High cost in Mumbai
Hi everyone, I am from Mumbai and complain about high cost of movie tickets in Mumbai while considering the poor people like middle and lower class people, how can watch movie and enjoy their life, for example in Chennai City, they should be given budget ticket is 60rs infront of 2 rows and they are enjoying and said thanks to all theatres who approved for budget tickets please consider all are not same in life level, money persons are watch easily but the poor ?? If possible mean less the price of front 2 rows as per our Mumbai people's request and give some priorities ...

Good evening sir. We are living tanuku city.
Complaint: in our city cinima halls are did not maintained movie tickets property. They are directly sold in block tickets in theatres.in one movie ticket cost rs 200 and extra gst and other service charges.in family went to a movie.. That total amount we paid above rs900. What is this newsense? Plz action to all tanuku movie theatres. I sent to one proof. Please see.. Thank you

I've booked 2 tickets for aravinda sametha tomorrow 11.00a.m at cinepolis mantra mall attapur, Hyderabad, i didn't receive any msg and the money has been deducted!!😠😡

I have booked my tickets but i didn't receive any message as tickets are booked but i lost my 442 rs money from my net banking via sbi ticket code is[protected] i think u will refund as fast as possible. Already i have used justickets but this time i am not understanding where the problem is. I think this is not small issue its better i[censored] solve it as fast as possible

the movie tickets for 22nd june 2013,morning 9:00 am show of raanjhanaa,at e-square,amounted to rs 240,but the amount was deducted from ma SBI account twice..,a message from book ma show was recieved by me that the money will b refunded,but i havnt got the money back,i want u to take a quick action about my complaint n refund me the money as soon as possible.

I had booked tickets for the movie Kites movie 22 May 2010 in Inox Jaynagar Bangalore. booking was done through my Credit Card.ConfirmationNo.107219 and tck Gen No. 8983.
Booking ID:INBJ[protected].
But unfortunately movie didnt run. We visited Inox and they said money will be refunded online within a week. Its been more than 10days and still I didnt get the refund.

Convenience Charge on online booking of movie tickets

I want to file a complaint on the excessive charge in name of conveinence charge taken for online booking of movie tickets. After paying extra charge for convenience , we still have to stand in queue to get actual tickets, then what is the whole point of giving extra money.
This is not a government imposed tax but only to generate revenue for web portal providers. There is no rocket science in giving information on movie tickets as this is only generating business for such big brands like PVR, DT etc.
Pathetic situation, already a Rs10 popcorn is sold for Rs.50. What else is reqd?

I vineethreddy has been debited an amount of 517 re while booking tickets for stepup ,so kindly refund back my money's Yesterday I booked two tickets for movie in Mayajaal in Chennai.
I was charged Rs 30 as convenient charges. A total charge of Rs 150 per ticket was charged. When I checked up at the theatre I was told this is for Credit Card usage. Also the total amount of 150 was not indicated on the ticket and only 120 was shown.
Can concerned authorities do something about this day light robbery.

Hi this is Ramya . We have booked movie tickets in Gvk one inox theater screen2 ,Banjarahills on 18.02.12 at 7:00pm. For sunday show at 11:55am 19.02.12. movie name Ake mein Aur ek Thu . No . of Tickets 10. And we payed the amount of rupees 1650/- Through credit card on the name of Ram Gopal . but we canclled the program , money was decteted. i had purchased 2 movie tickets of once upon a time in mumbai for morning show at 10.30a.m 8th august online from the site cinemax co.in on 7th August 2010.
the amount comes to Rs 230 for 2 tickets but from the site they had debited Rs 230 twice from my royal bank of scotland freedom credit card.
i would kindly request you to solve the issue at an earliest.
