Respected sir, I had applied for new demat account and said account
has been opened on 1st april 2011 and i have recived welcome kit ( my
indoc no is[protected], BO ID is [protected] and appliction id
is ESI 382749). but pass word for trading account has not been
recived yet. In this regard i had contacted with demat custmoer care
centre ([protected]) for three times and they intimated the
above ID (ES 382749) and suggested me to contact SBI CAP CUMSTOMER
CARE CENTRE for pass word. As directed by your customer care centre I
contated with
SBI CAPSEC CUSTOMER CARE centre([protected]). while i contacted with
sbicap sec customer care centre they asked my id no and I intimated my
id no i.e ESI 382749, but they intimated to me that this no is
displaying in the name of an another applicant ( some lady name). In
this regard I
contacted three times with demat customer care centre as well as
sbicapsec customer care centre but no positive response has been
replied neither from your custmer care centre nor from sbicap customer
care. Demat customer care centre has intimated the id no i.e ESI
382749 is dispalying in the name of my name i.eDILLIP KUMAR MOHAPATRA,
where SBICAP CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE denied it and intimated that this no
is dispaying with another lady name.. In this regard i have mailed
for two times with you, but no response has been replied yet. lastely
I had gone to my SBI bracnh where this application has been filled up
and submitted but nobody helpped me in this regard. Please do need ful at
the earliest and suggest SBICAP SERVICE TO ASSIST WITH ME in this
regard and check the status with you and also suggest to sbicapse to
contact with DP Section. In this regard i had been guided by Miss
Roopali of SBI DEMAT SERVICE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE and she suggested to
mail about this. It is therefor requestedsolicit solution may plsease
accorded in this regard and help at the
earliest to active the said account.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Passport of My wife and 2 children on the same date i.e. 05/12/2010 wide following application No.'s:

1. Deepshikha Gupta - Wife - Z228670
2. Kartika Gupta - Daughter - Z228669
3. Kushagra Gupta - Son - Z228668

I have already received Passport of wife on 19/12/2010 but not received till now of children. When I checked the online application status it is showing "Please furnish a fresh application form with all the columns filled up, all declarations signed and photographs affixed in the boxes given in the form."

Best of my knowledge I filled each information correctly and I never received any information from pasport office neither local Gwalior nor Bhopal about the any wrong information.

Is this the right way to simply update a status "Please furnish a fresh application" or the Passport office should inform to the applicant. What about the application fee DD's each Rs. 600/-. This all looks that still Goverment department required lot of attention to serve their custome properly.

Meaning of fresh application is again 4 months delay and lot of hassle and request to the local passport officials and police.

I would request to at least let me know the problem in the application form. If it is just a passport officials negligence why punishment to applicant.

I would appreciate a fevor and early action on the above matter urgently.

Dear Sir,

I have applied through my daughter's (infant) passport from post office Indore on 8th of May 2010. Application no. is BPL-W[protected]. The site www.passportstatus.nic.in is not at all showing any update since last 20 days. They shows the receipt of application as on 17/6/2010 and last status updated date keeps on changing but regularly It gives message that"it will be despatched in a week's time". this same message is appearing since last 20 days.

Please advice what action I can take to get the passport urgently. Even Post office staff asks us to check online only.

I have applier for passport for my son, SAPTADEEP DESHMUKH (9 yrs 11 months) on 12/03/2010 under tatkal scheme at Regional Passport Office, Guwahati (Ph-[protected], [protected]). Till date neither I have received the passport nor any information.

The online status is also blank (ref. attachment). Many times I tried to contact over phone, but they never respond.

This is very regret to infrom you that, i have made application on[protected] no.HYDW26339409 with all supporting documents, and with all my enquiries over internet i understand that passport no. is allowed to me but there is very much delay in dilvery of my passport, It is showing the same message "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" since last 2-3 months, I kindly request you to immediately look into the matter and please deliver my passport at the earliest.

Dear Regional Passport Officer/Mr Arya,
This is my fourth attempt to higlight the issue to you and I still dont have a response from you.
I do hereby raise a formal complain about the gross inefficiency, corruption and red tapism prevailing in your department that has lead to huge monetary loss and mental agony to me.

My wife had applied for a passport in the RPO Patna office on 12th of August, 2008 with the following details.
File No: A099850
Date Applied: 12th August 2008
Name of the Applicant: Urmila Singh
Date of Birth: 06.06.1957
Address of Applicant: NY 20 /B New Yarpur

I was informed at the time of the application that the passport would be delivered in 45 days. All the formalities of police verification were done. In the month of September, I was informed that the passport would be in our hands by Sep End. However, this did not happen. Months after months, during repeated inquiries, I was always told to wait for a week and these false assurances have been going on for the last 6 months.
The Status currently says:

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time


The same status has been displayed through the last 4 months. As per my knowledge, one week contains seven days and not 150 which approximately has been the situation here and continues to add on. I and my wife need to visit my son who stays in Singapore and due to this delay we have been severely impacted.

In the first week on March, in deep despair, I reached the RPO office and saw several touts hanging around. One of them guaranteed to have my passport delivered in 3 days on payment of Rs 2000. He said that the amount would be used to pay to pay the bribes to all levels and ranks to. If that be the case, I do hereby also raise a complain about the corruption that is existing in/outside RPO Patna office. I am sure you are aware of these and if you are not, I do hereby inform you of this so that you can take appropriate action. I am also reaching out to media to get this entire racket exposed and to ensure that genuine and honest applicants like us do not suffer at because we choose to not file our passports through agents/touts.
If the passport is not delivered before 28th of March, I would like to use my "Right to information" to understand the reason for the delay and the "unavoidable circumstances" that have lead to this delay.

Dear sir,
I elder brother of Huzefa Palitanawala who had applied for the new passport application last year having the said file no F009390 has been closed without any prior notice or information. Huzefa had submitted the PP form to the officer(Mr. Azad in-charge of Taltala Area) of passport official few months back after being asked to submit the PP form. After submitting the PP form, huzefa waited for few months then enquired the passport office at 4 Brabourne road .The person at the enquiry counter intimated that huzefa will receive the passport in few days. A few days back on confrontation huzefa was flabbergasted to hear that his file was closed.
So I would like to know that what has happened to the case that the file has been closed after submitting the PP form & what needs to be done in order to complete the remaining formalities so that things get sorted out .Hoping a positive gesture from your side with advisable solution to do the needful at the earliest without getting anymore harassment & delays.
