Moon Goddess has not delivered my product, its been more than 9 months,
I hv ordered on August 12th 2024, today's date is 28th April 2025.
Ridiculous customer services, they send automated msgs to all emails. No phones are answered. Phones are sometimes switched off. She is a fraud. I have ordered from her website only and also have the proof of order. I have send someone to her residence where the moon goddess office...

I ordered a ready-to-wear saree on May 2, 2023 and it has now been 4.5 months since the purchase. When I inquire with the company, they inform me that the dispatch has not yet begun. As per Terms & Conditions 70-90 working days to get the product, which has also passed. I am concerned about the delay and wondering why they are handling the situation like this.

Not sure how to track the order details as well.i wonder if I receive my product or not.kindly help.very worst online boutique that I have ever seen.never recommended to anyone.No proper information about when they are going to deliver the product also in general they are mentioning as it will take sometime to pack and deliver the product.No clear information provided.below email response from them when I enquire

I ordered 2 dresses from moongoddess on November, received 1 product on feb 27 nd 1 is not delivered yet till 13 march, they had updated that the product will be dispatched on 27 feb bt i didnt received it yet whenever i ask them they always says dispatch going on, they didnt even shared any tracking details nd now they are not replying to my msgs nor receiving my calls, please help...

I have placed my order on nov14 but unfortunately I am shifting from the current place. There is no option for cancel the item. When I called there is no response from them. In instagram also message were restricted..
Such a worst and Fake boutique they re showcasing and fooling others..

Please don't place order from this website.. better they can do some other job instead of cheating people like this..

I ordered a product of code #180920 on August 4. As per their rules, they should take maximum of 70 days for delivery. Till today I wont receive the product. Its been more than 80 days. When I contact them, there were not picking the calls. After calling 3 or 4 days, they pick the call and said that item is dispatching and will get within one week. But after that incident its been 2 week and item is not yet dispatched. When I call today, they are saying the same thing that the item is dispatching and will get within 1 week. They don't give any value to their customers. I will wait for 1 more week. then also the product is not arriving, I want refund.

Whenever I contact the customer care via email i get a automated response saying ‘ We dispatch the products in Minimum "57 Working Days" to Maximum "70 Working Days", once the order is placed.’ In my case its more than 70 days and still no product has been received....

I have tried to contact customer care via call and email but all I receive is minimum 45 working days and maximum 70 working days for deliver which is over in my case. They never pickup any calls, numbers provided are unavailable or switched off. There is no refund...

Had bought two kurthis but showing delivered without receiving it .when called the customer care they picked call but cut it without responding.such shops shid be closed down

I ordered 4 items on 01 June 2022, it was showing maximum 45 working days to deliver and I didn't receive the item till now.
And when I wrote an email to them I got only the auto-typed response & no proper communication from their end. Request you to please consider this complaint.. Being a customer, I lost my money and hasn’t received my item. There is no online update for the order other than order confirmed. I want my refund and for the time I invested in this and I also want to make sure this situation wont happen to any customers.

The organization wont take the call when called or wont reply to social media message. Being a customer, I lost my money and hasn’t received my item.
