I ordered (Ord1991880) vegetables worth rs 860 on 14th april 2020. On 17th april 2020, they delivered almost half of what i ordered because they were not in stock. Then why should the accept the order? From the delivered portion more than half vegetables we're substandard, rotten and not edible. I called up twice to customer service, once immediately within half an hour of the delivery and second time after about 3 hours only to hear ’at present there's nobody to answer your call, you are important to us and someone will call you’. No response to date. I also sent two emails, one the same day they delivered and another next day with a picture of the rotten vegetables, again no response. When we try to use the vegetables we thought could be ok turned out to be equally rotten from inside and couldn't use any of them.
In all fairness, please help me get my full refund direct to my payment account and not in the wallet as i am not going to buy anything from them ever.

ord 1961164 not delivered items in spite of payment done
I placed an order on apr 8, 2020 for delivery of essentials on time slot of thursday, apr 9, 2pm to 4 pm. Order id: ord1961164
The paytm payment initially failed. However i was able to go ahead and pay the bill amount via upi sucessfully.
My bank account has been debited for rs.758.00 on 08-apr-20 with the upi ref no[protected].
There past purchase shows the payment approved. However in initial page it shows payment not confirmed.
I have still not received the items nor got the repayment. They are not reachable on the customer support number.
I tried to email the customer support but there is no response.
This is not fair as there is no response for feedback channel also. I want refund of my money immediately.

order not received in time and the recipient of vile parle branch

This was a pathetic first impression of home delivery by gnb and not at cooperative call recipient at the vile parle branch. The recipient took the order and mind you, we asked for if they wanted our contact number and he refused. He told us to text him on whatsapp our address and contact number which is a first from so many years of shopping. We sms him and we don't hear from him for a whole one hour. Then when we called he said that he didn't receive the text and that there was lack of manpower for home delivery then at about eight thirty pm we called the consumer care executive and they told us that the order will arrive at nine forty pm but still arrived at ten fifty pm. Not a pleasant experience.
