I discharged from air force after completion of 20yrs with pension and csd facilities at guntur ncc canteen manager not allowing to purchase csd items since your card not issed from ncc guntur. My card issued from visakhapatnam naval canteen. When i approached tovisakhaptnam for transfer they says this card valued anywhere in india you can utilise. But ncc canteen guntur not allowing what is reason...
