I had carried seal packed chips for my daughter who is 3 years old however inspite of government guidelines the security person & theatre manager didn’t allowed me to carry the food inside cinema hall.

When I showed them the news article stating government guidelines regarding carry of packed foods they did not accepted it and showed me the old GR of 7th July 2018, refer attached.

Also theatre was full for the movie however staff didn’t switch on the AC, after complaining several times they partially switched on the AC

Kindly consider the above complaint and advise if the action were valid or not.

When Big Star movies before release date and release date (1-2 day booking opend, but benifit shows and upto 10 shows already booking by staff and those staff are sold to customers in black ticket for high amount) staff's booked own many and sold by black ticket.. example, I waiting for KGF-2 e-ticket from yesterday to till 6pm today (date 13/04/22) but fraction of second 8am to 3pm atleast 6 shows booked.! How it is possible...

It was 2nd september 10:30 p. M. Show. Well i never came across such a situation as the air conditioning was stopped after the interval and we had absolutely no staff to complain this about i couldn't breathe so i left the movie after a while. I looked around but i couldn't find someone to actually raise a complaint but this was the worst worst experience as this kind of situation i have never faced ever in my life.

I went to a movie in miraj cinemas and at the intermission of movie i went to buy snacks after seeing the menu i was shocked a drink about 750ml is priced rs.130/- and a popcorn tub is rs.180/- two aloo samosas rs.80/- an ice cream cup is rs.70/- these prices will be a heart ache for middle classes when went to a movie the government should inspect these theatres
