[Resolved]  Metlife Insurance — poor service

Respected Sir/Mam

i would like to inform about irresponsible behaviour of metlife insurance. On 25th october i paid sum of rupees 1 lakh, the merchant has received the amount but still they are not providing the receipt. From last 2 months i am informing them about this but they are not doing their job properly every now and then they used to say that u will receive the premium receipt within 24 hours. I need premium receipt so that i can file e-return.

Metlife Insurance — i am not recived pancard

good morning sir,
my name : shaik khader basha.
my acknodgement no:[protected]
my application no :[protected],
appled Dated : 4/4/2008,
sir, i am working insurance company ltd, i what incloues pancard
number sir, it take time more than 74days no responce, i am sent
mail to hyderbad, nave mumbai one month back, there is no
respnce, could please track my pancard sir,

Dear Sir,

I am very much sorry to inform you that I received your Pending requirement letter of Dated 26/Aug /2008 on 17/ Sept/2008?

Though my Cheque is accepted by your company on date 27/Aug/2008.

After that I visited sever time to your representative AXIS Bank, V.V. Nagar but no one can able to help me in this case nor any staff member contact me for my medical check up.

I am too much unhappy by this type of your company's working style. I am here by informing you to please cancel my Insurance and please return my money back to my account.

If this type of working style how you can help the person when he need your insurance help? Is this the way you help to process my proposal at the earliest?

Metlife Insurance — Unsolicited call

Dear sir:

I have been receiving call from a person called Sunil, who claimed to be working for MetLIfe Insurance.

I have received almost 3 to 4 calls from this number[protected]. Initially I thought it is real call. I made it clear, I am not interested. But again, keeps leaving missed call and keep calling.

Seemed to have a dummy profile here
