I visited Namdhari's Sarjapur rd on 13th Dec

Pad 2000+ via Gpay, transaction was successful at my end.
It failed on their machine.
Asked for the payment again.
With the fear of failure again, paid to the employee Gpay.

Money is deducted from my account, checked with the Bank by raising the complaint.
They need merchants bank statement.

The response from the store/customer support is cold.
Since money spent is from my end, I need to repeatedly contact them/write mails!!

Now with the bank statement request, it is reflecting in their records!!!
All these days transaction was failed!!!

Still waiting on refund

Requested bank statement from the Merchant as indicated by the bank. Merchant agreed that the transaction had gone through!!! Next day paid back on Gpay

    I purchased the Achari Masti Paratha of Indian Paratha Company from Garuda Mall Namdharis yesterday 6th Dec. Afternoon at 14:49 hours. Document number 1C[protected].
    When I came home and opened the packet all the parathas had fungus.
    Kindly look into this and do the needful and ensure food products are checked.

      I live in Bellandur - in Bangalore; - and I have subscribed to Namdhari A 2 Milk - to be delivered; - and I have used a phone App. - Apparently - i will also receive 5 days of free milk. -
      the delivery service at Namdhari is terrible; - money is deducted from my 'wallet' but no milk is delievred - and no amount of complaints can rectify this. I also have not recieved any free milk - despite the advertisement.

      I use the Namdhari at Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
      It is extremely annoying - as i feel that this is a fraud of sorts; -

        I have purchased namdhari rice flour on 4th april and consumed few days back. Both me and my brother consumed in dinner time and had severe stomach ache, vomiting and loose motion. As it was late night could not consult any doctor and due to lock down situation was worse. I had some medicines at home and took that and tried sleeping. The whole night we were in continuous pain and un easyness. The product was packed in 2018 and best before in 6 months and still it's was kept on shelf in april 2020 which is horrifying. Now they need to revert or i will go to he court!

          Placed above order (Order no. Sah#[protected] and made online payment. The order was to be delivered on 8th april. It is still not delivered. Tried to call them up and several emails. There was no response.
          I am 70 years old and am not able to go to their shop to sort out this issue.
          Namdhari has a very good reputation. I am sure that it is just a mistake by their staff. I am sure that they will sort out this issue and ensure that that i get justice

            Today, just before i bought the vegetable at cambridge layout namdhari store while the biller taking my vegetable pocket it was fell down in the ground and i suggested i will take the new one. The another person said is ok and he ordered assistant to bring the new pack by the way the biller he packed all the fell down and provided the same for me.

            Today we are all talk about hygenic but in namdhari store the biller accessed computer and he touched all the other parts later on he picked the vegetable in the same hand and issued to me.

            I do not understand why namdhari cannot adhere to hygiene policies.

            I will think again to your store for purchase.

            Details of item i have a problem that i did face today.

              A salad spread was part of large purchase of grocery. On checking later the item appears not have been bagged. The store person was helping with bagging (Item about 90 inr). Possible missed bagging but also very likely a way to fraud the consumer. On mentioned they said they will check stock etc. But did not reply back. Needs to check by management if this is systematic issue. Sadashivnagar stork in bangalore.

                I purchase apples frequently at namdhari which normally are washington red delicious. Today it was on discount / special and said it was same name red delicious apples. On checking it looked different and had a labor as if it was italian. When checking with thr supervisor he said it was from rajasthan. Then i mentioned label said italian something and not rajasthan. I pointed that apples said italian. Review showed apples of two varieties mixed in same heap. And priced as if washington. Misleading. Informed they should seperate the apples and properly label. Also misleads if give discount but people think it is done other more expensive variety (Washington). Sadashivanagar bangalore.

                  I was grocery shopping at namdharis sarjapur rd. I was watching the weighing by the shopping assistant. When i checked the bill, for every veggie he had entered the weights 5-10 gms extra. They r cheating their customers. When i raised this as a concern, he quietly took out 20 rs and returned to me.
                  Clearly this is known to them for a few 500+ customers daily imagine the money they r swindling. This is daylight robbery

                    Frequent visitor of namdhari (6th blck koramangala, opp tatva cafe), and i have experienced "desperate cheating" by the this shop, why desperate because it's open and infront of your eyes they will cheat you. every product prices are different than the labels and the ones presented in the bill, and surprisingly everytime the cashier successfully cheats their customers on the bills. if you go and complaint the store manager (another involved in the cheating loop) will try to shout or explain you nicely to suppress the matter. request to the common people please do recheck your bills against the product you bought please do it when you are there in the shop instead of coming back home and do. trust me it will give you justification on the money you earned and spend and if you are a donator by nature please donate to the poor not the "cheater shop" like "namdhari".
                    Bought some Mangosteen from Namdhari Jayanagar 1st block, Ashoka pillar road, Bengaluru. Turned out to be bad. Huge disappointment considering that I love this fruit and the price I paid for it...Rs 325 for 585 gms.

                      I shopped at Namdhari Fresh on Sarjapur Road yesterday. AT the billing counter, the cashier rounded off my two bills to the highest integer. My bills were Rs. 204.52 and Rs. 41.88. He rounded them off to Rs. 205 and Rs. 42. That also when I was paying by credit card! I told him that he had no business rounding off my bill, that also when I was paying by credit card. He countered that it was the shop's policy and his software was designed to round off the bills. I called the manager Ravi Naik and addressed the problem to him. He said "Madam, what do you want me to do? Return you one rupee?"

                      Whenever I shop at other chain stores like Food World or Spencer's etc, they indulge in this same malpractice and I have to constantly tell the cashiers not to round off my bills. Till now I have always managed to pay the exact amount because that is what I am supposed to do as a customer. Pay what I owe. No more no less.

                      But Namdhari Fresh refused to let me pay what I owe saying that their software doesn't allow such a scheme! How outrageous can a shop get. This is a serious malpractice that is running like a rash all over the stores in Bangalore and if we are not vigilant as customers/consumers, we allow ourselves to be taken for a ride. I am taking this issue up with the relevant authority and will not allow stores like Namdhari Fresh to make me pay what i don't owe them.
