policy number is 00405665 (3/11/2007)

here we paid the amount of rupees eighteen thousand on the date ( 25/11/2009 )
they asked for medical test and my father given the medical
and after six month we paid the instalment of amount six thousand and which we have received the cheque of six...

i would like to inform about irresponsible behaviour of metlife insurance. On 25th october i paid sum of rupees 1 lakh, the merchant has received the amount but still they are not providing the receipt. From last 2 months i am informing them about this but they are not doing their job properly every now and then they used to say that u will receive the premium receipt within 24 hours. I need premium receipt...

My wife purchased a Metlife policy 3 years ago from an agent, who was referred to us by our Bank Manager. The agent and the bank manager told us that the policy term was 3 years and that we could withdraw the entire amount (surrender) without facing any charges after completion of 3 years.
Now when we want to surrender the policy, the fund value is close to 83000 INR (after a partial withdrawal of 25000) from the invested 150000....

I signed up a with metlife in the year 2009, I received a policy booklet/Bond with lot of correction,
I send it back to metlife by filling the correction form as suggested by agent (Priti Savla),
