How can half litre bottle costs 65/- need to enquire

Didn't get refund and show also cancelled

Today I visited to miraj thetre for watching kranti 1:30 show ( seat number B1, B2) there is very worst maintenance, restroom also not clean, seat also broken, I got one pin on seat 💺, and only one glass is there for drinking water Hot, Cold Water also not available and there no AC

I am watching kgf chapter 2 movie at miraj cinema Gurdev, kanpur on 16.05.2022 vide ticket No. 094137 to 094414 (total five member) from 2215 hrs and onwards. During, chasing scene of first half of heroine by hero and fighting scene appox 10-15 minutes of movie has been cut by movie operater. I am come to watch movie for said scene, but bloody ### miraj cinema cut/ forward movie. Take discipline action agaist movie operater and manager for suoervisory lapses.
So that we can believe on miraj cinema like that pvr and inox. I am looking forward your good response against lodging my complain otherwise i will go to consumer court with my all friend/ witnesses.

Today my family and I went for movie in miraj cinema theater in kalaburagi they charged 90 rupees for 1liter water bottle for a local brand water bottle please investigate and save consumers from day robbery otherwise I will report to higher authorities

After several times complaining also management did not turn on ac even they gave sillily silly reasons for not turning on ac.

Hi, watch a movie GALWAKDI on Wednesday in dhuri ( sangrur) and your staff give me tickets prices like 240 and 210 included food fees. I say to your staff i no need of food give me tickets without food charges but they not give me tickets without food charges. I pay 420 for two tickets in (B line ) there is big problem. I saw first time movie in miraj cinema i don't know about your rules but some customer get tickets only of 150₹ for (C line) and i pay 210₹ 🥺. your staff charge me much price of tickets

So I'd like to know if there is any official rule whether we can step out of the theatre during intermission time as i was stopped by the security personnel saying we cannot allow you our

Movie not played after intermission waiting for more than 45 minutes, manager on duty not found and other staff not cooperating just saying there is some technical issues which would be sorted in a minutes, we have waited so long

Your pantry person disturbing us so many during movie after refusing him in clear words, even he is all time break the corona protocall and ask as after kipping his mouth very closer to us.

Please whenever malayalam movie comes out it after 8pm showtime...

They show the timing 10:20 pm but wen we reached miraj cinema ty they refused to play the show.. We came from vikasnagar which is 75 km far from miraj cinema saharanpur 🙏please take the strict action against them.

I've booked my movie ticket online for spider man, when i reached hall they asked me do u know that there is a fault in our screen i said now then they asked me to have a look on a screen if i am comfirtable i can watch if not they will refund my amount in 24 hours now 48 hours have been passed but they dont refund my amount yet nor they are picking up my call... fraud staff

I went for tanaji movie on 12/1/2020 at 10.45 in miraj cinema akola. I paid 200 rs for ticket and 30 rs extra for new 3d glasses, instead we were provided used 3d glasses with scratches on it which resulted in headache. The glasses were collected back and no refund was given. Again the cost for water bottle was rs 70 which can't be justified and against the law. I demand refund for the glasses. Along with details of the funds collected uptill for all the shows.

Show time 3.15 pm.

During the movie i ordered two cold drinks for me and my friend.

And i had paid 500 /- for the same but the total payment of order is 260/-.

Your employee served me cold drink and i gave 500 /- to that employee, but still my change which is 240 /- is not given to me.

He said i, 'll come with change but no one is coming.

I called to bhilwara miraj cinema but no response is given by anyone.

Kindly provide me some solution for this.

Other wise i'll complain on higher authority.

I had visited Gurudev cinema kanpur. There is no water cooler available in the cinema premises. If someone need to drink water he has to purchase the water bottle from the cinema for rupees 60. I had read in the times of india that according to the new rule of government it had became mandatory for cinema to have a water cooler in the cinema. So I kindly request Miraj cinema to look into the matter and get the water cooler installed.

Miraj cinema at bhilai, has refused to give tickets at counter on 04.04.2018, 9.20 AM, for the Movie Ranghsthalam ( Telgu Movie on 05.04.2018) but online tickets available. He says after 11.00 AM he will give tickets. Mr. Nitesh is on duty.
If i take ticket from online ( book my show) then i have to pay more i.e. service charges, that why i came to counter but the counter man refused to give tickets, and he says after 11.00 am he give the tickets, during this time online tickets are sold fastely.
Is it any connection with book my show from miraj cinema that after some tickets sold through online then only counter tickets are available.

Miraz cinema bhilai, wednesday 27.3.2018 today is 50℅ discount on tickets, but miraz cinema compulsory add food & could drink on per tickets, but many people not need to take food even night show or may be health problems person or women's on diet control. It's a wested on money or food
May be it's a miraz cinema food is not good so that thay do like that. So that miraz cinema forcefully sell food ticket, if you opposed thay told we have to ticket

If there is husband wife and his/her child then we are not able to se adult movie.
We went to watch 1921 on 14:01:2017 on miraj cinema in aurobindo mall salkia.
If this kind of issue is there then film board has no right to launch this kind of movie. Truly very bad behavior. This is my first and last movie in miraj cinema.
For this i have to keep my child to my friends house.

24/10/2017 को 7 बजे के शो में 6 टिकिट लिए थे जिसमें 4 adult +3 child (जिसमे३तीन साल एवम 4साल)लेकिन एक टिकिट और लेना पड़ेगा हमने कहा हैम कई बार आये है और हमने 3 व 4 साल के बच्चों का एक ही टिकिट लिया है इस बात को लेकर सिक्योरटी गार्ड एवम मैनेजर ने मिस बिहेव किया।हमने टिकिट कैन्सल के लिए बोला तो वो भी नही होगा । लेडिस साथ मे है यह भी धयान नही रखा एवम दादागिरी के साथ बात की ।हम यह मनोरंजन के लिए आये थे लेकिन इस तरह ये मिसबिहेव नही कर सकते।उचित कारवाही की अपेक्षा के साथ

मैंने RAEES MOVIE का 25 jan 2017 at 10:15AM का Show Bookmyshow se Miraj Cinema me book kiya But jab mai waha gya tab वहां पर " बजरंग दल " वाले लोग वह Raees movie ka विरोध् कर रहे थे जिसके कर Movie start nhi hua but जब 10:30AM के बाद "बजरंग दल" वहाँ से चले गये फिर जब मई counter me gya पर वहाँ kaha gya ki Raees movie ka टिकट (Ticket ) abhi nahi milega sir kaabil movie ka milega fir mai ghar agya fir 7din tak mera paisa refund nhi aya tab maine bookmyshow me इसकी complaint ki or bataya ki show cancel hogya tha but jab bookmyshow wale ne inquiry ki to bola gya ki "Show successful Running" hai Or hum aap ka refund nhi de sakte

Or jab maine miraj cinema wale se iski baat ki to usne mujhe Paisa dene se mana kar diya or bolne lage ki aap ko hum 2 movie ticket de sakte hai

But mai bol mujhe mera paisa chahiye to usne paisa wapas dene se mana kar diya

Ab mai kya kar

Bookmyshow or Miraaj Cinema dono tarf se mujhe koi help nhi mila

share with you one incidence that on sunday (12/06/2016) I went for
movie at Miraj, Bhilai, Where I bought one water bottle that was of
kinley and for one ltr bottle they charged me 50Rs.This amnt was
printed on water bottle.

Now kindly give me justification for the same as soon as possible.It
is there in your knowledge or they are doing by themselves only.
