I recently purchased from a shop milton thermosteel 600 ml flask for hot water and tea purpose but after 6 month suddenly i found it was not at all keeping hot water for long time it is of no use to me and i want you to replace as early as possible i have listen about milton, if any problem faces by milton customers they resolve their problem very fast. I request you plz sortout and replace my product

I recently purchased from a shop milton thermosteel 600 ml flask for tea and coffee purpose but when i started using it i found it was not at all keeping tea and coffee hot for long time it is of no use to me and i want you to refund my money back as early as possible otherwise i have to take some other action against you people. I am completely fed up from your item.

I am ketan kakkad. Last month i bought a milton thermo steel water bottle - gist for my daughter from reliance store memnagar ahmedabad. The product claims that easy to carry and narrow opening for sipping. Last week the sipper portion was broken while carrying the the bottle. I had made online complaint on the website still there is no response from the company.

It seems that it is a defective design or part and more over no such cap is available in the market. The company is not responsive to this.

Had bought milton thermosteel (Fg-thf-imv[protected] ml. Capacity 3or4months ago. The same was not yet used but now when i tried to put hot water, the flask becomes very hot from outside, just like normal steel utensil. So also the water cools down within 3 hrs. As such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served at all. Since i paid quite high amount (Rs. 480/-) i am not at all satisfied with its performance.

I bought milton thermosteel flask in april 2018.. We are regularly using it since may. Now the flask is hot outside and the water cools down within 3-4 hrs.. I misplaced warranty card.. Kindly help me in this regard. We are regular customer of milton brand. We paid around 600 for this flask. Pls help us to replace the same. Pls take this issue to concerned person

I have bought a milton thermosteel flask 6 months back in april 2018. Now the product is not at all functioning as intended. It is working as a normal steel bottle. Within 3hrs hot water is becoming normal water. Please tell me what to do. The product has got 1 year warranty and us still under warranty period. Please help either to repair the same or replace it.

I had an impression forthe brand milton. So, when i wanted to purchase a flask milton was my first choice.

I purchased one from d-mart shivalik corporate park, ahmedabad on 21/04/2018. And today on 13/08/2018 it is not able to keep things hot even an hour. Body gets hot when poured hot water.

And who keep a super market bills. What shall i do? I don't have a tipical black printed bill that most super markets provide. Only thing i have is the original box.

What is the meaning of one year warranty now. Feel like cheated by trusting milton.

I am shylaj. V. M on 03/01/2018 i bought a milton thermo steel flak 1ltr, last week the flask cover was broken while opening itself we took to the same shop happy home, ina new delhi they refused to change the cover and said you have to buy a new cap worth rs 150 and we know this is a mistake from company within 3 month the cap got damage, this is the worst experience with milton since from my mother using the same company products.

I bought two tiffins around 2 months back, from reliance fresh store, at lake city mall in udaipur, for my friend and myself, to carry lunch to office;since i thought they would keep my food fresh and safe, for a longer period. But to my surprise, these two tiffins, which happen to come from a big brand like 'milton', proved me wrong. My daal literally spoils and stinks within 4 hours, after being packed in the steel container of the tiffin, despite claiming to be air tight and made of good quality stainless steel. Believing that milton cannot produce such a poor quality product, i tried changing everything, hoping and thinking that maybe it was the daal we were buying, or the spices we were using, or the oil we were preparing the daal in, or the water used for preparing daal, etc. That was the reason behind the daal getting spoiled, but i was again proven wrong. I even told my maid (Which although i shouldn't have) that she must have packed it hot, and that could be the reason, but she denied and confirmed that she already cools down the daal, to a less hot temperature, before packing it in the box.
After all this phase of problem, which i suffered, i have come to know that it is the tiffin, which is the only thing left, that was never suspected, and surprisingly, i have realized now, that the actual reason behind all this is the steel used in the tiffin and the fake 'air tight 'claim.
I have continuously faced this problem, which has resulted in wastage of a lot of resources.
I demand a strict action against milton, and compensation immediately.
Otherwise, i would raise my voice & elevate the issue to a more serious platform, and wouldn't stop until a strict action is taken in this regard.

I have felt regretted to buy hot career in your milton brand. I bought on 19-06-17
But on 21-6-17 the steel box was severely broken and it was shame on company products. The sowbhgya shop at kandakam road, rajahmundry, a. P. They are not responding respectfully for customers. I asked to replace with new set but they gave me one steel box. It is so sad and painful for the quality in the milton. I suggest everyone don't waste any money like this. Pls do any action the service centre otherwise you r going to loose your reputation.

I bought milton thermo steel flask 2 months back..it worked good during starting... i used to carry milk to office.. but now the milk is getting cold within minutes even if i pour too hot milk into it..while i bought it, the seller told that we can use it for any purpose like tea, coffee, milk..i don't what is the problem..we people trust in milton company and purchased the products even though they are costIy..
I suggest people to buy normal plastic flask with steel inside rather than to buy milton because that steel flask lasts longer than milton.
My sincere request to the company is to replace the product as soon as possible... else we wont thrust your product no more..

I have bought thermo steel flask 2 months ago in the nearby city (GUDIVADA).
It was good at starting. But now it was not working properly. I poured hot milk in it.But it was got cooled within 2 hours. The seller told that we can use it for all ex. milk, tea, coffee. But the company is saying that we should not use for milk.I request you people not to buy milton company products. We believe milton is the best company and have spent a lot to buy their products.
if it is not used for milk, then the company should mention it clearly.

Since I paid quite high amount (Rs. 780/-) I am not at all satisfied with its performance. I have misplaced the warranty card, but the defect is genuine. I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concerned person and my complaint is promptly looked into and the defective flask be replaced at the earliest. R/Sir, I purchased a Milton Hot Cold Water Bottle from authorised dealer 4 months ago . I used it hardly 2 or 3 times flask of the bottle breakdown & it does not fell down. It does not work properly . I had also registred a complaints in the company but not hear about this and does not take any step for this.I requset you please solve this matter as soon as possible Thanking you,

I purchased Milton Thermo steel flask from Big Bazar Vishrantwadi branch Pune, it is two months old it is is not maintaining temperature ( I use only for carrying hot water, as per Milton claim it will hold hot temperature for 24 Hrs, but this not the case. Now i hear some noise when we shake the flask i doubt something is broken inside the flask, i hope company will replace the unit with new one. Inspite of getting Prestige brand Thermo stel flask at lesser price, i decided on Milton due to brand name.

I have bought two Milton Thermo Steel Flask 0.5L from Gupta Stationery Shop Phagwara, Punjab-144401 (mob. no. [protected]) on 02/07/2009. After some time I observed that the cooling capacity of one of them was not good. so I complained the shopkeeper. After some times the shopkeeper said that the main dealer of this product was not entertain the problem. I bought this product for my school going son.
