I took 3 chicken claws along with other items from mio amore shop opposite Diamond plaza mall, Nager Bazar, Kolkata, amounting total 574 rs. which I paid from credit card.But the 3 chicken claws were rotten and bad smell came out of it while I opened it after reaching at home.This is the worst experience ever and for the first time, I have such an spoilt food experience with Mio amore...

I am Harsh Gupta.I am here to raise a problem regarding a mio amore store rathala branch.I ordered one Veg Manchurian patties and recieved a chicken patties and this could be a problem of miscommunication but for that the staff should feel sorry but he is abusing and giving slangs that It is my mistake....

Mio Amore আজকে মিও আমোরে থেকে খুব খারাপ 1টা অভিজ্ঞতা হলো...সবার মতোই আমিও গেছিলাম 1স্ট এপ্রিল স্পেশাল আইটেম কেনার জন্য ...গিয়ে দেখলাম শুধুমাত্র ডিম পোচ রয়েছে 1 পিস, যথারীতি আমি সেটা অর্ডার করলাম . আউটলেট এর স্টাফ যারা ছিলেন তারা প্যাক করতে দেরি করায় অন্য 1জন আসলেন এবং তারও সেটি পছন্দ হলো ... আমি আগে অর্ডার করার সত্বেও আমাকে না দিয়ে ওনাকে অর্ডার টা প্যাক করে দিতে গেলে আমি 1জন স্টাফ কে যখন বললাম যে আমি তো আগে অর্ডার টা দিলাম তখন উনি আমাকে বললেন যে উনি হইতো ঐদিকে অর্ডার টা দিয়েছিলেন... রেগুলার কাস্টমার হওয়ার কারণে অন্য স্টাফ রা আমাকে চেনেন তখন তারা রসমালাই আইটেম টি স্টোরে ছিলো যেটা সেটা বের করে আমাদের 2জন কে বললেন যে কোনো 1টা পছন্দ করতে ... 2জনের পছন্দ এক হওয়াই আমি না নিয়েই চলে আসেছি ... এখানে আমার 1 টাই কথা বলার যদি সব দিক দিয়েই অর্ডার নেওয়া হয় তাহলে 1টা কাউন্টার করার কি মানে? অনেক দিন থেকেই মি ও আমোর থেকে কিনি সেখানে এটা এক্সপেক্ট করিনি ... আর এই ঘটনা টা ঘটেছে Mio Amore Rajpur outlet a ...
ভালো এক্সপেরিয়েন্স টা যেমন সবার সাথেই ভাগ করে নি এটাও সবার সাথে ভাগ করে নিলাম জানি না এডমিন অ্যাপ্রভ করবে কিনা... আর এটা 1স্ট টাইম নই এর আগেও 1বার আমার মা গিয়ে 1টা জিনিস অর্ডার করেছিল কিন্তু তারা অন্য 1জন কে সেটা দিয়ে দেই ... তাই এবার এই পোস্ট টা করতে বাধ্য হলাম...

Today at around 9:40pm I visited your retail shop at Baghajatin. Choose one Butter scotch small (Price Rs.350) and one rich fruit cake (Price Rs.180). Make Payment through Paytm (Receipt attached). Even after paytm and receiving confirmation of payment the shop attendants denies to provide the material as they claimed that they have not received payment. The connected phone is with another employee and he is not present at the time. I have some program at my home and that have been dismissed due to non availability of the material. I want my money back immediately.

I have wanted the Mobile no.of Mio amore, Morraporra chowpathi, Cooch behar they have given the wrong nos. which are not related to the aforesaid shop. Moreover when on 9th December, 2021, I went to order 2 Cakes ( Fresh Chocolate 1 kg and Red Velvet 500 gm ) they misbehaved with me as I was confused which one I would normal and this is normal. It might be happened. This is out and out unfair.from the part of Mio amore like renowned Company. Do the needful. The photo of the employee who had given the Mobile nos. is attached herewith.

I and my frnd visited mio amore kharagpur near IIT bypass an hour ago. There we mistakely droped our ₹100 note . However, when we saw it on the floor we didn't realise it was ours . So we returned it to the counter . The later when we requested the lady incharge to return the money . We were not returned money she gave a valid reason that she first needs to confirm it with the camera. And said to wait . After waiting for an half an hour we were not returned and money . She said that her superior is not available and to collect it . Later as students we have very limited money available. So that may be ₹100 but it was important for us . Hence our very request is to return our money .In cash, . We already submitted our number there kindly contact us .

Product was stale. Burger chicken was so hard to chew. It was unfresh. As same there was a smell of it. Which spoil our experience from mio amore

On 11 july 2021 I bought 2 paneer puff, 1 cheese corn roll and 1 cream roll from mio amore, james long. It totals ₹74 but they miscalculated it as ₹92.
Today, 12 july 2021 I told the staff against this. They refused to pay me the extra as they couldnot believe it.
Clearly it was there mistake.
I will ask the authority to look into this matter and pay me back my money.

My name is Suman. I am a regular customer of mio amore. Every time I buy cake, pizza, and a burger from mio amore. Today I went to eat at this address- Badagada Square, beside BMC Mandap, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751018 . I use paytm and sometimes cash to make payments. Today, while scanning in paytm, the bottom of the scan was accidentally clicked near the last transaction and the money went to another account and that too only 70 rupees. The...

I brought 2 chicken pattis n 2 paneer puff my total payble was rs 88 but as i asked them they told rs 106 ...and when i charged them for chitting they acted that they didnt heard me but i told them clealy ehat i wanted to buy. such employees should be immediatly be sacked . this case is of mio amore ghola, bus stand, opposite SBI BANK kolkata - 700110

Today I brought veg burger & panner roll...the burger was smelling so bad and the taste was just horrible..the bread & chaap both was rotten with white small spot..very sad

I found whitish fungul growth inside cheese corn roll, which is harmfull to us.
This incident is very distress full incident for me. I am regualr customer.please take care your product quality and aware your shops for maintaining this

I purchased these pastry from Mio Amore cake shop .. they were really bad Smelly stale pastry . I purchased 5 pastry all of them were stale and bad ...My Niece ate one pc she's a kid ... She started puking after eating, ..None o[censored]s tried it earlier as she was a kid and she was eager to have it first.. It's a branded company ... We never imagined that they would sell such faulty products .Request u to please take a action asap..

The product was totally rotten . It was smelling bad n got totally sour .

I purchase 2 Butter Scotch pastry, 1 Choco Chips, chicken sausage Roll. Total payable amount 99 Rupees only. I give 500 rupees note to salsman & he give me back 1 rupees only. I ask him to give me the remaining rupees, but he say 'I give 100 rupees'. Further I say please check the cashbox or check CCTV footage. But he say those are not possible, I say lie. Please take appropriate steps

The cake was ordered on 13th January for delivery on 15th January.
Cake = Red Velvet cake
Wt = 1 kg
Price. = ₹1000

The cream was stale and sour, the cake tasted horrible .

Please Do not buy cakes from Mio Amore any further . They do not maintain quality .

White forest cake purchased from kalna, wb Mio Amore store on 31.12.2020 was worthless. So bad in taste and also it costs 450 rs. Surprise d to see such a bad quality things from such a highly branded company

Today my order was there for a cake
I did pay tm of ₹300 one of my person went to take the cake
Everyday they take paytm but today they are saying we are not using paytm
Jub ke i have already paid ₹300 from paytm now they are saying if you pay ₹300 from phone pay or cash then only we will give the cake
Its just disgusting
My money got wasted

I have been a regular customer of Mio Amore (Naktala). It is really sad to see how the new employees working there have been treating the customers. whenever a client enters the shop, finds the staff listening to music / being busy on their phones or gossiping away. It's only when a customer calls them several times that they pay attention to them. there have been instances when they have been extremely rude in their demeanor and hence prevented people from going there again. People prefer taking an auto and going to the Bansdroni branch than coming to the Naktala one.
I would like to refer to a few incidents.
Once I went to Mio Amore (Naktala) with a friend of mine and ordered a brownie. We MANAGED to make the staff listen to us after many attempts. Since we like our brownies hot we asked the fellow staff to microwave them. At first, he behaved extremely rudely, and then second we got BOILING brownies.
There have been innumerable incidents where they toss the money back at customers and I have seen this happening in front of me with many customers and I myself have been a victim (yesterday itself).
I would like to suggest certain things - please employ people who possess certain qualities like - being able to handle customers properly, proper behavior, manners, job sincerity, etc.
Due to these ill-behaved staff members remember you are losing out on several regular customers.

My wife visited today in your mio amore store to purchase choco crunch and fish chop and she purchased a stuff of rs 60 and she gave the entire rs 60 change and purchased it. Further she wanted 1 more fish chop and modified the order. Now she said the store person that she have no change, so could he please give a change of rs 500 but the store representative denied stating that he do not have it and also said if she do want it, return back the product and take away your money back. The way of approach was not decent. If such a customer experience is faced then i don't think anyone will go to your shop. Please teach some customer approach skill to your people on the store. This is creating a bad image and will never visit your store again.

I ordered a 3 kg cake worth rs 4200. The catalog showed a different version and i reviewed something different. They told me they can provide seasonal fruits but for the lower tier, they gave half of what needs to be given n had almost rotten apples

I have bought 15 samossa, a birthday cake on 18.11.2019 afternoon from the mio amore near diamond plaza, nager bazar outlet and while open at home i found 5 samossa completely rotten and had a very bad smell. Since busy with my guests i rang theme but no one picked up. I am keeping the same to lodge complain to higher authority. It can cause serious food poisoning.

At least i will never have mio amore cakes anymore and never suggest any other person to have from here.

My wife went to mangaldeep enterprises 53 b p dey street, sereampore distt hooghly west bengal and purchased some snacks vide bill no 437 dated 29/06/2019. The items purchased were packed in a plastic carry bag. She was surprised to see that bill includes rs 2/- for plastic carry bag and rs 1/- for tomato ketchup.
It is the responsibility of the trader to provide free carry bag etc for carrying the purchased items from any shop. Recently in a case, consumer court has ruled against the charging for carry bags. So the practice for charging for carry bag should be stopped.

I called at mio amore badamtala burdwan for home delivery of a cake but the rude n disrespectful behaviour of a staff on phone made me cancel the order. When i said him to send me some pictures of cakes which are available in the store which he refused to do so and said "no no it's not possible and i can't do that" and that too in rude tone. So please it's my request to mio amore to choose good staffs for their stores.

Earlier today i visited one of the stores of mio amore cake shop situated in sovabazar metro station where i faced inhuman behaviour from the owner he refused to give permission to a kid to whom i wanted to buy a cake but the shop owner refused that kid to go inside. Such kind of behaviour is unacceptable and inhuman which i can tell as a humiliation to the humanity or our human society. Not only that but also i heard that that shop owners used to beat them at times if they even near to that cake shop.
So my request is just do the needful so that that owner could learn a lesson of how to behave with those little kids.

One week ago i bought few pure chocolate fudge from mio amore kaikhali, kolkata branch. Those were not fresh at all and were smelling badly. During the last christmas i had the same experience and from the last five years i have never tasted pure fresh pastry from this branch. I dont know what is wrong with this branch because in the other branches i always got fresh pastries. I am not going to visit mio amore kaikhali branch any more.

Chicken products in this are so pathetic tht whenever i eat i get stomache ache and all.. The chicken smells most of the time and i feel some products they sell of their own... There are three four servants who handles the shop not even any some professional... Mostly chicken sandwich and chicken 65... Cakes are fine but chicken items are not... Please take the necessary actions as my family faced problems because of the food

Therefore i am a regular customer & alternatively​ bring cakes from unitech mio amore often in birthday which is probably twice in evry month, today d shop was geting prepare for operation I requested a guy to give me a cake as it was den needed at 10.30 am was time he refused, i was more than 5time request was placed, so i[censored] guys are not able to take our request no need of opening shops in such corporate place, a negative impact for me would like to inform u that this was my last day at amio amore..thank u

Nothing to complain much as I am a regular customer but just one thing to say that please ask your Tollygaunge branch staff (the aged one with a specks)to be a little more polite as he is unnecessarily rude and harsh. As I too deal with customers so I know it's tiring all day long but that particular staff is always rude whenever one visits the shop!!
