I had gone through same experience and had lost 1.7l to this fraudsters. I met this ppl in mt. Abu, hotel sharatone.

Lets get to gather and file a complain to CYBER CRIME and crimebranch.

The hotelier also been a part of this scam as they are providing platform to this ppl and cheat ppls. While askimg for their id proof, the hotelier got scared and he asked ajay to call me.

We purchase a package from My Dream holidays and resorts from mount abu on 26 December 2020 for 75, 000. The Manager named Ajay told me that he has done the EMI for 36 months and that will be deducted every month from mine Credit card. And then after We got mail from HDFC for Loan of Rs. 75, 000 which will be deducted in 24 EMI so I have started follow up from Ajay to rectify this mistake as he has told to pay the amount in 36 EMI. Dear mr. Dhruv & abhikesh,

As we had book united 21 in lovanala on 16 oct 2018 and as per dhruv he had re-confirm the booking and before 2 day of departure on 7 nov 2018 we i call him for dinner reminder. He said me that booking is not confirm and he is providing or similar option. I had word with the guest and dhruv also try to convince the guest in purohit resort but they all are not ready to shift and now they want compensation for that spoil trip for total 23 person with child and they ask us for double refund and our company is so small and we can't bare huge loss so please look into this so that we can update to the guest and close this matter before they take any legal action.

And one more thing we are small company and oyo is big and we had made the full payment to oyo at the time of booking.

Please update by the end of the day before 6 pm.
