Naaptol online shopping — poor customer service

Dear team,

I brought a ilo rice cooker from your naptol. My order no.37580046 ambadas dondhali that cooker is too small for my family. And also it's not mention on live display. So i register a return complaint on customer care. On 25/08/17 i have received a call and that executive misbehave with me and told that we are not to take return back your cooker. Take proper action and give me refund my amount

SMS received of winning Tata safari by Naptol lucky draw of Rs.12.5 lacs. Contact no.was given [protected] . I called him & his name is Viraj Malhotra & he replied yes have won luck draw.

Later phone came to me from Mr.Rahul raj Mob.no.[protected] of Tata motors Jharkhand. He asked me pl.give your account no & deposit Rs.8500/- if need cash or Rs.10500/-if need cash.

Till now i have done nothing.When i asked him OK i am coming to Jharkhand.Pl.mention tata motors show room address.He replied you have to come today & after coming to jharkhand we shall pick up you. I replied i am coming tomorrow, but asked you have to come today otherwise your prize will go to next person.

Now i doub't it is fraud case.Please reply what is the reality.

That fake Bihari told that ur a lucky winner u r going to get a tata safari jus pay INR 6500 in managers account so I jus called naaptol service center they said it's fake ignore such call now I'm going to give the Number in cyber crime branch u fake callers ur gone now

I had purchased some item from naaptol online seller, as i did not liked
The purchased item and i returned it asked for refund, they agreed for
Refund through my bank a/c
On[protected] around 4-35 pm. I got a call unknown number from my
Mobile phone a person introduced himself by phone "i am deepak from
Naaptol" asking for my debit card 16 dig. Number c v v # for easy
Refund. On that time i was travailing by bus from my office to
Residence, he fooled me without my knowledge i disclosed above card # s
& one time password also. After informing i realized that number is
Otp number, immediately i get down the bus and went near by atm kiosk
And with drew living minimum amount in my account.in the mini balance i
Observed rs 8888/- was transferred from my account sbi doorvaninagar branch to
Mobiwik. Next day i large a complaint to my bank chief manager stating
The above incident and he assured me helping in this regard.
I request you to take necessary action & arrange to trace the
Culprit (Cyber criminal) and i want to mention the mobile numbers

I have purchased foot wear combo for 2400 along with shipping charges.The combo contains two foot wear pair and one sandal and foldable sunglasses.But the items I received are below 1400 rupees(shoes each of 500 and slippers of 300 and sunglasses not more than 100), they sold it for 2400rupees to customers(including me) and they also said it costs more 3000 i[censored] buy outside which is wrong.And now I wanted to complaint about it because they are playing with customers faith and selling us cheap products.This is cheap company and robbering our money bloody rascal.I will make it public issue.I never return these products because I need proof to complaint on naptol.

This is extremely ridiculous and pathetic service given by your team. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with your services.

I think you guys cheat customers and then harass them by making customers follow up for their own money

I had ordered a tablet on august 22, 2015 and then due to non delivery as i was not available at my residence to accept the delivery, the order 16379197 was cancelled on august 25, 2015.

I had redeemed my 600 pay back points against this product which is equivalent to 150 / - .

Even after cancellation of the delivery, my pay back points are still not credited to my account. How ridiculous is this?

I have logged several complaints for the same but you guys who are actually cheaters still have not resolved my complaint and my points are not credited back in my account.

Its one month my order is cancelled but you guys still have not given back my pay back points.

If my points are not credited back to my account within 2 working days, i will give these details in press and also lodge a complaint against you guys in consumer court for cheating customers.

Hi, I have bought this mini silai machine from naptol and after just using for 3 or 4 days it became useless for it is not picking thread while sewing.. my swipe mobile order no is 12711086 .you was say that mobibe good but it is not good, it can't download HD vedios and many apps are not working and main problem is the charging pin deffected and it can't charge properly so i want my ammount another iwill take strict action in consumer court .
