Someone else is using my number to do transaction in Mr brown bakery.
Kindly review the matter and delete the profile of a person who is using my number.

महोदय

निवेदन है कि आप की बेकरी में 2 kg केक हेतु कैर्री बैग ही नही है जो बहुत ही शर्मनाक बात है ऐसे में अगर व्यक्ति दो पहिया वाहन से आता है तो वह पूरे शहर को दिखाता हुआ ले जाए कि आज केक घर ले जा रहा हु ।

अतः महोदय उचित से उचित कार्रवाई करने का कष्ट करें ।

I went to Mr. Brown Bakery, Civil Lines, Kanpur. I bought 6 pastries from there to take to my relatives home. When my relatives opened the box in their home in front o[censored]s, it had only 4 pastries. I got so embarrassed in front of them. I took the picture of the bill and the box contents and called on the number provided in the bill itself, they said that it was a mistake, and they packed the other 2 pastries in a different box and forgot to give the other box... How can such a big bakery make such a big mistake? They told us to come there and take the rest of the pastries, it is already kept packed and didn't even apologized for this.
When we went there again, it was actually not kept packed, they packed it in front o[censored]s. Which actually means that they were completely lying about it and they gave less pastries knowingly. It was a really bad experience to buy from Mr. Brown Bakery.

I have purchased cookies from MR Brown Preet Vihar branch. There was an item on which I had doubt that it contain egg so I asked the staff for the same he assures me that it is eggless. Believing it and also on the fact that Mr brown is an eggless bakery I took the product home and ate a piece of it. After the weird taste I checked the packet again more closely and I found it contain egg.
This is not at all acceptable. I was not sure so I double checked it by asking the staff. Due to your staff negligence I suffered for no reason.
Kindly pay damages for the negligence of your staff.

In this lockdown period mr brown has not only reduced the size of slice of beead but also increased it rate exorbitantly

I had ordered a cake with a card on a friend's address on feb 16, 2017. Firstly i was not getting the status of the delivery. The company person was saying, "please call after 10 minute for getting the delivery status". It happened two times. Then one of the company person was giving me the contact number of delivery boy to check the status. I refused and asked him to get the status himself. This is not the way. Then i got to know that card was missing in the delivered items. I called back the company's number again, now no one is receiving the call. Next morning i called again and the company person said that he will call me to tell the status in 10 minutes. I didn't receive any call. When i call back them again in the evening then i had to explain the whole problem again. It was like my problem was not even registered yet. Then i got a call that they will get the card delivered but i don't know what will happen

Hi sir/ maam, i am assistant commandant in paramilitary and due to field area posting i could not do but to order something like ordering a cake for my sisters on the occasion of her husband's birthday. I had placed an order at around 1500 hrs online on dated 11.09.17. Payment was done from my side by transaction id no igabzrhog3 through online sbi banking. Shipping address was of lucknow. By the mid night they were kept waiting for this delivery and it was not done. Neither the mr brown contacted me about any problem or issue about any inability to deliver nor they delivered the cake even by midnight. Next day i had contacted them and they replied me that due to some technical issue they dint received the payment but they had received the order. So why did they not contacted me about the payment issue that too being in business where the happiness and expectation of people are counted. Need paper or cake sort of things delivered after stipulated time on next day keep no value. This might work in any other artical but for cake it spoiled the happiness expected of many related to this matter.
I hereby want to register complaint for suitable action to be taken so that it don't gets repeated again with others. Anticipating suitable action and reply to me as well.

I was trying to place an order for a cake online on 14th march 2016 mr.brown website, the transaction was not completed because of some problem in their website however the money was deducted from my account, i contacted them and provided them the transaction id from bank, first they denied that they have not received the amount later agreed, its been a month they have not refunded my money and not answering my calls even.
