Teclast t30 andriod 9.0 4g phone call tablet 10.1" 1920x1200 mtk p70 4gb ram 64gb rom 8000mah tablets pc dual camera gps type-c - without keyboard × 2.
Ordered 3 numbers of the above product on 4th august.
This commercial was seen on shopping portal.
Trying to trace the product to view order but it directs to some ecommerce business website.
Also wrote an email to ([protected]@gmail.com) but haven't received...

Iam all so order in labalet but not coming...

I received a message from a mobile hotspot promising to give a telecast company tablet of ₹ 9999 for ₹ 2499, so i asked for it online, but when i called for it, my two accounts got ₹ 2499 deducted, but no email or message he came. After a while when i tried to find him. Jab maine unke customer care number per call kiya to unn logon ne kaha aapka order canceled id maang raha tha maine dene se inkaar...

In response to a promotional sms I received from this company for a tablet sale, I ordered one from the company site. After which, there was no response, shipment. It's been completely fraudulent....

I got a promotional sms from them that they have a tablet for sale foe 2499. I ordered that and got email confirmation. Beyond that they never responded to my queries and neither did they ship the item. It's a fraudulent company....

On Aug 6th, 2020 I booked Telecast tablet pc andriod 10.1inch after the promotional SMS received. After that several times I have emailed them asking my shipment details, but yet not received any response. It's definately a fake ecommerce website.
Kindly take necessary action against it.

Please solve this and revert me my amount asap.
