Sir, my daughter started taking maths toution online by paying amount more than 6000rs. We were assured that if she want to change her subject if she is left maths as math is a optional subject in commerce to another subject within commerce field we will not have to pay extra amount. Now when we request them to shift maths to any other subject in commerce they are demanding to pay rs 1741 extra. To activate the course. Your employee said that we have never gave you any such commitments, you have to pay this is their policy. We will not get any refund. Because this is non refundable. We are feeling cheated. Please do look in to the matter and reply. Thanks.

    Sir, when the meritnation people called me to become a paid member, i asked them mainly 2 services 1) unlimited daily practice problems 2) national tests. They assured me that my son can practice unlimited number of questions from any chapter everyday as they have 4 lakh 10th class students as paid members. Listening to the quantity of students i was attracted and paid rs 8700/- on 1st of june 2016 (4 days back). But when started working with the problems there was a software problem. I complained about the problem to the company, they told me that they resolve the issue in 10 to 15 days. When they have a problem with the website how can they take money from me? When i asked them to refund my money, they refused. Please help me to get my money back so that i can opt for another good online course for my son.

      I have taken a subscription on 21st feb2016 for inr 5000 approximately from meritnation for a year. I have since then been using my account to login to the subscription on my mobile. Suddenly today when i tried to login, it says the facility is available only from class vi to xii. My son is in 4th standard. I complained about the same however they said that i can only login on my desktop, laptop or pc to avail the services which isn't true since i have been logged in on my phone for 2 months now. I had asked them to either solve my issue or if not, then to refund my remaining tenure 's subscription amount and they have refused for both the options. If i cannot avail services, why should i be paying for it?

      regarding the change of web page

      meritnation has given it a new web page look which is not at all helpful and is a bit confusing too. so, i request you to even introduce the old version of the web page. and leave it on us to choose which we like. pls. help.

        Hello, I am Chintan
        I am a student of ICSE board and I am a subscribed customer of meritnation since 14 December 2013 (I was in ninth class at that time). I have my physics board exam next week and when I opened the website to give some tests for practising physics then, to my surprise, found the test series closed. My subscription is expiring on 15th April 2016 that is one and a half month from today but the test series is closed weeks before. I rang them and stated my problem to their counsellor and what followed was the worst reply from them. She (their counsellor) gave the excuse that test series will be started in the next session and told me that this is not the time to give tests and waste time online but I should read some notes and prepare for the finals. Now, this is the peak time when I need that test series the most for preparing for my board exams and they are denying it even when I have their subscription. What’s the use of buying their subscription if you can’t use it even during your subscribed period. I have not expected this from Meritnation.

        Helo i want to complain against meritnation . They are not replying me . The person came to me for demo class and money not picking up my call from the first day after i have submitted the money. I am having so much of problems but no one is there to solve my issue . If anybody is there who can solve my issue please contact me asap .

          Hi,

          My children are with merit nation since 2013.

          During Oct-2015, one of the personnel from Meritnation called me and persuaded me to take up special online classes for my son pursuing his 9th class to help score well in PSA (problem-solving assessment). I made a payment of Rs.2500 on 19th Oct 2015 and availed the package for PSA.

          However, in light of CBSC thrashing PSA, no classes were held.

          I made several attempts since then to check on what will happen to the amount paid by me. So far no solution is provided.

          Appreciate the quicker and orderly resolution of this issue

            My daughter is in 12th and she opted for meritnation live classes. The following are my complains regarding it:- • CHANGE OF TEACHER: The new teacher honestly, cannot teach. Concepts are not at all clear and she cannot clarify my daughter's doubts. I have observed that she only reads the text on the screen. There is no explanation and she even answers questions wrong at times. • 'HOLIDAYS'/'BREAKS': They frequently give 'breaks' for 15-30 days which is objectionable as it is her 12th boards and this indicates that they're not serious about it. They never gave the reason for giving such breaks even when asked. • UNFINISHED PORTION: Five months are left for the board exams and they still have 2/3rd of the portion left. • IGNORED COMPLAINS: We complained regarding the new teacher which is the main issue but no action has been taken. They only repeatedly call and make fake premises that they'll do something about it but they do NOTHING!!! As they already got the money at the beginning, they just don't care now. • INCONVENIENT CHANGE OF TIMINGS: The change is inconvenient because my daughter has to prepare for weekly tests on weekends and the new timings of live classes are only on weekends. They have reduced the number of days. Not only my daughter, the other students opposed to this too but were ignored. So basically, Meritnation does whatever is convenient to them without paying any heed to the needs and requirements of the customer.Here in UAE, it is very difficult to get CBSE tutors so we are really anxious now. I SEEK A CHANGE IN TEACHER AS IT IS THE MAIN ISSUE HERE. I requested them to bring the teacher who used to teach earlier back or bring a new teacher who is competent. They did neither. Thank you
            Hi...we too have faced a major problem recently. This is a fraud company as they keep changing the fees and put the blame on spot promotions, festive promo etc. Their Help, Customer and Client support team speak different language, unprofessional and cannot differentiate between apples and oranges. The team leader quotes one price, followed by a different price from TL Customer support and finally the Client Sevices team rubbishes the quote stating this was for a day and now the customer has to pay a higher price. We too live in the UAE and they are taking undue advantage of Indian expats in the GCC. Please spread the word through your friends ( Meritnation loves to fib and con customers big time) to REFRAIN from registering. Advance payment made in full is abuse of customers right after signing-up as they begin playing dirty games leaving students and parents stressed up. MP Chaudhary if you have succeeded in sourcing a teacher would you please share details of the same...Thank you !!!

              I have got the correspondence test pack from meritnation. As I was doing it I found out that two of the answers (one on the computer and one on the correspondence test pack) were different. I am not sure what to believe and I am really confused. Please look forward to this quickly and be sure on what the answer is.

                the test pack which you have provided has being delivered.but the problem is that you have delivered wrong package.you have delivered class6 pack instead of class8. The next problem is that the name has not being registerd after giving the payment of Ten Thousand Two Hundred Forty Nine from Sasaram (Rohtas District) yet the site cant been opened and asking for payment. So i request you to look after this matter and solve the problem I am facing

                  CHINTAN WADHWA Mobile no. ([protected]) I am a paid member of meritnation.com. On 14th december 2013 I recieved a phone call from the website and they told me about it. I was interested and subscribed to it for 4500/- Rs. I asked them that I am studying in ICSE board and would I get study materials of the same. THey assured me about it but later when I asked questions related to my syllabus but got a lame reply from meritnation expert that they provide solutions only to topics prescribed in CBSE syllabus, so I decided not to buy it again. Next year on 24th january 2015 after my subscription expired I recieved many calls from the website to subscribe to it again. They told me that they are providing me special discount and I can buy their maths and science course only for 2000/- [INCLUDING LIVE TEST SERIES] Rs. NOW HERE'S WHERE MY ACTUAL PROBLEM STARTED. I WAS ON MY WAY TO SRIGANGANAGR AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I CAN AVAIL THIS OFFER ONLY TODAY( TIME WAS AROUND 8:30 PM). I SUBSCRIBED TO IT IN HURRY AND THEY TOLD ME TO MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE. NOW THERE WAS A LIVE TEST OF MATHS SCHEDULED ON 22nd JULY. on 22nd JULY WHEN I LOGGED ON TO MERITNATION TO GIVE THE TEST, I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE TEST WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ME. I TALKED TO MANY OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A CONFUSION AND LIVE TEST SERIES IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY COURSE. I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED BY SUCH UNFAIR SERVICE FROM AN ALL INDIA FAME WEBSITE MERITNATION. CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IS NOT GOOD. I WANT MERITNATION TO PROVIDE ME LIVE TEST SERIES ELSE REFUND MY MONEY AND UNSUBSCRIBE ME. ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE ME INFORMED OF THE SAME. THANK YOU.

                    Hi, I have been getting continious calls from this guy called Vishnu. He calls me from different numbers and though I keep blocking the numbers he calls me from different numbers. I think someone should take action this fraudulent. The problem is this guy called Vishnu keeps mocking and speaks in Hindu. When we say that we dont know Hindi, he starts laughing and continues to irritate. If we cut the call he calls again. If we threaten he doesnt bother and just keeps going on and on. Please do not signup with this company!

                      We made payment for the Full Study Course for Rs. 5500 plus for courier charges total Rs. 7000 on the 20th of March for academic Year 2015-16. Every day there has been follow up on chat and email - today is 09th April and still the Meritnation cannot place our consignment from DTDC. The consignment no given by a Rajesh was N95874639 but this consignment no does not exist in their system. Yesterday when i got a call from Sunny he informed me that they cannot place the shipment or consignment no. The Academic year has already stared in Kuwait and inspite of so much follow up and emails everyday - there is no suitable outcome for our grevience. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue urgently? My contact no is[protected]

                        I ENROLLED MY DAUGHTER IN MERITANTION ON 16TH JULY 2014. I WAAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE THE STUDY MATERIALS WITHIN A WEEK. AFTER GIVING THEM THE REMINDER THROUGH TELEPHONE THAT I AM LEAVING INDIA ON 6TH AUGUST 14. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY STUDY MATERIALS. BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE I REQUESTED THEM THROUGH MAIL TO SEND THE MATERIALS IN DUBAI ADDRESS. UNFORTUNATLEY THEY STOPPED GIVING ANY RESPONSE.

                          Registered with Meritnation.com during April, 2011 for the academic session 2011-15 for 6, 7, 8, 9th standard. but the meritnation dont send me the hard copy of math and science from 4 years.whenever i call meritnation say you will get in 15 days . but yet i did not get it from for years and ia am paying full.

                          Its true.Meritnation has never focused on making their services run the way they must.
                          They just eat, sleep, work for nothing.
                          I have warned them a lot of times to make their websites secure, but I had a narrow escape from a phishing site, thanks to an antivirus in my PC.
                          Why? I have lost access to it now.DEAD BAD SITE!KILL NO ONE ANYMORE WITH INSECURITY!

I enrolled for online course for all subject for Class VII (CBSE curriculum) on 30th August'2013. I was in touch with one - Neeru Yadav (+[protected] )- who was very prompt prior to remittance. But as soon as I had remitted for the online course,I was told that my account will be activated in 2 hours & I will be instructed on how to navigate through the website. I called up Neeru the next day on her mobile and after a couple of failed attempts she picked up the phone. When I questioned her about the non-activation of the course she pretended that the course is already activated which was a blatant lie. I again challenged her and she promised that she will re-check and get back to me in a couple of hours. Again there was no feedback; nor was my account activated. Tried calling her again earlier today - Monday - but she did not pick her phone. Then I called your customer service & explained the problem and I was assured that the matter will be sorted out in 2 hours. I am yet to hear from Merit Nation and my account has not yet been activated even after 72 hours of payment. I have never come across such a shoddy and unprofessional after sales service in my life. To say I am furious would be an understatement. I think you need to train your in-house team about being truthful and responsive to customers and not try and take the customer for granted. I hope this gets sorted soon and corrective action taken before I lose faith in Meritnation. I hope you will also take the culprits to task as they are a blot on your reputation. Regards Mukesh Jain

                              Registered with Meritnation.com during February,2013 for the academic session 2013-14 for 8th standard. Communication was with Mr. Nafees Siddhiqi of Meritnation. Due to the mistake of merit nation, received the hard copies of 7th standard. Then, contacted with Mr. Siddhiqi. As per his Suggestion, the hard copies of 7th std has been returned to Mr.Siddhiqi on 22nd May, 2013 through DTDC courier service. DTDC confirmed about the delivery of the consignment to Mr.Siddhiqi on 25th May, 2013. DTDC CN No.-K 62986386, addressed to Mr. Nafees Siddhiqi. But, the hard copies of 8th standard are yet to be received. More than 500 rs have been spent so far through phone only. Please give me the suggestion. 1st qtr of the academic session has already been elapsed by this time. It is totally a helpless state.

                              academic curriculum is very good. But the management system or grievance redress mechanism is very poor.
                              my complaint is yet to be entertained. matter is related to the academic session of kids. this isz the reason of my worry.
                              management team is worst, pathetic, inefficient . I am also suffering with same problem registered on 11th june for 10th class. After several reminders on 01st july the despatch team couriered the course material of 9th std instead of 10th. Now again struggling to get 10 th study material. But the team is so inefficient and careless that they are least bothered about the students loss .

                                Totally a fraudulent company. I worked in the con company for 12,000 per month. But at the time of salary collection, they deleted my record and did not paid me anything. The sales department is totally pathetic consisting of fake cons. They don't pay extra for stretch timings. 0% growth and the HR vice president Mansi Battacharya don't shows any power or ethical responsibility. HR members Ashwarya, Kundan, Ankita, Kunwar all are culprits. Team incharge Abhiraj Bakshi and Coordinator Churandip don't show any respect to freshers. They flirt with fresher girls and for fresher boys, they make fun of them. Smoking in the office. Adverse environment.
