I ENROLLED MY DAUGHTER IN MERITANTION ON 16TH JULY 2014. I WAAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE THE STUDY MATERIALS WITHIN A WEEK. AFTER GIVING THEM THE REMINDER THROUGH TELEPHONE THAT I AM LEAVING INDIA ON 6TH AUGUST 14. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY STUDY MATERIALS. BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE I REQUESTED THEM THROUGH MAIL TO SEND THE MATERIALS IN DUBAI ADDRESS. UNFORTUNATLEY THEY STOPPED GIVING ANY RESPONSE.

    Registered with Meritnation.com during April, 2011 for the academic session 2011-15 for 6, 7, 8, 9th standard. but the meritnation dont send me the hard copy of math and science from 4 years.whenever i call meritnation say you will get in 15 days . but yet i did not get it from for years and ia am paying full.

    Its true.Meritnation has never focused on making their services run the way they must.
    They just eat, sleep, work for nothing.
    I have warned them a lot of times to make their websites secure, but I had a narrow escape from a phishing site, thanks to an antivirus in my PC.
    Why? I have lost access to it now.DEAD BAD SITE!KILL NO ONE ANYMORE WITH INSECURITY!

I enrolled for online course for all subject for Class VII (CBSE curriculum) on 30th August'2013. I was in touch with one - Neeru Yadav (+[protected] )- who was very prompt prior to remittance. But as soon as I had remitted for the online course,I was told that my account will be activated in 2 hours & I will be instructed on how to navigate through the website. I called up Neeru the next day on her mobile and after a couple of failed attempts she picked up the phone. When I questioned her about the non-activation of the course she pretended that the course is already activated which was a blatant lie. I again challenged her and she promised that she will re-check and get back to me in a couple of hours. Again there was no feedback; nor was my account activated. Tried calling her again earlier today - Monday - but she did not pick her phone. Then I called your customer service & explained the problem and I was assured that the matter will be sorted out in 2 hours. I am yet to hear from Merit Nation and my account has not yet been activated even after 72 hours of payment. I have never come across such a shoddy and unprofessional after sales service in my life. To say I am furious would be an understatement. I think you need to train your in-house team about being truthful and responsive to customers and not try and take the customer for granted. I hope this gets sorted soon and corrective action taken before I lose faith in Meritnation. I hope you will also take the culprits to task as they are a blot on your reputation. Regards Mukesh Jain

        Registered with Meritnation.com during February,2013 for the academic session 2013-14 for 8th standard. Communication was with Mr. Nafees Siddhiqi of Meritnation. Due to the mistake of merit nation, received the hard copies of 7th standard. Then, contacted with Mr. Siddhiqi. As per his Suggestion, the hard copies of 7th std has been returned to Mr.Siddhiqi on 22nd May, 2013 through DTDC courier service. DTDC confirmed about the delivery of the consignment to Mr.Siddhiqi on 25th May, 2013. DTDC CN No.-K 62986386, addressed to Mr. Nafees Siddhiqi. But, the hard copies of 8th standard are yet to be received. More than 500 rs have been spent so far through phone only. Please give me the suggestion. 1st qtr of the academic session has already been elapsed by this time. It is totally a helpless state.

        academic curriculum is very good. But the management system or grievance redress mechanism is very poor.
        my complaint is yet to be entertained. matter is related to the academic session of kids. this isz the reason of my worry.
        management team is worst, pathetic, inefficient . I am also suffering with same problem registered on 11th june for 10th class. After several reminders on 01st july the despatch team couriered the course material of 9th std instead of 10th. Now again struggling to get 10 th study material. But the team is so inefficient and careless that they are least bothered about the students loss .

          Totally a fraudulent company. I worked in the con company for 12,000 per month. But at the time of salary collection, they deleted my record and did not paid me anything. The sales department is totally pathetic consisting of fake cons. They don't pay extra for stretch timings. 0% growth and the HR vice president Mansi Battacharya don't shows any power or ethical responsibility. HR members Ashwarya, Kundan, Ankita, Kunwar all are culprits. Team incharge Abhiraj Bakshi and Coordinator Churandip don't show any respect to freshers. They flirt with fresher girls and for fresher boys, they make fun of them. Smoking in the office. Adverse environment.
