I bought UC through Jazzcash. Payment/ transaction completed from jazzcash but UC not yet received. Please solve this issue. I will send the picture of transaction.

I purchased uc from midasbuy using razer gold my money got deducted from my bank account and even from razergold account and even showed the payment but i didnt get a reciept my uc is not added to my account.

I also contact in game customer service, there too no reply.
Please help. Send my order (Uc) to my account or refund my money back to my wallet.

I purchased uc from pubg mobile on www.midasbuy.com which is of worth inr348 amount has been deducted from my account from upi (Phone pay) no.[protected] but didnt get uc.
Their server timed out or something in between the payment and whole payment was deducted, still resopnse from them and they donot have any customer contact no. To get in touch with them.

So please help me to get back the amount or else help me to get the uc.
