Today afternoon 06.01.2023 4999 amount deducted without knowing us
I have not any transaction please refund my money 4999 rs.

I placed an order on 13 th sep for which the amount was debited but the order was not placed . when asked about this issue they say that they haven't received the payment and ask to seek help from bank. when asked in the bank they say that the amount is transferred so where did the money go.

I tried to place order of amount rs. 3634/- by making upi transaction, on 4th sept 2020, time 10:43 pm. The money was debited from my account and has also confirmed with the upi customer care and my bank, but the order failed to place, failing which i have again paid the amount of rs 3634/- by my debit card and placed the order successfully. But the amount of rs, 3634/- paid by me is not refunded back to my account. Please provide the resolution/refund of the same as indian govt has made compulsory to provide the resolution in stipulated time failing which there is provision of penalty by the govt (https://www.medianama.com/2019/09/223-rbi-penalties-failed-transaction/).The screenshot of the upi transaction is attached here for your reference. 2. There is no email accepting the customer response or queries, the myntra firm is not accessible for its customers to handle the issues and complaints. They have shut down the email for written communication and complaints

I had tried placing my order but it got failed but my amount has been deducted, when i tried contacting them they said they dont have record of such, the incident took place on dec 21, 2018 and its been 9 days i hvny received my refund, also i am undatisfied with the information provided by their customer support, i am attaching the snapshot of the ministatement of the deduction i had recieved from my bank. Plz resolve my problm as soon as possible, i want my money (Rs2547.90) back. My contact number is [protected]
