[Resolved]  Metlife Insurance — insurance cheque dishonor

sir this is ravinder reddy sama my father sama ramchandra reddy had taken a policy in metlife.

policy number is 00405665 (3/11/2007)

here we paid the amount of rupees eighteen thousand on the date ( 25/11/2009 )
they asked for medical test and my father given the medical
and after six month we paid the instalment of amount six thousand and which we have received the cheque of six thousand from axis bank bearing number [protected]and we redeemed the cheque in canara bank near himyat nagar village,moinabad mandal, ranga reddy dist.

but we have not receive the cheque of eighteen thousand by requesting so many times we got reply that they have dispatched
cheque no 509180 amount 18,000/- dated 21/5/2010 which they are telling that this cheque was dispatched to my mailing address but we are not
received the cheque at final they given a reply that this cheque is presented by city union bank hyderabad on 6/7/2010 in the name of mr sama ramchandra reddy


here my father didn't have any account in union bank he as only account in syndicate bank and canara bank i[censored] pove that my father is having account in union bank that u may take any criminal case

here iam just asking u that please do inquire that in union bank that who had received the cheque amount

here we are asked many times in begumpet branch they have not giving any reponce
