I bought a green pastry cake from triplicane branch Mcrennett today.. The cake was very dry and almost spoiled.. a strange smell in the cake was very discusting.Even the nuts were bitter. It's not worth the money. I need a refund.l never expected this to be so bad....

We bought black forest and browny cake for us. Black forest is not upto d mark of mcrennet...it was sugary cudnt eatable.. browny is just old mysorebak sweet.. there is nothing I can describe.. I tuk a photo also

Yesterday I bought Doughnuts from Pallavaram Branch ( Jinny Foods). These were bought to be taken to my friend's house that we were visiting. One box we bought for us. The Doughnuts were so very dry, brittle and hard. We took the trouble to take it back ( that which we had bought for our selves) to the bakery. They said it would be replaced only if all the Doughnuts were returned. How is it possible to get back the doughnuts from my friend? And the worst thing is what would they have thought about us? Mr Baskar, the person in-charge was the one who said this.
A very bad experience for us. We would never, ever recommend you to anyone. We are regular costomers of Mount Road Branch and especially during Christmas we purchase cakes for over 30k.

We had walnut pastries in Mcrennett Ashok nagar, Chennai branch. While eating it's tastes bad then only noted fungus over all pastries. Staffs said it's just 4 days old one. Very careless people. If any child eats it could severe health issues. Take action immediately

I had purchased cakes In tambaram Mcrennet in that cake found a plastic sticker in that cake...

I have purchased a Box containing 70 pieces of Rich Plum Cake (wrapped) on 24th Dec 2018 from Mcrennett Outlet near Poonamallee. Packed date:25.11.2018 and CB No.093. While distributing in office, it is observed fungus formed on the cake pieces - photos attached. I have already submitted a complaint to customer care in Mcrennett portal. Please provide suitable solution and arrange for compensation
