The site is using the location to track its user and also calling non stop even if the person is no ready to take the package provide by the site.
Even still calling can be stop by changing the number but the site keep on asking the location access.
Pls tell them to stop tracking the location of people and stop calling there customer about the package

Your representative Ashish sold the class 11th package. He told us that he'll set the batch timing according to us but he is rejecting our calls from 1 month. This is how you people give service? By taking money and don't give a damn about it. I'll take serious action about this. Worst experience.

constant call from meritnation
Have been receiving calls continuously from Merit nation for counselling appointment in spite of repeatedly asking them not to call me back. One laday mentioned that it isn't possible to stop the calls and that I should block the number. And the next moment I receive another call from a different number. Can you help in stopping this please?

He showed all good and delivered all nonsense. I would like to seek a refund coz as the vedic maths part is not here.. Live classes not working and even english literature not given.
So if english science and maths is not given that what does the child do.

Registration of complain against the signature fraud in the bank done by Team Meritnation executive.
• Their sales executive (Mr. Ashish) approached us on 28 th-March-2018 (night). He demonstrated about their product (CBSE VI SuperTab Self Study (Class 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)). The cost of the product is approximately 50637/-. He consistently told to my wife, during the demo that if we have any problem we can cancel /stop the deal within seven days o[censored]se but the scholarship can only be avail at that moment only.
• Regarding the payment of their product he asked us to pay Rs 10, 128/- through credit card (Bajaj Finserv) as the limit left on the card at that time was only of that amount. So he proposed that for rest of the amount they will provide loan through Capital Float.
• He has taken cancelled cheque, copy of PAN Card, Aadhaar card from my wife but since I was not available at that moment so he visited to our home the next day for taking my signature on the ECS form and other documents. I refused to sign on the documents and told him to wait for some time. If you can’t wait then you can cancel the deal.
• On 30 th-March-2018, we decided to cancel the deal as I have few other loans and I cannot afford this burden at this moment so we called Mr. Ashish and informed him. On the same day we called their customer care and requested them to cancel the deal. They had ensured us that they have noted our request and will cancel it.
• Now from 2 nd-May-2018 there is deduction of first EMI from Capital Float of INR 4501/- and also from Bajaj Finserv of INR 3376/- through my account.
I am surprised when I haven't signed on the ECS Form then how can Capital Float deduct Amount from my Account. We called Capital float customer care and they informed us that they received the digital copy of documents and signed ECS Form from Meritnation and on that basis EMI's have started.
This is to inform you that I have not signed on any documents/ECS Form and it seems their executive has copied my signature from PAN card and submitted to the Capital Float.
From past 2 months we were continuously complaining with Team Meritnation against this fraud. We have requested multiple times to Team Meritnation to share the signed document with us but we have not received any such document from them. They are only discussing with their seniors but not giving any solution.
Meanwhile I have requested my bank to provide me the copy of ECS form. From the ECS form which we received from the bank, anyone can conclude that the signature is not matching with the PAN card and there are various differences in the pattern of the signature.

cheating by meritnation
I have purchased a study package for my son from meritnation, they are completely cheaters and making false commitments to the customers and they will take loan from 3rd party behalf of you which has never informed and they will not refund your money even if you want to discontinue the app. I don't recommend anyone to go with meritnation. When i asked for refund he says he cannot and this is a big harassment and they are cheating the customers.
Very very poor services by meritnation. Don’t waste your money. I am cheated by them.
These people are looting money from parents. Totally waste of money. Please do not enrol for this.

Every time I log in for help, my password does not match and then I click on the forget password. Meritnation promptly replies that password instruction has been sent to my e mail address but that e mail never comes. If they only care for paying members, they should not keep the free option.

Meritnation failed to render icse content. I'm an icse student and my syllabus differs from the study material provided by meritnation, i have already given my syllabus and books prescribed to the employee thrice times but no all in vain. The employee has stated that i will enjoy all the icse services but since one month i'm facing hardships.in live classes the teacher ignores my doubts.
I wasn't informed that foundation classes are based on cbse by mr. Shakir and mr. Shiv (Meritnation employee)
Aslo, the book solution provided is not for concise book, which is prescribed to me. I got in trap of the fraud site when the employee named shiv kumar told fake qualities of meritnation and now they are not listening to my complians. When i post any questions on the ask & answer it remains unanswered for 6-9 days then i have to reach their helpline to get it answered. This ultimately creates frustration for me. On the contrary, mr. Kumar told me that my doubts will be cleared instantly and i can converse with the experts. Whereas, the chats get closed by the experts immediately. Please refund my amount, i can't waste my money nor my crucial 3 years (10th-12th) as day by meritnation service is becoming worse. You can even take money of 2 months for which i have visited meritnation. But please refund my remaining money.

I had taken a package from meritnation on 13th october for grade 2 and they promised me that from april onwards i will be able to access grade 3 till october as the package is valid till one year. When i called them on 28th march, their sales executive told me that i have to extend my subscription till march 2019 by paying 10000. If the whole package costs 11000 then why for 6 months i need to pay 10000? It should be half of 11000. But they are not willing to negotiate as their company is least bothered about customers.

Dear sir/madam,
We have finalized a deal for all subjects of standard 7th icse.
A pdc cheque handed over on 11/01/2018 with 04 days trail period.
However the deal was cancelled on 10/01/2018 due to unsatisfactory performance keeping in knowledge to all concerns.
After that no any proper response is noted or observed up to 21/01/2018.
Suddenly the cheque amount got debited from my account on 22/01/2018 i. E., how this blunder mistake can be possible by an reputed organisation like merination. I think the case is point to point clear and there is no any confusion about this fraud happened with me.

I have purchased a package for 2 years with live classes and its literally waste of money. Live classes not useful as its never as per the syllabus of your school and can't be customized.
While purchasing nobody told language text syllabus will not be covered, social science only key video's will be provided.
Very surprised with the support team answers to parent queries so my recommendation - do not waste your hard earned money on such ridiculous product and nonsense team.

I purchased a package with a promise that If the student is not interested, the entire amount would be refunded within a month. I was told that there would frequent calls to inform about progress of the student basis which the subscription would continue.
However to my shock, only Science and Maths are covered and none of the other main subjects are part of the programme. Also there was no calls or monitoring the way it was promised.
When i called up the calls center to withdraw the subscription, they say there is no refund policy.
How unprofessional can an online education programme be. Hardly has the student availed 2 months of the programme and they are greedy to keep the entire money with no refund.
This money is hard earned and not to waste. There are plenty of other online educational sites which genuinely help students.
The call centre staff need to be trained to be sensitive to customers .

I am vansh of class 9th. My complaint is that my parcel of notes is not reached to me till now. My parcel is sent in month of june. But if i am asking about it to postman, then he is saying that 'your parcel is lost by me, i will search it and i will give you in 1week'. From august he is not answering. Vivek gaur, [protected] meritnation staff sold us meritnation for class 7 and 8 and also told that he will be providing us everything. There was no chapter from my book so i asked him and he told they send the photographs we will add lectures for the same. After a few weeks i called him back and he said he will be returning us the money back. He said he has sent the money and now it has gone past weeks we haven't received the money yet. My name is dr. Abhay prasad singh, recently i bought a package for my son harsha. He is in 9th std. A guy named deepak jha came to my place and collected chaque of amount 18648 and committed to deliver tablet within 2 days. Chaque got cleared and when i called up the guy he vanished and stopped answering my phone calls and messages. I have been calling customer support team but there is no result yet. Everytime a new executive give a new commitment but the fact is they have not yet registered my complaint yet. When insisted to get my complain registered they disconnect my phone calls.
Customer support executives sitting there are highly uneducated. Ignorance and negligence clearly shows meritnation is involved in illegal practices which draws legal action against the company.

This is regarding the recharge of meritnation course for class x. I have recharged it yesterday for rs 6500 and today i got the email and it is stating the same offer for rs 5250 so i am felling cheated.
I talked to the mandeep choudhary (Head - retail sales) and he replied we can't do anything what ever you want to do you are free to do. I told him to refund my access amount what ever they have charged.

I started having this problem today itself. Till yesterday i did not experience this problem of not getting to view the videos in study material. It said that i needed to install the latest flash version, so i installed it. When i reopened the website and clicked the video again, it still said that the latest flash version is not installed. Please take the necessary action for this problem i am facing.

1. I had purchased the online course material for my child on15.3.2017 2017 by a making a online payment of rs 22700/-for class twelfth jee course. At that time the company representative promised to come and train my child on website operation for 4 days. He did not come to me even for one day. I informed the same thing to customer care they are telling that their representative made a false promise to sale the course material. This is clear case of cheating. By this the company is cheating the customers
2. After going through the course material i came to know that the contents of course material not coming thoroughly and no online class vedios are coming on site i informed same thing to company through custmer care
Class was to open on 5.4.2017 now it will start feom 20 4.2017 no updation recd
3 when i made an inquire regarding the matter they told me that the contents of the site could not change but they will help me by customizing the topics send by me.
. So now i felt i had been totally cheated by the company and need your help to resolve the matter at the earliest.

Losing its business

Company that was running from 5 buildings now shrink to 1/2 small buildings and had crime branch and trai raid on 3rd of March for using illegal diallers for calling. Just on 19th of March 2017 company terminated the tenure ship of more than 100 employees as revenue is declining and they are not getting sign-ups from customers. Not sure for how long it will survive so take care before you invest for a year.

It so happened that I tried to log into Meritnation about 15 days ago.
But it did not let me do that, even when I entered this website the right password.
I changed my password nearly 5 times, and it still did not let me log into their website.
What's more, it is opening pop-up windows and these are trying to affect my computer.
I had warned them repeatedly about the insecure website and to go get it fixed right away, for nearly 20 times.But no!
I went to their support desk once and told them that my login was compromised earlier (this Jan) by eavesdroppers and that they had to make it more resistant to attackers, for which they said that they will do so. But they didn't.
As if that is not enough, they have made several attempts to track my location.They even badger us to tell us where we are from, which must be called as an utter nuisance to the browsers.
Is this why we paid nearly Rs.32, 000 for all the coaching they provide?
Is this why we trust them? No! I warn all, NEVER HEAD TO THIS WEBSITE to avoid attacks to your privacy.Also, they lack the info they outta provide for JEE/PMT to make things better for us.
So ultimately, for your safety, AVOID this site.
(I have provided two photos; one to show a red bar on a lock, implying that the website is insecure, and the other to show that a popup had opened up.I am using Firefox Web Browser, which helped me do this.)

1.I had purchased the online course material for my child on 22 Feb 2017 by a making a online payment of Rs 6900/-. At that time the company Representative promised to come to me and train me on website operation for 4 days.He did not come to me even for one day. I informed the same thing to customer care they are telling that their representative made a false promise to sale the course material.This is clear case of cheating.By this the company is cheating the customers
2. After going through the course material I came to know that the contents of course material are same for std IV and std V. I informed same thing to company through E-mail [#VUH[protected]] on 28 Feb 17.
3.After 15 days when I made an inquire regarding the matter they told me that the contents of the site could not change but they will help me by customizing the topics send by me.
4.After 1 day after I sent the topics for customization in the format provided to me, they denied me that the topics which I sent are not available with them hence they could not help me on this matter also . So now I felt I had been totally cheated by the company and need your help to resolve the matter at the earliest .Attaching the payment details received through E-Mail

Misguided by the company sales executive

I purchased the merit nation package for class 3 and class 4 (cbse) for rs.7200 during december 2016 from mr. mohmmed nabi. mr nabi assured me that, their application will support on all devices like tab, mobile, desktop, laptop and all os like android, ios, win...
Based on his words, i purchased a android tablet by paying 22k but surprisingly the meritnation application doesn't support any device except windows laptop and desktop.
When i brought this complaint to mr nabi, he started providing free suggestions like 1. purchase new laptop or desktop, 2. return the tablet and get it replaced with laptop 3. ask kid to wake up early in the morning @4pm and work on my office laptop 4. ask kid not to access videos as none of the videos are playing on the tab, 5. ask kid to take print out of content and read as page navigation does not support on tab.
Mean time, they recommended me to try some browsers (puffin, cm, uc, dolphin...) but none of the browsers supported the application on tab
I asked the company to either refund my payment made or provide me feasible solution to access the content on tab, but they did not take any action for 2.5 months saying they don't have 'refund policy' and feasible solution as well.
When i keep on insisting on refund, then they came up with a refund plan and according to that plan, they can refund max rs.5849 (payment made is 7200 and package has not used for single day). when i asked about the deduction in the amount, then they started claiming that the kid has done 12 logins since the purchase of the package. but for your kin information, the logins are made to check the different browsers suggested by meritnation technical team.
Please arrange for refund of complate amount at the earliest

The worst service ever experienced. The managers are really pathetic, impatient and does not even have proper knowledge and convincing skills to deal with customers. On denial for the course they start using agressive language to forcly take up the stupid course! I wonder what kind of amateur people are running this management! A BIG NO guys dont waste your time and money on this BS. Send your children to good tutoring institutions where they can monitor your child for better preparations. SPEAKING ENGLISH DOESN'T MAKE YOU LITERATE SCUMBAGS!

I am drawing your attention to what is happening at ground level which is affecting csat and taking away your customer centricity. My daughter has not even taken a single class as the timings that were promised to us was not given and my daughter was not interested in the changed timings that was offered to us, i see lot of issues in this forum too on this misleading parents at the time of sale.
Need immediate attention and refund of my about dear!!!

As giving portal they told us that all subjects of CBSE 9th std is available online.but now we got to know that they don't give material for English literature, Hindi literature, social science.it means for maths and science they took the money and now from top authorities to lower level nobody is attending us.this is really a forging company who is playing with kids future.

I took online classes for my son studying 8th Standard.
While discussing at that, the consultant informed me about classes are available at 7-30 PM to 8-30 PM.
But actually no batches are available at that time.
After payment he informed me batches available only 6-30 PM to 7-30 PM.
For recording classes it is taking lot of time to download voice also not clear.
