Smells foods and bad quility foods

My Self Hrithik Mahesh Gujarathi.I would like to inform you that I had taken an parcel from McDonald's on 11/08/2022 at 9:58 pm at the R Mall outlet And Once I received the order i asked for a carry bag so the counter boy told me to pay extra RS.9 for the carry which wrong according to the law because the carry was having McDonald's logo printed on it so as the logo was printed on the carry bag and while I taking it my home i was also doing the brand advertisement as people seeing it and according to the law also it is not allowed to charge for a paper bag if the brand logo is printed on it so I want my money refund with the compensation form the company for it.I'm attaching my bill photo and paper bag photo also.

I placed the order at 00:40 am and at 01:29 I got a call form a person at store and he said the delivery guy was in a accident which I dont believe because he was nervously laughing so I said to just cancel my order. He told me that I would get the refund in 24 hrs or I should call him on the same number, but the bow they dont pick up my call. My order amount was 250 and I also lost my new user privileges. What kind of ### service is this McDonald's should just shut down they dont even send you a mail or message regarding refund or cancellation

Food quality was pathatic...tried reaching restaurant number

Found no response.

Had ordered from one of ghaziabad branch of McDonald's.

Served with poor quality of food.

AND IM ESCLATING THIS ISSUE TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF MAHARASHTRA DEPARTMENT AND MCDONALD DEPARTMENT TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST BADLAPUR DIVISION

First it was McDonald's own ketchup, then McDonald's started getting ketchup from Del Monte. After a while they started charging for "extra" ketchup and now it's come down to "ketchup is chargeable" i.e. no ketchup with a burger. What have you become? A departmental store ? Why have you stopped down to this level? With such a huge market share of McDonald's in India you ought to maintain your customer goodwill not make the burgers expensive all of a sudden and make people pay for such a small thing when they already spend hundreds and thousands of rupees on one of your franchises every month.

With this continuing trend it won't be long till some new company takes over your market share.

Actually i went to patarsi rajpura punjab mcdonald's today near about 9.40pm and closing time of that mcdonald's is 10.00 pm. I ordered for sundae ice cream then they said me we are serving ice cream till 9.00 and 9.30 maximum after that we r taking only drive thru orders. I went there for 20 kilometers only to eat sundae. Then i said to sahil manager for taking order of sundae and he talk me very rudely that i can't do anything you have to order any other item and then he closed the window without listening my talk after that he called other manager his name was kulwinder then he asked me same reason. The behavior of sahil was too rude he has no sense how to talk with customer moreover they have to take all the order till 10.0 pm according to rule and regulations but they work according to their own mood choice.

I have bought a dio from the broker. The broker has provided me dio on 30/11/19 and the next day i haved fall from dio on speed breaker because the dio's chassis was bend and it touched on speed breaker. This problem of chassis bend i have told to broker and broker says that i cant do any thing and i want a solution regarding this please replace that dio

I placed an order at 11:55 am for rs. 149 from mcdonald's through the mcdelivery app and i paid through phonepe. The amount was deducted immediately but i haven't received the status of the order yet and also the order doesn't show in the order history of the app. I am very dissatisfied with the service, i should atleast be acknowledged if the order is placed or not. I have attached receipt along.

Sir i eat a mcpuff in which there is a some part which is missing in it by which it was half the before so sir i want my refund back.in which we are not totally happy with the order please refund my amount of ₹200. I also complaint about this to the cashier but he didn't gave me any better reply about the order so finally i am complaining about this here i kindly inform you that this is a major problem so sir please refund my money back

I have been a regular customer to mcd and was eagerly waiting for mcd to open once again. However today when i visited i ordered 3 mc spicy chicken burgers and out of 3, 2 burger patties were not even properly cooked only the outer layer was crunchy the inside was like m eating a fresh piece of flesh seriously man m spending 750 inr for dis # service seriously what a come back mcd wat a come back n d manager i dnt remember d name he didnt even apologized for the mistake bloody hell man he just replaced the order but was that enough. I need my money back n a compensation for the same. Seriously man d harassement which has happened with me n my 2 friends that is just heights that is how you treat ur valuable customers i have olwayz kept mcd at the first place.

Again make sure i need my full refund of the amount and a compensation.

I'd ordered a Mcveggie meal and a Mcaloo tikki cheese burger (order no. OBE[protected] for home delivery. But the vegetables in McAloo tikki were rotten and smelling badly. I filed a complaint (COMPLAINT NO. 154228), the guy promised me that I'll get the fresh burger delivered. But nobody came from the store within next 3 hours even when the distance is just 20 minutes away. I followed up two times and they kept on making excuses. This was the worst experience that I've faced with any restaurant. If you don't want to redeliver the fresh burger then atleast tell us so that we can search for other options. Above all even after paying so much for just a burger we get a smelling tomato then its better we eat at a local vendor.
