Setas are broken, Looks unclean and unhygenic.

The chairs are broken. The theatre looks unclean.

Maxus cinema (bhayandar west) is basically very good these days but being a marvel fan watching the post credit scene is quiet important for the audiences. But even after complaining the projectionist they didn't showed any proper response and didn't showed the post credit scene till the end. Some strict actions must be taken over this concern.

We have been watching padmavat in maxus cinema, bhayandar screen 4 today morning. However the quality of the 3d projection and screen is in such a bad condition that the entire movie was looking blurred and blackies. Few o[censored]s have complaint to the staff and asked them to call the manager. However, the manager didn't turned up. Then we tried to locate him in the office, however, he was not there also. Since we all were with our families, we had to return back to the screen and watch the black padmavat... We are very much disappointed since we couldn't enjoy the show on account of poor screen projection.

If any show are having less audience... They cancelled the show, without advance notice... Mere sath ye 3rd time hua hai... Baki logon ke saath pata nahi kitni baar hua hoga... What about people who come from far... Auto pakad ke, paisa kharch kar ke... Kai baar family ke saath. Agar in logon ne koi film schedule ki hai toh chahe sirf ek banda dekhne aaye... They should run the show... Pls take some action i[censored] people can
