This car was taken from Indus Cochin and if this is the fate of me who has a connection with the owners of Indus I cant imagine how it will be to the regular customers.                                                           I purchased a new Maruti Wagonr LXI in November 2008 my customer Id Number is I[protected]. Last year in June 2009 I met with an accident. Then I claim general insurance and repaired in Kaisha Motors workshop they repaired the car but they don’t have roof mirror light. Then they told me please come after one week and I gave full payment 3000/- including light Receipt No. RCP09000733 After one week they also gave me same answer please come after one week from that day till now they don’t have that light. I visit their around 23 times but there is no solution for my complain. Just give me one answer” Your company not able to make a small part of your cars?”
