Mts wifi giving a poor speed of 6kbps
This company giving a speed of 2 mbps but my dongle never gave 2mbps speed
And now i cant even play an online video due to this speed
I want you to take some strike action against this company
Now i dont know to do i cant even doing my daily work on it
My dealer also nerver gave any response in this matter

I took a WI-FI connection with MTS in the month of Nov'2015. When the device got activated, i tried to use the device, but was not able to connect to it. I called MTS customer services, and i was told within next couple of hours the services will be OK. I waited and nothing happened. I called again and they told me that they will be sending someone at my doorstep who could check the issue for me in next 48 hours. I again waited but none came...
