I have requested for withdrawing money of 105 rupees on[protected] at 10:12 pm and it showed successful on[protected] at 2:00pm but I didn't received any withdrawn amount from them and I have many time used their support gmail to tell the compliment but they didn't reply for any of the mail. I have mailed them more than 2 times kindly help me

i have requested a withrawl of 350 on 3rd feb, but the same is pending till date, my 11 circle is not responding to my mail, today i cancelled the withrawl request and submitted a fresh request of 404. In the withrawl history it is showing kyc check, already i have withrawn from this a/c in 2020. Still they are harassing
kindly take action against them without any delay

This company My11Circle has been the worst sort of online gaming experience that I have ever had.

They simply refuse to respond to my many complaints regarding the refund of my deposit money of ₹803 that is with them.

They don't respond to the email complaints clearly, and don't even have a customer care number on which one can register their grievance.

These people are behaving as if they are some sort of frauds.

My account is blocked from 10 days and I can't withdraw my cash bcoz of that please reopened my account or give my money back in my bank account

My account has been blocked permanently by their team without any reason.I can't withdraw and play this is such a shameful behaviour and it's not good for consumers

Me and my Friend play mega contest in ICCt20world cup2021.automatically participate in leaderboard contest
But we are showing in two different board with different champions How is possible . I ask many times by mail but they don't give me proper answer.
I thinked it's matter of fair play.

I have won a Mega contest in my11circle on 29th September 2021 which includes cash reward + a Samsung M02 phone. Even after providing all the necessary / required details to receive the white good (Samsung M02 phone) as they have asked. But yet after more than a month (more than a month of working days) it is yet not delivered to my address. Now they are not even responding to my mails to enquire about the prize I have won.

My kyc document is sucssesfully but my kyc document are action required please help me for wihtdrawal balance.

I already had a deposit amount of 1284 in my rummycircle account. But because of the new rules in Karnataka. I'm not able to play cash contests, hence i cannot convert deposit into winnings. So I kindly request you to provide me a solution in order to get my deposit amount back. All the other fantasy sites are refunding the deposit money by following fairplay policy. I have balance of Rs.1333/- as on[protected], before start of 2nd season of IPL. I placed withdrawal request on 22-9-21 which is till pending despite 48 hrs scheduled settlement mentioned on site. do the needful.

Firstly, the minimum amount of deposit is 25 and withdraw is 100 .
They ask me to deposit money and then they ask me about my details I accidentally fill my age below 18 .
Now there is no option to change it and also I can't get my money which I deposit.
If my age is low and I am not able to play then why you deposit my money and now there is no option to get it back.
