This is in regards to my booking on 17.08.15 at 09:00 PM pick up from vaishali nagar. I appreciate that you confirmed my booking to hire a car with just a call with pick up at 9 pm. At 9 when your car didn't reach at pick up point I called to your driver to check his position . He told me that he got the confirmation 10 minutes ago and he was in 22 gaudam that time. As I have to catch my train at 9:40 and there is no scene of car reaching...

I had booked a Metro Cab at Jaipur Rly Station on 16th. March, 2014 to drop me at Jaipur Air Port.
This cab was booked from Tiger Safari Resort at Ranthambhore. This was confirmed through Metro Cab, Jaipur that approx. Rs 190/- need to be paid to the driver, but surprisingly the driver had taken Rs. 330/- from me although it was objected.
