Hello,
I am from Indore and my house number is 450-A Tulsi Nagar near Bombay Hospital. Pin : 452010
I am really fed up with electricity bill. My meter got failed in the month of April 2015. The one who note the reading never bothered to inform about the same and as m working i don't know when they came to note the reading. Nobody informed that meter was failed. I got to know when i got unexpected high bills in month of August and September. Generally when meter was working we were getting bills under Rs 500. Last two month bill was more then 2000 and 4000 RS respectively. Is this not the MPEB responsibility to inform us if meter is not working? What can we do if your new meter gets short, are we responsible for that also? Kindly look into the matter asap plz otherwise I have only option to go and complain higher authorities for the same. I will complain it in consumer forums and other higher authority i.e. ministry of India.

MPEB — Regarding power cut
Since 30th aug 2015 suffering from power cut the complaint officers saying the crew is on the way but still no relief plz do the action needbfully.. I live in 239 cms compound ghamapur jabalpur mp Helpful

माननीय महोदय,
मेने 29 अगस्त 2015 को एक लिखित सूचना घिनोदा विद्युत मण्डल एवं मेल के माध्यम से भी एक सूचना दी थी जो मेल आईडी [protected]@mpwz.org थी । किन्तु आज दिनांक तक कही से किसी भी प्रकार का कोई जवाब नहीं आया । जो शिकायत मेने लिखी थी । वो नीचे लिखी है ।
महोदय से निवेदन है की दिनांक १९ अगस्त २०१५ को रात्रि में 7.00 बजे घिनोदा गांव की लाइट बंद हो गई थी। जिसके लिए विद्युत मंडल पर केवल ऑपरेटर के अलावा कोई भी कर्मचारी मौजूद नहीं था जिसके लिए एक लिखित सुचना दी है। जिसकी कॉपी आपको भी सबमिट कर रहा हुँ।
अतः महोदय से निवेदन है की इस समस्या पर उचित कार्यवाही करे। और जवाबदार कर्मचारी को दण्डित करे. यही विनय है।

Dear Sir,
We are live @ 333 Radha Appt, Silicon City Indore. In the year June-12 Builder (Vastu Developers) applied for Common EB Meter for Apartment & MPSEB, Rau Fit the same.
But after sold out the flates by Builder (Passassion started Dec-13), we got first MPSEB usage bill after 2 year in the month of Aug-2014 of Rs. 2, 76, 183 with one month penalty Rs. 5949/-, approx such amount mark as penalty every month till the complete amount...

My electricity meter showing falls reading. I used to pay 300 to 350 rupees per month against electricity uses for my normal consumption. But this time MPEB sent me bill of 2910 rupees which is not Genuine.
I made a complaint in MPEB office but nobody is taking against and forcing me to pay 2910.

Nirmal kumar i have complained many times through dial 198 but as of now refund is not made. It is not understood that how a company can debit amount from mob balance without asking / giving services. This is being done with thousands of customers which is highly irregular .Pl refund the amt immidiately.

Because of I am the very responsible and active person towards the activities going around me.. I can not tolerate any wrong and illegal incidents or works...
so I want to tell you that Near D2/1 M.O.G. Lines Mhow naka square Indore Pin-452002 their is a one hut in which since last 20 years their is illegal connection of tube well motor of a high power which is used for watter supply in colony where government and non govt. both types of houses uses this tube well according to their wish and one Iron shop is also conducted by a one women who is widow since last 4-5 years... the both are using the power supply of theft such types of activities making harm to our govt.
or behind this hut in night drinking and abuse are done by some boys which makes disturb us and since I am girl their are lots of issues of security.
So my humbel request is that pls take serious action as soon as possible..
So that we can live our life normally without fear...

highly overcharged bill

I am Rohit Singhai residing in House No 709 milan garh, opposite under construction CHL Hospitel Scheme No 114 part 1, Indore - 452010.We are only two member in house including my wife and only with two person residing the meter reading was 4500 in the month of December which was not at all justified because we are two person in my house and in that i am working member so how 4500 meter reading is possible even we have solar heater installed at our house and to support this very over charged meter reading I can give reference of my previous monthly electric bills in which their is not a single bill more than 300 meter reading in fact in summers also were we use cooler and all.When i approached to MPEB office of my Zone to register my complain they took my meter to MPEB main office for testing over there after testing they told in fact your meter is slow and now they have send me bill of amount 33000 rupees which is not at all rational and justified and i can't pay and wear the amount which is total unnecessarily charged to me please help me...

MPEB has shifted our meter out of the premises on pole and inspite of our repeated reminders absurd monthly bill units were charged.
Suddenly they send an invoice for 4317 units of rs 33407, without adjusting the payments made for 2586 units of rs 17707, for the same period.
Inspite of repeated visits and reminders the complaint is not resolved they say you pay an x amount then we shall see. Last date is 29/11/2014
We do not understand what is the problem with them.
Kindly advise and arrange.

sir I have purchased flat in silicon city near IPS school.As it is told by builder that electric connection and meter they will provide and they have charged money for that .On completion of flat they hand over the flat on Apr 2011.Since that time electric bill used to come regularly and we deposited money till now. On surprise checked it was found there was no meter alloted to me.Since Apr 2011 to till now i have paid the bill.Sir pls guide and do the needful.

mera IVRS NO.[protected] hai mera naam ram kumar yadav hai mai 65 year ka hu, mera meter ka display 1 year se kharab hai many times complain but abhi tak meter change nahi keye, aur hermonth average me jada bill deya kerte hai, 24 may 2013 ke bill me 202 rs bill aaya pher usko abhi kuch din baad 711 rs rupees ker deye . aur 24 june month ke bill me 1378 rs bill ker deye .
please sir mera eletrical meter jald se change kerwane ki krapa kare sir .
