Several times i have given my bike to service and general repair as my office is nearer to muthoot honda kaloor. Most of the time i have faced the after service complaint. Due to this i have faced several issues. The responsible persons are not giving any value for our time and money. As i have faced several after service complaint, i have contacted muthoot honda branch head and informed and also wrote a mail complaint to honda customer care...

I have booked a Honda CB Dazzler on 18/6/10 by remitting the full cash. The manager and executive promised me to deliver the same on monday 21/6/10. As I called them on that date, they gave me some vaue expalnations. I called muthoot honda 15 times to get my bike delivered on 23/6/10. Thy dont treat customers well. Even though they made me wait only for a day more, the customer care i snot upto the mark. Please do the needfulbr...
