Empty warper

On 6th October 2023 I bought some mentos Candy's from shop and from some Candy's One of them is only a wrapper with no candy inside. I want to complained against company for fraud. God knows how many of this they have produced. this should be investigated and justice must be served. I am kindly asking to take appropriate action.

I purchased a large bag of mixed mentos and I will not be again unless all those individual wrappers are to much land fill when they ban straws why cant you switch you biodegradable wrappers please then i can enjoy them

I purchased a small mentos packet and however received mentos with only air inside, this is fraud and heaven knows how many more of these were produced, id like to receive some sort of compensation for this error.

I have bought 6 mentos orange flavour chocolates on 23rd january 2011 from a general store. One of them is only a wrapper with no chocolate inside. I want to complained against company for fraud. God knows how many of this they have produced. this should be investigated and justice must be served. I am kindly asking to take appropriate action.

My husband usually purchases the big bag of mentos. He recently found and fortunately spat out a small piece of metal in one of the candies. We took pictures of it and kept the metal along with the candy it came from. And we were planning to notify the company about this as the incident was rather too grave to disregard. However, when I checked their website, they have no email address to forward complaints to. I'm also not too eager to give them a ring or drop by their corp office to discuss the matter as Filipino employees aren't really the best people to accommodate and understand such complaints.. Dont know where to go with this matter but I'm still hoping to do something about this..

Empty Mentos Wrapper
Hi, This is to bring into your notice that I had purchased a big packet of mentos out which 2 are empty. Only wrappers, no mentos inside.This is very shameful on the company's part to provide empty wrappers. Helpful
