I travelled from hyderabad to singapore on oct 7th, 2019 by mi 473 onwards to guangzhou, china by sq 850 on oct 8th, 2019 (Tomorrow). Time the incident occurred: between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm. International departures/immigration area @ rgia.

I would like to report the most unprofessional, intemperate and ignorant behaviour of the immigration officer mr. Chowdhary posted to rajiv gandhi international airport at hyderabad. First, he did not display his name tag. Second, he seems quite ignorant about immigration procedures. My chinese visa is valid until oct 11th and my date of travel was oct 7th. Mr. Chowdhary asked me when i was returning back. I said october 27th.

He refused to process my passport asking me to meet the airline staff who issued the boarding pass! I asked him three times, what the matter was. All he said was: “meet the airline staff”. And quite brusquely asked a civil clothes person assisting in the area to take me away! I was shocked beyond belief that mr chowdhary did not have the courtesy to explain to me what the issue was and why i had to go to the airline staff!

Apparently, i quickly understood how ignorant this officer was! His belief was that i must “return back to india” before october 11th-the validity stuck in the visa. Little does he know that a visa is good until the very last day of the visa stamped in the passport. What matters is that i must “leave” the country i am visiting within the 30-day visitor’s visa.

Mr chowdhary needs an education on simple yet important matters. I wasted about 45 mins.in the process - which could have been avoided entirely. Had i not been 2-3 hours early, i could have well missed my flights and all my business engagements would have been affected. Needless to say, such irresponsible behaviour must be nipped in the bud.

Please investigate the matter.

Coustome checking k vakt saman khola gaya tha aur pura beg ulatpulat kadete the uske bad saman firse beg me bharne bhi nahi dete the aur jaldi se beg hata ne ko kehte hai. Ye thik nahi hai. Saman ka scrining bhi karte hai aur kholke bhi chck karte hai. Aur doosra sabhi passangers ka coustom hone k bad bhi 5 hours bethe rehna padta hai ye waiting period finish karna chahiye.

In month of february minister sushma swaraj declared that passport seva kendra will started in latur and jalana.
But till seva kendra not started.

Latur has background of studies and student. Best student from maharashtra made in latur. Latur has so many students to want go abroad for studies, also so many people want to travel world but we don't have passport seva kendra here.
Latur people has gone to solapur for passport issue. It is most 220 km from latur. So it is burning issue of latur after water crisis.
Please co operate with latur people by starting passport seva kendra.

I have been working as deputy general manager at defence p s u, hindustan aeronautics ltd. Sunabeda (Koraput) orissa.
I was issuied official passport no. V j 46919 in 1986 from passport office, bhuwaneswar.
Before expiry, renewed vide no.1527, dated 18-09-91 till 28 the august, 1996.
When i applied for further extension, it was rejected saying third time cannot be renewed. Apply for fresh.
I have applied vide file no. F - 12 (229).
For one year no response.
Meanwhile i was transferred to hal, hyderabad division. I received one letter from them to furnish fresh photo and any change in status, furnished, further no response for five years.

No response from thane.
Against my rti applic., they replied vide their letterno. Rti-90/11, dated[protected], that they are waiting for reply from bhuwaneswar passpory for no objection.
Since bhuwaneswar last all record reply will never be furnished.

Funy advise i received that bahoot imandary sikhs rahe the sub record dikhakar, ab mar javoge side chakkar lagate, passport nahi milega, kyonki record nahi hai.

I had gone through the verification process for passport re-issuance on 16-feb-2017 at psk - ludhiana, punjab. The file number is ch[protected].
Even after submitting all the necessary documents, the application status was put on - hold. The online status read - "has been submitted along with applicable fees and supporting documents" for a month.
On 17th march, my mother visited the psk to enquire about the reason for delay. The staff without giving any valid reason took the photocopy of the acknowledgement letter/receipt given at the time of verification and said that passport would come within a week.
On 27th march. My mother visited the psk for the second time and got to know from the psk that they were understaffed, so all the files have been lying in the office itself. My file was pulled out to put under processing and the new application status says - granted and the online status is - "pending for physical verification at respective thana under sp office, district ludhiana". It's going to be ten days and the status is still the same.
I'm not sure whether i'll get my passport anytime soon. I need it asap. Kindly redress my grievance.

I would like to bring to your kind notice the conditions of frro offices in india, i visited office in haryana & delhi, its most amazing that all foreigners visit their & the condition is like a office in slum area.

In haryana the office is on the 3rd floor : the condition pathetic, people have to climb on 3rd floor, 75 % of the time out of 2 lifts one is non operative & that too its not in the building of frro but in the adjoining building.

I am writing this message to make you aware of the conditions of frro office & get the same renovated both in respect of building & process as has been done in the passport.

I am a true indian & born to get the things right.

I love my india & wants to glow india once again.

I am sure your ministry will take this on sos basis & get all india frro offices in right shape

I applied for Tatkal Passport for some professional exigencies under ARN 15-[protected]. On the appointed date, I submitted all the documents as prescribed except Annexure F, in lieu of which I submitted all other 3 documents out of the listed 16 documents in this context. Despite that my Tatkal Passport application was not accepted for reason of non submission of Annexure F. I failed to understand this discriminatory dealing ? Why the PSK-Guwahati can not comply with the prescribed norms to we the people from Assam ? Why this injustice to me when I am a law abiding citizen & why am I to suffer a big loss to my professional cause because of this non compliance by the PSK-Guwahati ? The PSK-Guwahati didn't show me any valid written instruction where in it is stated that 3 out of 16 documents are not acceptable as par passport act in lieu of Annexure F. Hence under compulsion I had to change my Tatkal Application to Normal Application (File Number: GU[protected] which would not serve the immediate professional urgency of mine. Our nation's constitution grants Equal Rights for all, but alas, what can be a higher discrimination than my case ? May I know what is my fault despite being a law abiding citizen from not being treated at par with other Indians ? I needed Tatkal service as par applicable provision & meeting the requirements but had been denied of the right ! I woulld be thankful if I am informed of the reason for depriving me from the Tatkal facility

Am a nurse who selected for Qatar and waiting for my ticket.as the new rule came in nurses recruitment none of the nurses can go to 17 ECR countries as stated by government without emigration clearance.but on the request of Kerala state government, ( government recruitment agencies like Norka, odepc doesn't have the facility to recruit a candidate, means not fully functional) asked central government to hold the new rule till all the facilities made by the government, and give emigration clearance to all nurses who ever got their job genuinely before 30th of April 2015.central government agreed this appeal. This is my second application for Passport Renewal. From the past few months, I am trying to get an appointment after submitting the Passport Renewal Application twice and uploading all necessary supporting documents online. I have been trying since several months to get an appointment.

The procedure is that I have to login to the passort seva website before 6:00 pm in the evening and when the window opens at 6:00 pm, I have to try to 'Book Appointment' online within those first few seconds/minutes, but everytime I try doing this to get appointment, I get messages saying 'Try next day 6:00 pm onwards, no. of applications for today:500' or 'Another person has booked appointment at this time slot, try again' kind of messages. This is very irritating and I have written to the ministry of external affairs, GOI via email over this matter and though I got a response asking me to keep trying in this manner, I have still been not able to secure an appointment. I had submitted my application for issue of passport vide file no. Z- 068392 with key no. [protected] on 23rd May, 2011 at district passport office, Pitampura alongwith all required documents including “No objection certificate” from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Inter-State Council Secretariat, (ISCS) New Delhi. On enquiring about status over telephone no proper response was given. Finally, I approached the grievance cell through e-mail of 2nd November, 2011, but to my dismay that even after 11 months and number of mails since then, I am yet to receive any response/acknowledgement from Grievance Officer of MEA or my passport till date.

2. The “No objection certificate” issued by the MHA was sent for verification to ISCS, MHA only on 15th November, 2011 whereas the application was submitted in May, 2011. The confirmation letter was sent by MHA, ISCS on 9th December, 2011 to the Regional Passport Officer, MEA, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi and inspite of having been received the confirmation of verification certificate (VC) in respect of NOC issued in my favour, the application has not been processed till date.

3 There has been abnormal delay in processing my application whereas the normal issue time is 30-45 days. The reasons for delay in issuing the passport in my favour inspite of taking up matter over phone and number of e-mail reminders may please be elaborated.

4. The status of application in the portal still shows that the “Police verification has been waived and the processing of application is underway” even after the lapse of 11 months.

I have not received any communication with regards to below query and when i was trying to get information from the Bareily Passport Office through Phone & Mail.

Moreover all the other formalities like police verification at home & all the required documents have been forwarded from Local LIU office of Moradabad.

Still I have not received my passport & online status of the passport file is also same as it was on 05-FEB-2012 that "Police Report has not been received".

I have received a reply from Regional passport office that " You may contact Public grievances officer with speed post no., if PVR has really sent "
We are unable to get that speed post number from Superindentent of police office, Thanjavur.

The police verification also over but still now I have not received my passport, in passport sati it showing (It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time) this kind of massage showing from June first week 2011.
