On 14th Feb, 2017 I have ordered with an advance payment of Rs.590 for 106 pieces Panir Puff with 106 pieces paper serving plates, and rest Rs.1000 had paid today at the delivery time. But they denied to provide paper serving plates at the delivery time. Not only that, Janbazar mio amore's staffs has misbehaved with us. On the place of order day they have committed to provide the paper serving plates. We want apologize from their side or they have penalize for that..

The shop refused to accept a Rs 100/- note that I got from the ATM, saying that it had colour on it. At this time, where the prime minister has declared a total change of higher currency to stop black money in India, it is the duty of every citizen to try to help this noble cause. But instead people like them deny to accept currency which causes problem for everyone. And this is not a small matter, because everyone faces such problems and currency is wasted in this manner. I ask that this problem is looked into

I bought 1 piece of Chicken Pattis and 4 pcs of Chicken Singara From Mio Amore store of Chatterjeehat, Howrah on 10 th november 2016. the totall Price was 82 Rupees and for the carry bag totall price became 84 rupees . after paying the bill when they gave me my change of twenty rupees, they deliberately gave me two fake 10 rupee coin . these was fake according tro RBI rules. i knew it latter.but i am sure that the store persons deliberately gave me these fake 10 rupee coin . this is nothing but dishonesty and i have decided not to buy any Mio Amore product . but if necessary legal actions not taken by Mio Amore to the employee of the chatterjeehat, howrah store, I will go to consumer court .

I purchased this pastry on 18.10.2016 from the mio amore near Kasba thana outlet and while having at home realised it's rotten and had a very bad sour taste.
It can cause serious food poising. The cake was v hard and cream was too sour. I had to puke just aftr having 1 bite of it.
I have had this experience with this outlet many times and stopped buying from here.but this time my sister got it from here and had the same experience again
At least I will never have mio amore cakes anymore and never suggest any other person to have from here

I have ordered one cake for my son's birthday(11th Oct'16) on 3rd Oct'16.
On 11th Oct when I went to the Grey St Shop to collect the cake the owner told me that he will be unable to deliver that. I got totally surprised and felt cheated by that shop owner. I have given Rs.200/- as advance. After that he returned me the money. I then went to another Mio-Amore shop at Bagbazar Bata, Kolkata. Luckily got one cake from there.

Please do the needful so that the shop owner dare to harass any more customers in future.

Myself & my entire group went to Unitech to have ice cream, but what we got alongside ice cream was very bad behaviour.
The staff literally insulted us in a room full of people & accused of not paying our bills.
What we did was we took the ice cream & started having it, right out there, & was about to pay, but since a colleague's sandwich was pending we thought we will pay altogether.
Maybe that's not the policy but there is a decorum of treating the customers.
because it is for us(the customers) that Mio Amore runs.
Kindly request your staff to behave properly with your customers.

Purchased a Chicken Butter Masala Roll from S. G. Confectioners, a Mio Amore franchise, 24/20/08, Bag Station Road, Bagmore, PO Kanchrapara, North 24 Parganas - 743145 on 07.09.2016 vide Cash Bill No. 1853.

The item was fully rotten and not consumable at all. The same was consumed by a Child and when reported rotten by him, it was tested by me also.

While approaching to the franchise, they tried to compensate, which I did not accepted. Also while asking for "Complaint book" they offered me a "Suggestion Book", where I have lodged my complaint.

I have order one 2 pound pure chocolate cake from mio amore shop situated at 118 a, ashutosh mukherjee road, kolkata-70025, dealer east bengal student society on 25.07.2016 at around 8.30 pm for delivery on 26.06.2016. On the said day i noticed the same cake was in display. I repeatedly informed the shop helpers & owner to provide me a fresh cake. They replied that every day mio amore deliveries fresh cakes & other items.
On 26.06.2016, when i visited the shop for delivery at around 03 pm i noticed the cake was kept in freeze and i found the last day cake was missing from the display but other cakes was in display as it is. I asked shop owner, if mio amore delivers the cake on 26.06.2016 at 11 am then why you have put in under deep freeze. They replied that mio amore has instructed to put it at freeze.
I request the authority to inquire the matter and see the shop outlets are doing. Further the cake that i was order was not up to the mark

To whome it may concern 1. I sincerely admit few lines about the shop and their employee and have full faith that some action will be taken to stop repeat the same in future. 2. The name of the staff who misbehaved is mr. Bappa das. Loc is station road, sodepur, shop no. 24, kol- 110. Phn[protected], [protected]. 3. The complaint are as follows- (A) my mother ordered birthday cake almost a week before. The date to receive was today at 11.00 am but due to some task and unfavourable condition due to election in kolkata myself alongwith my wife went to the shop to get the cake at 04.00pm. (B) as soon as we reached the seller name mr bappa das ( said the name by himself) started shouting that my fridge is busy due to ur cake. U shud have collected in the morning, next time i will not entertain u in future, he started shouting on my wife...It was really a very bad experience for me. ( c) i request pl look into the matter so that it should not be repeated next time with other customers

On 25th March, 2016, I bought a birthday cake for my friend from Mio Amore, Hati More branch, Siliguri. When we cut the cake, we found out the cake had melted from inside and is falling on the cardboard base. The cake tasted even worse. It was very embarrassing. This happened previously too. I went to the store and complained. The only reason for this is, the air conditioning of the store is never on or working. This is to draw your attention towards the proper maintenance of a store that runs under a big brand name.

I myself Mr. Aloke Kumar Ghosh and staying at Barasat, Champadali More. Kolkata - 700124. All most of all 365 days I used to visit MIO AMORE Cake Shop you can say almost regularly. And almost regularly infront of me and also several times with me have seen Owner of the Cake Shop misbehave with every one and on 05th Dec'2015 and 14th Dec'2015 I myself faced misbehavior of the shop owner. The only reason we go there because of the quality of cakes and lack of Mio Amore cake shops in the locality. But today the person crossed his every limit. He misbehaved not only with me but also with one old aged lady Owner of the Cake Shop uttered very rough language and told that we should not visit his Cake Shop. We really do not know what he thoughts. But being a Mio Amore customer we should get Receive a good treatment and Behaviour. At least he should not treat customers as beggars. Purchased 80pcs each(Veg patties, crown cake, laddu, bhujia & mistisukh) from Mio Amore Chinarpark outlet on 10/12/1515 for children of an orphanage on the occassion of my son's b'day. Unfortunately veg patties weren't fresh, Bhujia was missing from some of the pkts. Horrible thing was sonali, Outlet Staff was very rude & illmannered.
