I have deposited 500 and its not added into my gaming id. Wonder is that live chat agents are least bothered to get the correct information instead putting copy paste messages and leaving the chat. Shame part is that they are again asking for rating.

On 7th may 11:45AM i deposited the amount and Mostbet finance team dono how much time want to resolve this issue. Still asking me to wait for resolution.

Mostbet in not trustworthy gaming app. Many time money has been withdrawn by me and has also received. But recently 06 time money is not received.
I had complaint multiple times to customer support shared my bank statement but they say money has been transferred from their end.

My account is freezed without any reason and I have submitted all the documents and received Skype video call also still it was completed 60 days above there is no response my money is stucked 36000 I need it very urgent

I am filing complaint against them in cyber crime

I have an account with mostbet with gaming id 18120985. I requested for a Withdrawal on 17th Nov 2023 for and amount of ₹10037 its been morebthan 10 days but money hasn't been credits in my accountt. Spoke to Mostbet customer care and they provide me a UTR no I checked with my bank and they told me that transaction with given UTR no is failed due to invalid UPI pin. I told the same to mostbet given proof like bank response and bank statement also but they are not ready to provide me a screenshot of the transactions. May be doing some kind of scam or fraud with me. Customer care is worst not ready to listen and no answer to my problem. No help at all.

I have done withdrawal Rs 2000 from mostbet app on 11-May-2023 but amount not credited in my bank account. I has made a withdrawal of 3000rs and that's not received yet and it's been 2 months and deposit also not topped up which I have paid from my account of 1000rs .now they only said a line i have forwarded your request to financial department. I have an account in canara bank and I made a deposit to a bookmaker called MOSTBET through its app using upi automatic, it redirected me directly into my Google pay app and I made the payment that way but the money has not been credited into my gaming account.
After I made the payment and the money has been debited from my bank account I got a notification saying that there was a server issue and I should not worry and the problem will be fixed soon
I contacted mostbet customer support and I told them what happened and they told me wait for the deposit to be credited into my gaming account, so I waited but the money was still not credited into my gaming account, the next day I contacted them again and they told me to create a new order request and enter the transaction ID and I did just that but later that day I got an email saying that my deposit failed and to try again and if the problem persist I should contact customer support, I contacted them again and told them about my problem, they told me that it was a server issue and the problem will be fixed soon.
So I went to Google pay and i read the instructions and followed them
I contacted the mostbet customer support again and told them that the problem has not been solved and I asked for a refund according to the instructions I read on Google pay but they won't reply to my refund request and according to google pay, if the merchant refused to refund me the money back I should contact my bank and file a crargeback request.

I made two payment of 300 and 500 INR respectively on 12th December, 2022 (Monday) via Phonepe but i still haven't got my deposit into my gaming account.
I made multiple requests over chat support yet there is no solution now i am sending this mail hoping there would a solution to this issue.
