I am a shop owner at Koratty. My shop name is Ponnunni Stores, South angady, (near Y junction) Koratty. I was totally disappointed today about the delivery of milk. Till 1pm i was waiting for the milk and my customers also came to the shop 2or 3 times for the milk. They are the regular customers of my shop. I was too busy in the shop that there is no staff working today. As it is too late I called the delivery man and asked about the delay. He said he is on leave and the new driver missed the shop and he now reached hi home. Everyday I will purchase 30 or 35 pkts and they said today they cannot deliver the milk. They talked to me like they have no responsibility about the issue. As I was alone in the shop I had to make one of my friend to attend the shop to go to the chill plant and take the milk. How we can relay on the Milma delivery if the things are like this? How we will take orders if they are so irresponsible? Today I lost about 2-3 customers due to the unavailability of milma milk. I had a loss of about 300/- because of their irresponsible behaviour. If they didn't deliver the milk to anybody in my area then its fine. They miss my shop only. Please take necessary action about this.

Milk supply to Manakkad area of Thodupuzha municipality in Idukki district is getting delayed. Currently the milk is being supplied at 8 - 8.30 AM whereas the other brands and local suppliers provides before 7AM compelling the milna users to switch to other brands/local suppies. Kindly instruct the distributer to make necessary arrangements to supply milk in the early morning.

I took agency and selling milma products. But now milma products (mainly milk) were sold by a non agent near my shop. This is resulting in the decreased sales in our shop. Please take necessary actions against this. Hope you will find a solution for this issue.

Today (01/04/2021) I bought Milma ice cream (Fig and Honey) 1Litre. There is no specific content, under the ice cream lot of water. It seems like quality less product and it like bad taste and smell.

I brought 2packets of milma packets(blue)today with a promising expiry date.Afther the usual boiling the milk gets thickened half and other transformed like a light white water mixed as u can see in the attached photo..The 2 packets have the same issue . Regarding this issue I suddenly approached the shopowner twice to replace these two packets one by one frequently.They are also helpless bcoz of milma replacement policy.And we decided to switch to another brand

I am a small shop owner who supplies mainly milma products for over 15 years.The distributors are supplying the products brought for us to the non agents shops which is resulting in the decreased sales in our shop and availability of products in our shop.I had complained about the issue to the marketing manager several times, but it was of no use till date.Hope u will do the needful and find a solution for the issue

I purchased two packets of milma milk today(21.01.2021) with date of expiry 22.01.2021 from Kakkanad(shop near to bus stop) . Within 20 min reached home and boiled the milk. But it is spoiled.

I, albin antony c went to r31 d pooppathy milma society to buy milk for my baby but i didn't get nothing during evening collection on 30/08/2020. I used to buy 1 litre milk regularly from there, but on that above day i didn't get nothing. I noticed that, there milk collection is ongoing and i come to know that, r31 d milma society take local order for 80 liters of milk and employer return many of buyers with empty bottles on this special day. Kindly do the needful

I bought 5 packets of milk on10 August from Selex mall Thrissur with expiry date 11 and 12 and was promptly placed in a new fridge. Unfortunately, 3 of them became sour next morning. The matter was promptly reported to Selex mall immediately. They said milma company was responsible for this and somebody will call me for redressal of the complaint. However, nobody has called me till this time. Please take necessary action regarding this. The copy of receipt cannot be enclosed since this site not accepting pictures above 2mb size. It can be sent separately by mail if necessary. Waiting for a prompt reply as early as possible.

Now a days cancer is very common like what we used to hear about fever or cold in past times... Authorities please do the needful to make detailed lab test of this most commonly consumed house hold item and take necessary action if there is any dangerous adulteration in milma milk as we are giving this to our innocent children.
I am posting this on behalf of many people. Please take necessary action to save life of our children and also adults.

I am stopped the purchase of milk from nearby houses
Because of impurities and lack of hygienic. Then i approach
Nearby milma booth. There it is store in big tank. It is clear
That it is very difficult for proper cleaning of such a big tank.
I neglect this booth due to bad smell and bad taste. Then i
Approach the milma booth at chunkappara. There it avail good
Milk so i purchasing from there for more than four years.
Yesterday they refused the supply of milk in bottles. I bought milk
And transport it to home by vehicle. So it is convenient and
More safe to handle in bottle. The concerned authorities refused
To supply milk in bottles. The fact whatever they point out is not
Reliable.
So please give immediate orders to the authorities to supply milk
In any hygienic containers.

I used buy milk from royal vegetables and fruits shop at maithanam, varkala. There were several against his shop he used to sell very high price and not selling good quality milk he used to sell milk (Yellow packet) at 23rupees and curd at 25rupees. Today i had bought two packets of milma milk and a curd but when i had boiled at the same time it had soured of and had used which did the same after a while i had contacted the costumer care and they had told shopkeeper to return our money they had not given the money and they had no liscense to sell the milk. So i strictly believe that you will take against it.

We used to buy milma milk on a regular basis. Past few weeks we got two packets of damaged milk, which did not report to any one. I bought link on 21st May 2017 which had expiry written on 22nd may 2017. When we heated milk it had worms in it. We washed the vessel and water was not added to milk (please don't tell water we added had worms.).

Please help to ensure the quality of basic things such as milk. If we added tea or any other things this would have been easily missed out. Milma is widely used even for infants and this would be quite harmful for them.

(Koyilandy, mundoth agency). We are orderd some items for your drivers. But he is saying, i am keep the items in next shope and take from their. This van is passing from infront of my shope. Why your serve the items to my shope directly. Pls take the correct action

I have been using milma for several for years and iam very satisfied with their services .but now milma is not providing the quality as in the earlier days .I feel very discomfort with their service nowadays as the milma milk I brought taste very bad to me and is precipitating more while boiling as some impurities are added to it. so do please consider this issue and take necessary actions to ensure the quality of milma milk products in kerala especially ernakulam.
