We were in Max Hospital Gurgaon as our 1 year old child was admitted in PICU. The picu sent us to radiology department for USG we went there and asked about it. The lady sitting at desk her name was Rama she started shouting that we should wait n not to disturb her. Outy child was getting crancy and crying very badly. I must say that these rude staff should not be appointed to deal with patient. Because patients pain gets double...

Iam Rajuvinder worked as a staff nurse in max Gurgaon ICU.Its horrible to be a part of it.No proper patient here only marketing of patient money is going on here...According to NABH protocol nurse : patient ratio in ICU is 1:1.but here its like 1:2, 1:3.Because of this no proper nursing care is getting to pts.No doctors will be availavle during visiting hours to give information to the pt relatives.For all patients in ICU here using same...
