This is to bring to your notice that my Milton water bottle does not keep water warm for a longer time, not even for 3 hours.
I purchased it from a local shop in Gorakhpur, UP named Megashop. It's been 10 months since the purchase. The bottle is used only twice and is in perfect condition as it was bought.

I bought Milton Glassy Flask 500 ml date on 23 Feb 2020.
I use this only one day than store after many month when 2 time use Dec 2020. My tea cold within 2-3 hrs.
I request to company plz change my Flask as soon as possible.

I had purchased Milton Thermosteel flip lid flask 1000 ml from Amazon in Feb-2020. Currently after filling hot water in the flask it is getting very hot from outside and water is also getting cool down very soon as compared to the earlier. I tried to call on Milton customer care, but nobody is responding. Kindly do the needful on this.

This is to inform you that I have purchased MILTON premium 3 Burner GlassTop(RED) vide Invoince no.IN-SDEF-2239, dated 19.06.2020 from M/s Amazon India.

It has been observed after two month the 2 burners out of 3 are not working. The mentioned material is under warranty only.

I have a raised a complaint to the company (Booking ID - NK[protected] on 20th Oct, 2020. But still date the problem remained unsolved.

I am not getting any response from the company.
You are requested to kindly resolve the issue..

It's been only 6 months I had bought a milton thermosteel flask. Its gasket/wash is being tore away, and I tried a lot to buy its gasket, but its gasket and acessories are not available in any shops. Please do the needful for me. 🙏

I had bought 1 litr. capacity MILTON thermosteel flask form amazon five months ago . The same was not yet used but now when I tried to put hot water, the flask becomes very hot from outside, just like normal steel utensils. So also the water cools down within 3 hrs. as such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served at all. Since I paid quite high amount (Rs. 956/-) I am not at all satisfied with its performance. More over I could have bought three normal glass flask within the same amount.
Since 3 days I was trying to contact MILTON customer care but not taking the call.
How to resolve the problem?

My 2Flasks are not resiisting the hot .with in a hour the hot water is become cool. One is one litre.the other one is 1/2 litre.

As our Milton Tea Flask is completely broken. We need a new one so kind request to please arrange a new Cap as soon as possible.

My bottle purchase is one month but outside it also gets hot or cold outside

I m using it from last 3 months. But now water is cooling down very quickly. Not sure what is the problem.

This is to inform u that we have purchaed milton prime spin mop which was decfective. And the applicance is within warranty . So plz do the needful.

I have purchases Milton prime mop from amazon as on 13th march 2020. which stainless steel wringer rod has been damage . initially it is working well but after 2 month it has been damage. i have mail on the email at least 15 times but i am not getting any response through mail or phone no. please help to resolve the issue . as it is under warranty period.

I have bought milton thermosteel 500 ml from amazon it was working well in initial days but after 15 days it has stopped giving the result. Not expected such quality issuse with big compant like milton

मेने milton का thermo steel 1.5 लीटर जग 1000 से 1500 का लिया। पर अब उसमें सिर्फ 6 घण्टे मे ही उसमे पानी गर्म हो जाता है। यह चीज बर्दाश्त से बाहर है इतनी महंगी चीज़ खरीदने के बाद भी कोई saticification नही है।

The bottle have purchased last year through amazon and the cap got broken easily and it can not close the bottle. I have searched for lid only in amazon . but its not available . The bottle is good by the lid design in not upto the quality.

Hi, I have bought three thermosteel milton flasks for my daughter's school, my husband's office use and mine too and travelling etc. For some time my duaghter's bottle was keeping cold water cold but now its not at all keeping it cold for even 2hrs. Now when i used my other two flasks they are also not keeping the same. even they are not keeping hot water for minimum 2-3 hours. I have bought one around one year back and another two for about 8 months back.
I bought these after getting reviews from relatives and now i dont know what to do as these products are high in price and my got wasted i think.

I have order one spotzero mop from amazon by order no.[protected]. Item was deliver by the invoice no. Sata - 1463635. Detail pb sata[protected] dtd[protected]. I am an ex service man i purchased item from csd and milton is the supper. So by the name i have order the product. But it was third class item. Both the handle stud were out and not engaging. And while lifting only handle comes in hand. Same problem with pulling handle....

I bought thermosteel flask from patiala (Punjab) a month ago. Now after one month this flask could not keep the boiled water in hot condition for nearly 2 hours only and its outerbody start heating.

Kindly arrange to replace this defective flask at the earliest.

Recently we purchased a milton flask from near retail outlet and it got repaired, we contacted the service person more than 3 months, we didn't get any respond from the service department. We had long experience with milton and we always choose milton as our first option, so we bought another flask from the same retail outlet, with in a month its also met with the same complaint. We were using the same item for more than month, today your service assistant mr. Usman contacted with us and he did the maintenance for just one item, the old one was still standing with the complaint, and your assistant provide very bad service to us and refused to repaired the old one
We still have the same believe on milton company so kindly provide us the needful thing and provide little more good service to the customers

Milton bottle that i purchased not long ago is now rusted at the bottom and thus can't be used further more, kindly provide some support regarding replacement of the product as soon as possible. You can see the attached pictures, it is very inconvenient to drink from it all i have put only water in that thus, provide me with another product or my amount back and do it soon as possible.

So also the water cools down within 3 hrs. as such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served at all. Since I paid quite high amount (Rs. 760/-) I am not at all satisfied with its performance. I have misplaced the warranty card, but the defect is genuine. I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concerned person and my complaint is promptly looked into and the defective flask be replaced at the earliest.

Iam chinmay student of iit roorkee. I recently purchased one of your known product i. E., thermoflask just 3 days ago from a well renowed shop in roorkee (Moradabad house)

Within 2 days of its usage, the outer paint and the paint on bottle started wearing out.

This destroyed the look of the bottle as well as the sole purpose of my purchase that is the glossy and shiny appearance of the bottle. But this poor and degraded condition of the product was not even in the least expectation in my mind of a well popular brand such as yourself, the milton.

Also this destroyed the blind trust i had in your company over the past few years with having a good experience with your products.

And this is not the case just with me but also other customers who purchased your recent products, has been giving poor and bad feedbacks on your side.

I strongly request and expect you, to either return or exchange this product with new and good quality thermoflask, so that the purpose of my purchase becomes successful.

I was purchased a Milton flask 500 ml from defence canteen (naval cochin) in the month of August 2019. Now the flask is not working properly due to hot problems, in this regard I was submitted complaints to Milton Keynes on 07 and 17 October 2019 vide complaints no 5852 and 5953. Till date the company didn't taken any action of the above subject and also not responsed customer Care support of this company. Kindly take suitable action

One week ago i have a flask from my nearest retail shop for my office use.
