I paid for 1949 and 3999 ruppes. Money deducted but unknown cash in game not recived. My game id is[protected] and my paytm number is [protected]. My made payment on midasbuy site from google chrome. Please help me refund my money. 6000 money in total deducted. I am not able to contact site customer service. Either ask them to refund amount or credit the unknown cash to my game.

I purchased ₹799 worth of pubg uc from https://www.midasbuy.com/in/pubgm/#getInfo using net banking. It said that the transaction failed and i didnt receive my orders but money from my account was deducted. Their website does not have customer case so i cannot get in touch with them.
I have also made many previous purchases on this website which were all successful.
Please help me resolve my issue, thank you

I have recently purchased uc from midasbuy.com and also made the payment through upi which was successful but i didn't recieved the uc and the codapayments page does show that "transaction timed out".
I have tried out to contact at [protected]@midasbuy.com but can't find out their website, i have also been mailed the problem to them but no reposnse was there side.
Please do reply asap
